This is our 2nd stay at Magok, and the 1st stay in 2024 was great. But in 2025 the receptionist (Daisy) that checked us in was incredulously rude and arrogant. Firstly when I walked towards the reception table, there was no warm welcome (which by all means is fine as she may be busy from a prior), after which I mentioned I was checking in and handled my passport. Without confirming my details of stay which is the protocol and has been done for all my Accor stays across all hotels, ( I had 2 rooms and booked for 4 nights each) she just asked for my credit card ''can i have your card'', after which i asked her, can you please at least confirm the amount I am paying? Of which she rolled her eyes, took 5 minutes and told me the amount, without yet confirming again my room details. So I asked her to confirm the rooms that I am getting as well and yet again another roll eyes moment. This is by far the worst Accor experience.

The hotel has a great location, easy to reach, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite, but the soundproofing in the rooms is not very good, so you can hear noise from the hallway.

Prefer booking with your hotel as our new office is just in the same building. However, the male staff at the check-in counter was not very friendly. Last time another check-in personnel (lady) was much better - very helpful & nice.
