The location is really good. The hotel located on Hongdae close to the subway station which can go directly to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Thanks Day Kim 김 다 영, front office for warm and friendly assistance uopn arrival.

We visited in early November for a weekend business trip. Everything was as it ought to have been—room was clean (enough), location was convenient and in a very happening part of the city. Normally that would not be enough to compel a review, but here we are because Mr Joe Kim, one of the front desk employees, thoroughly took us aback with his professionalism, warmth and friendly demeanour. As he was the first and last person we interacted with among the hotel staff, it was the impression he left on us that mostly painted the memory of our stay. I’d like to thank him and apologize profusely for taking so long to write this review despite voluntarily pledging to do (he did not ask for it or even hint at it). We really hope to see him again.
