It was 2+am on 21 Apr 2024 when we noticed that my 1.5year old daughter was running a high fever at 39 degree celcius. I also realized that i forgot to bring any medication for this trip. I was so lost and ran to the reception where Sean and Jayden were on duty. I am so grateful for the help received. Both of them were with me solutioning what to do next - buying over the counter medication for babies below 2 at convenience store or take a 15minutes ride to hospital A&E. I went to 2 convenience shop nearby but couldnt locate the medicine. Jayden went the extra mile to get the medication from a 3rd convenience shop. He didnt want to take my money for it but i insist because i was already so grateful we could get her medicine at that time of the day. How could i let him be out of pocket. I could feel sincerity in this encounter like they have gone beyond their duties and went that extra mile to help. I didnt have the capacity to thank them properly that night. So here it is - thank you. I am really grateful. Continue doing what you do. You are awesome!

The location of Mercure Ambassador Hotel is amazing! Shopping, food and transportation are at your door step. The service staff are most helpful when my luggage was locked out and they tried their best to resolve it. I am most impressed by this high level of care. Definitely will come back and stay again.

Great Location, Clean Hotel and Friendly Staff

The hotel was located in a prime area, within short walking distance to Line 2 (Green) and plenty of shopping in Hongdae. The street food available at night is delicious and the area is very walkable and safe. Hotel staff spoke great English so communication was easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned daily and with care.
