A very nice stay at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. Was attending a conference at Korean Stock Exchange and the hotel was very close. Kind staff provided me with early check in and a upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite, super comfortable and with place to do work. I loved the breakfast and especially enjoyed the Peking Duck Station. The otter mascot is super cute. Would definitely recommend and return if returning to Korea for work

The hotel has a very good location, directly connected to The Hyundai Seoul, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. It is also within a short 10min walk to Han River Park, which was a nice bonus for walks and sightseeing. We stayed in the Classic 1 Bedroom Suite, which was spacious and comfortable overall. However, the bathroom felt surprisingly small for a suite category room. There was only one basin, and the counter space was quite limited, making it inconvenient to place items like hairdryer, skincare products, and dental kits together. Other than that, the overall stay was pleasant and the hotel was good overall.

I block booked rooms with the Fairmont Ambassador for a global conference we were holding in Seoul and we received a great service. From initial contracting to check out the team were on hand to help and answer questions and provided a wonderful service. The rooms were large and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! It was easy to travel around Seoul from the location. I would highly recommend it!
