Hotel is conveniently located. Very close to the bus stop if you take the Airport Bus to Myeongdong. Reception staff, Jacob, is very efficient. Professional and courteous. He deserves a medal for his service. Bravo!!

The family and I visit Seoul 1-2 times every year over the past 5 years and have tried quite a few popular hotels in the Myeongdong/Itaewon area. Based on our first hand experiences, the best of the best hotel’s is the IBIS Ambassador Myeongdong! We have continued and will remain as loyal guests to the IBIS Ambassador! If we’re in Seoul then we are at the IBIS! Best in customer service! Best in facilities, Saftey and Customer Care! Especially kudos to Ms.Hana Lee/Director of Sales who personally handles our reservations, start to stop, ensuring that her guests are well looked after! Awesome job Ms.Hana and I hope that management recognizes your commitments to IBIS customers!!

I stayed here in October and was very happy with my stay. The limousine bus stops right outside. Check in is floor 18. Staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I had breakfast once which was good, no decaffeinated coffee though hence why I didn't go again so just bought fresh orange juice etc and put it in the fridge in my room. Room was always cleaned well and towels replaced. My only criticism is there is no milk or creamer sachets in the room for making a drink and the coffee was a huge sachet of espresso coffee. Myeongdong street market is literally one minute away and very good for eating out. Excellent hygiene standards here and all the food I got was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to Jacob and Lucas at reception and the lovely ladies whose names I never got.

Late check in. We book a junior suite for 2 adults 1 child. The staff is very understanding and gives a double plus single mattress. Very satisfied. As members, we can also late check out until 14pm. Only on the last day the key didn't work so we had to reactivate it. But overall comfortable and okay. The location is very good.
