Especially appreciated the concierge service for finding places & making various appointments for me! Would be helpful to have a desk & chair placed at the concierge station for clients who require more time.

Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, there are a few minor details that could be improved, such as some dust on the window frames and minor wear and tear in the rooms. Taking care of these small issues would make the accommodations even more comfortable.

I had A. wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was new, clean, and very comfortable. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Anna Kim, Reservation Agent, for her excellent service, quick responses, and professionalism throughout my stay. I only have two minor comments. First, while the breakfast quality was good, the menu lacked variety as many of the dishes were very similar each day. Second, during one breakfast visit, I was asked by A. restaurant host to change my slippers before entering. I respected the request and returned to my room to change. However, I later noticed another guest entering the breakfast area wearing slippers, which made the policy seem inconsistent. Overall, it was A. very pleasant experience, and I appreciate the hospitality of the entire team
