I have stayed here twice already due to the location, it is central to Hongdae, and easy to access the green line subway. only issue is Uber cannot come to the hotel but thats a Uber app issue nothing to do with the hotel. Rooms are a bit small but very well stocked and very modern. Staff are always happy to help especially with restaurant recommendations. Lily recommended possibly the best beef grill location i have eaten among dozens of restaurants tried. thanks for that.

- Bad staff attitude - Lousy breakfast - Room could be cleaner - Totally not value for money - Small room - Platform not up to standard for reservations not sure why you only deducted 1 out of 2 of my rooms causing confusion and hassle at point of checking resulted in me losing my card
