Dear Guest, First of all, we would like to express our sincere regret for the unfortunate incident that occurred during your stay. We understand how distressing and emotional such an experience can be, and we are truly sorry that you had to go through it. In order to assist you in this exceptional situation, we tried to offer flexible solutions for settling your bill. Although bank transfers are normally accepted only if arranged at least 14 days prior to departure, and not on the day before check-out, we were willing to make an exception in your case. We also provided the option of payment via our secure pay-by-link system, which was ultimately used and allows payment to be made even with a card belonging to a family member or acquaintance. We are sorry that you did not feel supported by the solutions we offered. In addition, we kindly requested a copy of the police report regarding the theft, which unfortunately was not provided to us. While we fully appreciate the difficult circumstances you were facing, we also had the responsibility to ensure that the outstanding balance of your stay was settled. We sincerely regret if our approach was perceived as lacking empathy, as this was never our intention.
