Overall, the facilities are good. However, the service staff could be more polite, and compared to other hotels in the Accord chain, I was a bit surprised by the lack of hospitality from the ground and dining staff.

Hotel is located near train station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed at the hotel second time. Your hotel is my first choice when I visit in Seoul. Breakfast is variety of choice. Room is very comfortable and nice view.

Huge shoutout to Carmen at the front desk for making my arrival so seamless. I showed up feeling pretty exhausted from travel, and she handled everything with such ease and a great sense of humor. She didn't just hand me a key; she took the time to make sure I had everything I needed to settle in comfortably. It’s clear she really cares about the guests, and she’s a fantastic first impression for the hotel.

Hairs in shower, unscrewed shower, dirty towels, extremely uncomfortable rooms. Looks like advantage- fridge in room, but in fact whole night working sound

We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the cleanliness issues you experienced in your room, including the shower and towels. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review and corrective actions. Regarding the refrigerator, we would like to clarify that the unit provided in your room is a standard in-room fridge, which can produce a low level of operational noise as part of its normal function. However, we understand that this may have caused discomfort during the night, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are also sorry to hear that our breakfast offering did not meet your expectations. We would like to assure you that our breakfast is freshly prepared on-site by our dedicated chefs, and not sourced or reused from other hotels.
