Bad experience: 1. Customer is from Taiwan, not China; please revise the country name on the invoice. 2. Breakfast (Ibis Styles) was almost the same every day, and the seats may not be sufficient during the peak time. 3. Bathmat was not provided every time. Good experience: The services of the reception and luggage storage were good.
