Late check in. We book a junior suite for 2 adults 1 child. The staff is very understanding and gives a double plus single mattress. Very satisfied. As members, we can also late check out until 14pm. Only on the last day the key didn't work so we had to reactivate it. But overall comfortable and okay. The location is very good.

I have been out every day and hardly use any of the hotel facilities. But cleanliness is my basic requirement.

Clean and spacey room located perfectly near all the attractions. Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. Taxi has great access so you do not have to worry about meeting up with them at any other spot besides the hotel entrance. We will definitely be booking at the Ibis again.
