We stayed three nights in the studio apartment. The biggest selling point is the exceptional location, right at the grand Ile, close to the Homme de Fer tram stop, and next to Place Kleber (useful if you're in Strasbourg primarily for the Christmas markets). The apartment is decently sized considering the location, with all the key amenities you need. They even provide bedroom slippers, which is rare for an aparthotel. We especially appreciated the laundromat, though it would be better if it had more machines (just one washing machine and one dryer) and cheaper price (€5 for washing and €2.50 for drying). Service was generally good and efficient, and shout-out to the gentleman at the night reception who speedily got us extra pillows. The main downside is the noise. While there's good soundproofing for noise from the corridor or another room, you can hear noise from the street, and especially the tram noise, very distinctly. For Accor members, please note that you won't be able to redeem any welcome drinks as the aparthotel has neither a bar nor a restaurant. But you can help yourselves to the hot drinks machine at the breakfast area. We'll certainly consider staying here again.

Bad smell as soon as you enter the hotel. The smell is also in the hallway and room. The cleanliness could be better. I think maybe new paint would help make it feel cleaner/newer. The heat in room doesn’t work and space heater is not safe to have on because my toddler may be injured if it was on. I would not stay here again or recommend this place. Website was also not easy to navigate and I had a mishap with my booking, resulting in booking a night I didn’t stay here and when I arrived there was no reservation for that night. I had to find lodging elsewhere, which was much nicer and cleaner for the same cost as this place.
