We have carefully reviewed the issues you raised, including the water splashing from the shower, the hot water problem, and the lack of adequate vehicle waiting areas and bus stops. Additionally, we fully understand the inconvenience caused by the front desk being located on the higher floor, particularly when carrying heavy luggage.
