I had a lovely experience. The customer service was very professional and friendly, and the hotel is gorgeous. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet greatly, and the room was comfortable and well-decorated with quality materials. The room was a bit small, but I expect this when traveling abroad, and it was a perfect size for a single traveler. No complaints here; it's my favorite hotel I've stayed at in the last 10 years.

The opposite building was too close to open the curtains. If the hotel wasn't full the staff who checked in, should have given us a better room. Disappointed, no less.

Overall experience was great. The only problem was locating the registration desk on day one—it’s on the sixth floor, but there’s no sign on the first floor indicating that. A clear sign on the ground floor directing people to the sixth-floor check-in desk would fix this completely.
