We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel Yongsan. Our suite was great, and even included a washer/dryer. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were so kind and helpful.

In general everything was fine. Slight improvements could be done on the following topics. Via trip.com I was unable to book a package with breakfast. So I had to purchase it daily additionally. I was a bit surprised about the cost for small kids. It was quite high to my opinion. Second point was related to the food at the bar in the entrance area. Once we ordered a pizza with a lot of salami on top. That pizza was super oily. That might be a personal taste topic and some ppl might like that. However if you ask me I would reduce the amount of salami and provide a more healthier version of this pizza. Other than that the room was clean, staff was friendly, we felt very welcome at any time, which is the most important thing.

Nice large rooms equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine for long stays. Excellent views of the city, comfortable bed and fantastic shower! Great service at reception and the concierge who helped us with taxis. Highly reccomend
