Overall no negative things and generally pleasant. Some towels were a bit damp and smelly- but could be the weather most days were okay.

Bader76 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

The hotel is clean in generally. The lobby is nice which is shared with other hotel. Room was ok. Breakfast was average. The location was really big advantage as the hotel is connected to Yongsan train station, also there is bus stop for airport bus which is just 5-7 minutes walking from the hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially the concierge.

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I've never been in a four star hotel that didn't have cream for their guest's coffee. If you don't have cream provide milk. I was told I would have to pay w8000 to get milk for my coffee. That is my only complaint. The rest of my stay has been fantastic.
