Location is well connected to Yongsan station. Rooms are good for family as we asked for connecting rooms. Housekeeping not always give us complete amenities. I like that I can adjust the room temperature, unlike other hotel like rokaus nearby which only stay at 25C which was too warm for us. I wish the hotel has coin laundry, and the room dont have enough space to hang our clothes. They dont recognise gold status here and the bar close very early.

This was my second long-term stay at the Ibis Styles Hotel, and once again, the experience impressed us greatly. In particular, we enjoyed the gym area and the Dodo Lounge, where guests can use laundry machines and a shared common area. The overall service was excellent, including the kind reception staff and wonderful housekeeping. Overall, I would like to give big applause to the hotel staff, including the receptionists and housekeeping team, who provide the best service at all times. One downside I would like to point out is inconsistent housekeeping service. The quality of housekeeping was inconsistent; on one occasion, it seemed that the housekeeper only cleaned the surface briefly. This meant that the bed sheets were not changed and dirt on the floor was not removed.

A Perfect Start to Our Trip in Korea

After an overnight flight with kids, we were completely exhausted, but Carme Yeu made such a difference for us. She helped us through the check-in process so smoothly and kindly that our stressful arrival turned into a comfortable and easy start to our first day in Korea. Her warm attitude and genuine care truly meant a lot to our family. On top of that, the hotel was very clean and perfect for staying with children. We felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We are very grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality.
