We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at our hotel. Regarding the walkway, I am sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. The current walkway to Yongsan train station will be replaced by a new walkay by June 15th this year. This new walkway will be straight from Yongsan Station Exit 3 to our hotel, making it easy to reach our hotel from the train station. Thank you very much for staying in our hotel and for taking the time to tell us about your experience. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. Thank you as well for being a ALL Silver Member and for using the Accor All application. First, regarding your online check-in, I am sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. Indeed, when check-in online, you still need to come to reception to get your room key. Rest assured that online check-in has been discussed with our front desk team and we are finding solutions to improve this service. Regarding the lift from the walkway, the current walkway to Yongsan train station will be replaced by a new walkway by June 15th this year and access will be facilitated. We are sorry that the bed sheets were not perfectly cleaned. When at the hotel, please let us know right away, so that we can change the sheets. We will continue to train our housekeeping staff to ensure the best cleaning. Thank you again for sharing your experience and your concerns.
