We stayed in this hotel for 13 days. Deluxe King bed room is clean with all amenities, 4 hugh washing machines located on B3. All staff at the front desk speaks perfect English, very helpful with our enquiries and fulfilled our tasks when requested.. Always acknowledge us when we walked passed the Reception with a smile or wave. Our housekeeper on the 16th floor was the best. She is so attentive and greeted us everyday with a smile. Though her language to communicate is limited but we managed to solve our requests easily. She is very very friendly and do her work with pride. Thank you once again Mercure Ambassador Hongdae for making our stay here a very pleasant one!

Checking into Mecure has been a wonderful experience, thankful to Sarah Lee. I wanted to call her out, because the check in was swift and concise, she was helpful in answering questions, and would be one of the reason for me to return! The location is great, and i would look forward to this hotel as my next stay again when I'm back to hongdae.

Location is great, very near the station. Staff were very friendly and helped to store our luggages before check in and even after check out. Got upgraded to a king bed during our stay and am very thankful. Thank you for the great stay will come again.
