Hotel is located in a great spot for Christmas markets. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is not worth the extra cost and the dining area had mice roaming around. Gym is a small dark, scary room (labeled library) with one treadmill. However, the main drawback is their service. They only have one attendant working the desk, and they are not always there. They only provide one room key, and will not give a second one even if requested, which is a problem, in case you want to go out separately. Also, because you need the key to get into the hotel building, and as previously noted, they are not always at the desk, you could be stuck outside a while. They don’t change the rooms often, and asking for replacement towels, toilet paper, tissues, took multiple requests. I would not stay there again for the cost they charged.

Nice location , great staff , big bathroom, clean rooms No daily cleaning, poor breakfast, no external sign , bathroom area could have been reduced and extra space added to main room

Very happy with our stay. The location is wonderful, and the apartments were a good choice for our group. Very helpful and friendly staff. One thing we would have liked would have been tea/ coffee making facilities. Obviously the apartments are equipped with a fridge and cooking facilities, but a few tea bags/ coffee sachets and milk would have been nice. They seem pretty standard in other Accor properties we have stayed in.

Living room was too dark. I think Stand light is needed. There is a desk, but the room was too dark to read and write.
