Conrad Seoul provided morning buffet with free with lower price. Fairmont hotel pricing is too expensive.

LILY at Gold Lounge was very kind to me. Thanks to LILY, I was able to check in at the Gold Lounge pleasantly, so I think the overall hotel satisfaction was very high. Other Gold Lounge staff members were very nice to me. Thank you. It was a very pleasant stay. I thought the hotel's software was really excellent. I think the best asset of the hotel is the employees, but all the employees I met were employees who matched the five-star rating. 골드라운지의 LILY님은 정말 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. The Fairmont Ambassador Seoul is without The most Luxurious and Elegant Hotel in Seoul. Walking through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. It was light, airy, Very spacious and gave a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very Professional and extremely helpful. Check in was simple and very Fast. The rooms are new, modern and very stylish. The spa and fitness centre was outstanding. The highlight for us was the exceptional variety of Restaurants to choose from. Mariposa Restaurant on the 29th floor was our favourite and the presentation of the food was Beyond all expectations. M29 roof top bar was great breathtaking. I Would highly recommend the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul.

The hotel is new and all the facilities and rooms are in pristine condition. The breakfast was Sprectrum was INSANE ! Definitely not, if not THE best breakfast buffet we ever had. Lots of options, organic, handmade, care for allergies etc. Definitely recommend and will try the Gold lounge next time.

Staying in hotels around the world has been a part of my job for more than 13years now and I must say you guys did a great job! Well done everyone =) So where should I start? Checking in was a breeze as I was attended by Lucy and Elliot. Both of them were impeccable with guests' convenience in mind so well done! Julia and Emily over at the fitness center were always so ready to greet and making sure that I had a great time working out so well done!(It was almost a daily affair for me to be at gym every morning) Kevin, Claire and Emma were also so kind in helping me with my inquire on which hair salon and supermaket that I should go to and also helping me with reservation on my PCR test 2 days before departing Korea. Eve over at lobby lounge was ever so attentive as well. Being sincere and willing to help are all basics in this industry and also the hardest to maintain but for me all of you guys has that core in you which is very very important so I'm really thankful for that. What I liked most was everyone's ability in remembering and them giving acknowledgement. simple stuff to others but not for me. No words can describe how awesome it was during my trip and I hope to see you guys real soon when I can have my holiday again as I have a heavy and a very well travelled schedule. It was the 2nd stay since I had the 1st stay in Fairmont Ambassador Seoul in December 2021. Like the first time, the stay was flawless. All the staff were warmly welcoming us, and the food was well served. Hygiene was well maintained and the room condition was also good. I would absolutely visit again soon!

Stayed at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul for the first time with my family. Booking the room through their website was a breeze. During check-in we were greeted by friendly staff Elliot and Clare assisted us during check-out. The view of the Han River from our room was spectacular. The hotel was directly connected to the Hyundai Seoul (Mall) so it was a great additional since we got to explore that place as well. All the staff were friendly, kind and professional...Marry from the Atrium Lounge, Nick from the room service staff and everyone from the housekeeping staff did a superb job. The food was delightful, we dined in at the Spectrum for breakfast and tried the pastries at the Atrium Lounge. Our movement was limited due to the ongoing pandemic but in the future we will definitely make sure to visit other facilities of the hotel like their swimming pool, fitness center, spa, bar and other restaurants. Overall it was an amazing and unforgettable stay.

Beyond all Expectations - Stunning New 5 Star Luxury Hotel

I came across this brand new hotel whilst looking for a Luxury boutique style hotel in central Seoul for a weekend Away and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived - attentive and professional. We felt so relaxed after using the exceptional Spa and the Couples Massage is Exceptional. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant Mariposa on The 29th floor overlooking the Han River and City Views rather than finding one nearby and we weren't disappointed - the menu had a lovely choice that suited us. All of the food was of a very high quality and nicely presented. We were also given a choice of amazing Wines. Having cocktails after dinner at there Amazing Bar29 was Beyond All expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious , very comfortable beds and stunning marble bathrooms. The location of the hotel is lovely, next to a Brand new Luxury Shopping Mall - THE HYUNDAI SEOUL. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back myself on my next trip to Seoul.

The room size is the same for all of the Fairmont Room, Deluxe Room, and Gold Room. If you want a view, we recommend a deluxe room or higher. However, to stay in Fairmont satisfactorily, reserve a Gold Room, We recommend that you experience the Gold Lounge. Fairmont Gold Lounge's food and beverage service may be unsatisfactory depending on your personal taste, but their concierge service is very good. The breakfast and dinner quality at the Spectrum buffet is very good. The sauna is a little small in size but private, and is provided free of charge to those with Accor Platinum or higher. You can enjoy a stay experience similar to that of other luxury category hotels such as Park Hyatt, Luxury Collection, Four Seasons and more.
