Easy access to Check in and checkout. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel’s location is very convenient, at the center of shopping area and only about 15 minutes away from petite France area. The room is clean and big enough for 2 person and equipped with kitchenette. Love it! Overall review: great!

Situated a walk away from train station or you can get a tram from station to less than a minute away from accommodation. You a right in the heart of Strasbourg can walk or tram to anywhere. The studio apartment was very comfortable and clean and had everything one needs to self cater. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel location was good for sightseeing and dining in Strasbourg old town. The hotel itself was basic and tired - not up to the usual standard we've experienced at other Adagio properties in France. There was a rainstorm one night and water leaked in all the windows in our room. And only 1 chair in a room set up for two people - we had to move the table over to the bed in order to eat. Things in the closet were very dusty. Overall, not so comfortable.

First time in Strasbourg, i was attending a conference. The apartment was spacious clean and had everything one needed for a few days away. I the staff was very accomodating and helpful with my check-in process. Overall a great stay, would come again!

Jean was the one who took care of my check in upon arrival, he was friendly and polite. Room was so good, I like that the room is ready when I arrived and it has balcony. Not much of selection at the breakfast buffet but many restaurants are nearby so it was okay. Tv channels have english channels so it was even better!

Good apartment style hotel, very convenient if you want to cook and have a little more space. Laundry room in the hotel was affordable and convenient. Small wait to get into the hotel at check in as reception doesn't seem to be located on the ground floor and the building doors are key card access only at all times. The location is good close to trams including multiple tram options from the main train station, and a short walk to many of the main attractions of Strasbourg. The bed was comfortable, cookware and utensils were adequate but limited and could do with an upgrade.

Pros: Location was walkable for everywhere I needed to go and I liked having a kitchenette to make my own meals. Cons: 1) The towels were really dusty - if you shook them out, they release an excessive amount of dust into the air. 2) the automatic blinds would sometimes activate on their own. 3) The pillow was worn out. I will likely stay here again in the future.
