The issues: The flush element kept on falling out into the toilet; The shower door wouldn't shut properly fearing it could have fallen on us. The bedsheets weren't changed despite it had blood stains on them. The breakfast didn't provide sufficient vegetarian options as well as the cheese we were told they have animal rennet. The mugs in the room were dirty so couldn't use them for the coffee provided.

We stayed here for four nights with two adults and one child, in a room with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated in a movie-themed style, which was a really nice touch. The room had a small fridge with bottles of water and juices, which, to our surprise, were refilled every day at no extra charge. This was especially welcome as it was very hot in Rome. Having a cold drink waiting for us after a full day of exploring the city was a real treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was also very spacious and had water dispensers where you could get a drink before heading out or when coming back to the hotel. The breakfast area was spacious, but unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing to us. The choice was limited and consisted mainly of sweet items. We really missed fresh fruit and more savoury or neutral-tasting options. The hotel is within walking distance of the Cinecittà metro station, which is on the end of Line A, one of the most important metro lines for tourists visiting Rome. There is also a shopping mall about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, this is a good hotel, especially considering the friendly staff, comfortable room and the daily complimentary refilling of the fridge.

Everybody was nice during our stay, helped every time, the bed was comfortable, the sofa bed not that much but the staff was kind and brought us extra duvets to put on the sofa, the room big and clean, the breakfast was good. A bit too far from the attractions, but metro is very close, so the acces to the city center is easy.

We had a 4 night stay which was complicated by a non functioning AC unit on our first night. It took a while and some back and forth but eventually we were managed to move rooms in the middle of the second evening. Management did apologise and offer compensation on the first night, but declined on the second despite its impact. Breakfast is limited from a non Italian visitor and also for an international chain. Not many vegetarian options. Otherwise close to station, clean rooms, friendly front desk, nice decor, comfortable beds

After being robbed in the city centre, and letting the staff know that we would need to pay via a bank transfer. They treated us like we were the criminals and we weren’t like we weren’t going to pay even at one point telling us “it’s not there problem sort it out yourselves”. During an extremely stressful and emotional time the staff just added to the stress which was an incredibly horrible experience. Trying to organise payment with them not having our cards was a relatively easy process in the end. The way the staff acted towards the situation was disgraceful.

We understand how distressing and emotional such an experience can be, and we are truly sorry that you had to go through it. In order to assist you in this exceptional situation, we tried to offer flexible solutions for settling your bill. Although bank transfers are normally accepted only if arranged at least 14 days prior to departure, and not on the day before check-out, we were willing to make an exception in your case. We also provided the option of payment via our secure pay-by-link system, which was ultimately used and allows payment to be made even with a card belonging to a family member or acquaintance. We are sorry that you did not feel supported by the solutions we offered. In addition, we kindly requested a copy of the police report regarding the theft, which unfortunately was not provided to us. While we fully appreciate the difficult circumstances you were facing, we also had the responsibility to ensure that the outstanding balance of your stay was settled. We sincerely regret if our approach was perceived as lacking empathy, as this was never our intention. Well located. The room was quiet and spacious but could be cleaner, including doors and walls. There was a bit of dust as well. The bed could have been more comfy with better and softer pillows. Appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge! Breakfast was nice with a wide choice and good coffee. There should have been more lactose free products and not just the yoghurt. Staff nice and kind.
