We stayed in a two bedroom suite for 8 days in October and 4 days in November. This hotel was truly a home away from home for us. Our suite had two full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and washer/dryer combo which was a necessity for us. Our stay was broken up into two parts because we spent part of our time in Korea traveling to visit relatives living in different cities throughout Korea. We had a lot of luggage because we were in Korea for over 3 weeks, but we didn't want to travel with all of our luggage. We checked with the hotel to see if they could store some of our luggage for us (mainly our large suitcases). They were so accommodating and stored our luggage at no cost to us. When we returned for our second stay, within the time after we checked in and received the keys to our room, they already had our stored luggage waiting for us in our room. We also purchased a room package that included breakfast in the Executive Lounge. All of the staff working in the lounge were great. Bella was especially hospitable. Since we stayed there for so long, we got to see her everyday and she was always ready to greet us with a big smile and take us to our table (or at least the one that we always sat at while we were there). The food was incredible as well. They had such a wide ranging selection of all kinds of food (Korean, Asian, Western, etc.). One of our favorites was the dragon fruit (which seemed fitting with Yongsan being the Dragon City.) I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with family. We were there celebrating our parents' 50th wedding anniversary and our parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay there. Traveling throughout Korea was also a breeze because the hotel is located right next to Yongsan Train Station which has access to the KTX (bullet train). There's also a ton of restaurants and shopping within the train station and at the I-Park mall that is located right next to the station. It's all within walking distance and accessible via a sky bridge. We would definitely stay here again!

Great large rooms. We had the suite with two bedrooms. Please consider doing steam vacuum for the fabric sofas intermittently. There was a large of dust trapped there and our allergies were triggered.

The hotel is near a mall and the yongsan train station which makes it really well located and of easy access. When I arrived I was really well taken care of! The check-in was quick and had all the informations given out. The decorations and the staff form the reception make the arrival very welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and soft, just perfect. Everything was perfectly clean. The staff has been welcoming and caring which was really helpful. They also have a lot to offer in terms of amenities which makes the stay even better. I would totally recommend this hotel for the wonderful experience that you can get.

The location is great with the walking bridge to the train station making it a 5 minute walk. We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was incredible. The dinner buffet on the Novotel side is a must visit as the food is amazing. The casino is also a great place to visit as it is open 24 hours and the food at the restaurant there is also really good. Bring your passport for casino registration.
