Our suite was so spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was also great (a short walk to Yong San station and I Park mall). Housekeeping service was also exceptional. It was the perfect for our family stay with a little one (2.5 years old). Le Labo amenities were a highlight!

The superior suite was spacious and comfortable for a family of three. The location was alright, it wasn't central but it definitely wasn't too far from everything either. The reception was really sweet and helpful, and the room was very clean. However even though it wasn't an issue, I do feel like the house keeping could have been slightly better. Often, the amenities weren't replenished and we noticed they don't always vacuum under the coffee table. But whenever I asked for certain amenities they would deliver it to our room straight away. All in all, very happy with the stay and would definitely stay here again.
