After an overnight flight with kids, we were completely exhausted, but Carme Yeu made such a difference for us. She helped us through the check-in process so smoothly and kindly that our stressful arrival turned into a comfortable and easy start to our first day in Korea. Her warm attitude and genuine care truly meant a lot to our family. On top of that, the hotel was very clean and perfect for staying with children. We felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We are very grateful for the wonderful service and hospitality. This is a place we would happily return to and recommend to other families.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. Everything felt well organized and thoughtfully taken care of. I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in December. The hotel is located in a good place, close to train station and shopping center with a lot of options for transportation and food. Staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast was good. The room was a little small and there was no comfortable closet space to unpack the suitcase.

The hotel is beautiful and has a stunning view. We had a problems with our reservation and with special help from Mrs Carmen and Mr Lucas Park at the desk. They areay helpful and friendly. They took care of it fastly so it was really convienient. I wish that there More people like them in other hotels!!!
