Wonderful service from all the staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only complaint is the sewage smell from the toilet room.

Overall, it was a great experience. The river-view room was wonderful, and the staff were lovely. The location is fine — not exactly central, but still convenient enough.

My family just wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we received at Naru Seoul Hotel! Our concierge, April, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Despite the language barrier, she was incredibly patient and took the time to show us around the hotel, including the panoramic view of the river. She even surprised my youngest child with local snacks and a lovely hotel fragrance as a keepsake. Her kindness and warmth made our stay truly unforgettable, and we're so grateful for her hospitality. The Naru is an awesome hotel, with a spectacular view. It is conveniently located near a subway station (Mapo), and offers a fantastic breakfast! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bianca, the concierge who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable!

The facilities are great, the pool with view of seouls skyline is amazing However, staffs service is lacking and attitude definitely needs improvement As a platinum member, too bad there wasn't an executive lounge. So i dine at the restaurant for breakfast. I requested a table by the window. The staff member Judy first ignored me saying it was all full. But I told that there was an empty table. She showed contempt and ignored me, as clearly she felt dissatisfied that she need to clean the table. She then took away my breakfast menu even when the time was not done yet. Definitely need a lot of improvement in how guests are treated For gym, Kevin was polite and great ! He did provide some assistance to me when i used the gym and that's the kind of service you wished for when staying at a 5star hotel like this
