Very nice hotel and the room was nice and quite clean. But there are many points I didn’t like. First of all, the front desk doesn’t even look like a front desk and there’s no IBIS sign there at all. The check in was alright but I don’t expect to ask for my welcome drinks as a Gold member. There was no attention paid to my membership at all. The room was nice and clean but the room temperature was 32 degrees and I set the temperature to 22 but no change at all, even hours later. I managed to cool the room down to 29 because I just turned off the air conditioner. The Rain shower didn’t work, no matter how hard I pulled on the activation button and the hot water wasn’t really hot at all even after a while. I stayed just a week earlier in a normal IBIS in Busan and it was a totally different story. There I felt like home and I’m always with ACCOR hotels because I usually like them. But maybe it was just a bad day and I’m sure I’ll try your hotel again. That’s why I don’t want to publish this review because everyone deserves second chances.

I stayed in the hotel last week using my free night award. Check in count staff was so nice and clam. She really tried to explain about hotel and facilities So i could understand all of them even the hotel was very spacious. if you have some tier they treat well with funny presents. I used junior suite room where have beautiful view. you can watch the Han river and normal Korean's life.

Good Location, next to Yongsan Station and the i-Park mall Clean Room Good View , either Han River or the Namsan Tower But the front desk staff is ''so-so'' I arrived at 2 for check-in The staff said the check-in time should be 3 it is only an hour I didn't see if there was any difficulties for the to ask us to wait for one more hour with rooms available they finally agreed to check-in for us but I really felt disappointed they should have been more helpful instead of pretending to be doing us a very very big favour to us I am not making a unreasonable request, it is just checking-in one hour earlier with plenty of rooms available I checked-in at 7 in the morning for free in the Novetel in Myanmar in July 2019 and that is what we called a good service

overall was good except electric maintenance at the middle of night, felt unsecured. direct bus between ICN airport and hotel, very convenience. staffs speak good English. connected to train and metro station, easy access to downtown.

Great location since it is linked to Yongsan station. You can take itx to Chuncheon for day trip. There is also a mall nearby and a huge e-mart that sells groceries, local products etc. From the hotel, you can take airport bus #6030 for 15,000 won, takes you to Incheon airport directly. Member recognition for Accor (Gold) is good, received welcome drink vouchers and a can of beer, a bottle of mango juice, and a pack of nuts. All was going well until the second night. In the evening, when I returned to my room, I couldn't find my medium-sized white teddy bear on my bed. Figured housekeeping must have packed Bear away by accident, but hotel staff said they could only try finding out from housekeeping at 9am the next day. Since Bear had a lot of emotional significance, it was hard to not be worried... Went down to the reception the next morning and specifically told them to look for Bear in the used linen etc, and they did manage to find it, thankfully! Felt that staff could have been more sympathetic and apologetic to the entire situation ... afterall, it was indeed a mistake by housekeeping to pack away a pretty huge teddy bear without noticing.
