1. 입장시부터 체크인 데스크까지의 제대로된 안내가 없었고 체크인과정에서 엘리베이터에서 내린 모르는누군가가 데스크 옆에서서 불쑥끼어들어 직원에게 질문을 하는등 동선구조상의 문제도 보여 첫인상이 좋지않았습니다. 2.룸에서 전화연결도 체크인데스크로 바로연결안되고 중간에서 전달해드리겠다고하고 연락받기까지 20분여간 기다리다 제가 두번이나 전화하며 콜백을받았습니다. 시스템이 너무 체계적이지못하다는 인상이 들었습니다. 3.룸서비스 이용시에도 주문한지 40분이넘어 음식이 도착해야할 시점에 방으로 전화가 와서는 갑자기오븐이 고장났다는둥 고객입장에서 이해하기 어려운 변명을하며 상황을 모면하고자하는 모습이 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 음식자체는 괜찮았습니다. <총평> 좋은 위치, 훌륭한 하드웨어지만 소프트웨어는 그렇지 못한 너무 아쉬운 경험이었습니다. 재방문 의사는 없습니다. 1. From the moment I entered, there was no clear guidance leading to the check-in desk. During the check-in process, a complete stranger who had just gotten off the elevator suddenly stepped in and asked the staff questions right next to the desk. This highlighted issues with the flow and layout of the space, and left a poor first impression. 2. When calling from the room, the phone did not connect directly to the check-in desk. Instead, I was told the message would be relayed, and I had to wait about 20 minutes without any response. I ended up calling twice more before finally receiving a callback. Overall, the system felt poorly organized and inefficient. 3. When using room service, after more than 40 minutes had passed—when the food should have already arrived—I received a call saying that the oven had suddenly broken down. From a guest’s perspective, this excuse was difficult to understand and felt like an attempt to cover the situation rather than properly address it. The food itself was fine. Overall: While the location is excellent and the physical facilities are impressive, the service and operational side fall far short. It was a very disappointing experience, and I have no intention of returning.
