Service from staff was excellent! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The free upgrade and early check-in was something we did not expect but made our experience so wonderful. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Seoul. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Breakfast still hasn't improved

Olibaer TripAdvisor review

There's a review here from more than one and a half years ago which advises against buying the breakfast because it would not be worth it. Well, we had the breakfast because we didn't read the review and also would never had thought that a breakfast buffet can be that bad in a 4-star hotel. But it is: Coffee that tastes like water, food that is not really fresh and a rather limited selection - so it seems contrary to what they claimed in their answer to that old review they didn't really improve. Other than that, location is good, but rooms are small and some furnishings already look a bit dated. An average experience overall and not worth the high prices they often charge.

Location is great, lots of food and shops etc. The staff are really friendly and helpful but, room is not really clean.. the floor under the chair and bed is not cleaned. And the cleaner keep missing to either add water that day or throw all the rubbish, and even clean the floor. There was a small piece of plastic that dropped on the floor and this was there day after day. So this shows they don’t vacuum the floor.
