Hotel is well located and clean. It was a comfortable stay too. Prior to my stay, i have made 2 separate hotel bookings (one booking per room type). So i emailed the reservations team to arrange for the same room as it is a continuous stay. Reservation said they have arranged. But on the day of check in, the front desk lady (i think her name is Erica) told me that my 2 bookings have different room type. I was very shock and showed her the email between the reservations team and me. Erica attended to my request immediately. She is very efficient and professional. We also share the same birthday! Therefore i would like to take this opportunity to compliment her. Last but not least, thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping my room clean and neat throughout my stay.
