I had had good experience with Fairmont before but at this time I faced bit unpleasant situation due to unprofessional housekeeping.

Conrad Seoul provided morning buffet with free with lower price. Fairmont hotel pricing is too expensive.

LILY at Gold Lounge was very kind to me. Thanks to LILY, I was able to check in at the Gold Lounge pleasantly, so I think the overall hotel satisfaction was very high. Other Gold Lounge staff members were very nice to me. Thank you. It was a very pleasant stay. I thought the hotel's software was really excellent. I think the best asset of the hotel is the employees, but all the employees I met were employees who matched the five-star rating. 골드라운지의 LILY님은 정말 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. LILY님 덕분에 골드라운지에서 기분 좋은 체크인을 하게 되어 전체 호텔 숙박 만족도가 엄청 높았던 것 같습니다. 다른 골드라운지 직원분들도 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. 감사합니다. 아주 기분 좋은 숙박이였습니다. 호텔의 소프트웨어가 정말 우수하다고 생각했습니다. 호텔의 최고 자산이 직원분들이라고 생각하는데 만났던 직원 분들 모두 5성급에 걸맞는 직원분들이셨습니다.
