Everything was great. The front office team was polite and professional! I have some minor comments regarding cleanliness - I found a few long dark hairs in the room and on the towels, but overall it did not interfere with my relaxation.

I really liked the hotel and the location. The front desk staff was really nice too, the manager, Karmen? She was a bit cold, but all the other staff were really nice. I think the rooms could be cleaned a bit better and parking was always full. Other than it was a great stay. Decent rooms, friendly staff and everything I asked for they were so helpful. always smiling and kind too.
