As soon as you enter the hotel, everyone is very welcoming. Throughout my stay, I found all the staff are super accommodating to any needs I may have. Staff are always professional and willing to help if I have any queries or issues. It’s hard to choose other places to stay as staff always make me feel like I am at home. Thank you so so much!

I booked a junior suite with king size bed for 2 adults and 1 child (7 years old) on accorall website and at my arrival, there was no bed for my child. I asked at the reception and they first told me that could bring a cot (for a 7 years old child?!) and then that, since I booked for only 1 bed, if I wanted an additional bed into the room I would have had to pay additional. For a reference, a few days earlier, I stayed at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemum, where I booked a superior room with queen size bed, still for two adults and one 7 years old child, and of course, as expected, there was an additional bed for my child in the room when we arrived! How is it possible they even think that my child should share the big bed with us adults when she is 7??? Not really impressed with the system and with the way I was treated when I tried to explain my point Another minor issue : I asked where I could use my voucher for a free drink, they told me to go to the ground floor bar, I went there and asked if I could use my vouchers and they told it was not possible and I had to go to the bar at the 26th floor… ok, so I went to the 26th , only to be told that they could not serve me and I had to go back to the ground floor … only after insisting a while they accepted to give me a table for our drinks … again, not impressed at all with the service , especially considering it’s an official 5 stars hotel?

Excellent views at higher floors of 3 mountains and the city. Junior suite comes with a helpful kitchenette and washing machine, with detergent and laundry basket provided. Just be prepared to commute for 20-30 minutes to major shopping/tourist districts via the train from Yongsan station. Convenient for day trips out of Seoul since yongsan has a rail station. Facilities: spacious and well equipped gym, with swimming pool (must have swim cap - available for sale in a vending machine together with goggles and swimsuits)
