Early check in super surprising🥰 Thanks Manager Lynn Yeo for assisting every helpful on our journey in Seoul. She is nice cheerful and friendly. She shares us how to go direct location to the restaurant nearby. Hotel room is clean and excellent environment. Lobby is enough space for waiting and resting.

We were greeted by Lynn Yeo when the lift doors opened and she was super efficient with our check-in as we were rushing to return our rental car. She also explained everything very clearly and was super friendly during our stay. She also helped us with our welcome drinks and luggage deposit after we checked out. Our room had the softest pillows and mattresses which helped is to fall asleep much sooner than normal. One thing which might have helped is to have 2 chairs instead of just 1 chair. But we managed just fine.

First time staying in Seoul and it was the most comfortable accommodation I’ve ever stayed it. It was so easy to go to the train station and walk to all the majors places in Hongdae. Will definitely come again if I have the chance. Worth the price.

Always my favourite hotel to choose from ~ Been here during April for 2 nights after a trip to Wonju. And 6 nights during last year May too. In between we went to Jeju & they allowed us to store the luggage while we were in Jeju. Hotel’s staffs are all very friendly & well versed in English. Price is not the most expensive but definitely the rooms quality are the best. I really love their beds. The rooms facilities like aircon lights can be control from your phone. They have a bidet, just no toothbrush as usual like other hotels for environmental purposes. They have a coffee machine with 2 complimentary capsules. And most importantly, it’s in Hongdae & near to train station & airport limousine bus stop. If you come from train, exit 8 has a Lift. Today Sarah Lee assisted me & she’s really so sweet & helpful. I tried my luck with early check in at 12pm she helped me. And I need to extend my checkout time & she extend it to 1pm for me. By the way if you need to extend further & if it’s possible it’s 11k won per hour.
