We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay. Our room was very comfortable and well kept by your staff.. Breakfast buffet was well presented and plentiful and our evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. Customer service was very attentive and friendly.

perfect for a short break

easy to find a short walk from the metro, easy check in, great room, good food and pleasant bar area.

The room was so noisy because it was on the highway side even if I asked to give me a quiet one so I couldn’t sleep at all and in the window was a not well isolated so I felt the wind coming in and felt cold because of that

Nice hotel. Have stayed many times but a few issues.

Lovely restaurant and professional staff. Nice hotel with amenities in good area beside metro. I have stayed in the hotel 4-5 times but this time, the room was below standard I am used to. It was in an annex (Room 423) and the room next door kept opening and closing their door meaning the noise vibrated, I could also hear the people in the room next door. The room layout was awkward - it was difficult to get around the bed. The room looked in need of a paint; there was a bad odor when I came in also. I had to open the window as the AC did not function. Also the shower door was broken so the water leaked all over the floor. Disappointing. I did not tell the front desk as I was only there one night this time I thought as I was an Accor member, I would have gotten a good room. However, I seem to get a much nicer room when booking on Nooking.com

Adequately sized room - good heating - nice to have a balcony with distant views of hills and good for plane spotters as aircraft pass close to the hotel as they land in Ciampino - (no noise issues). Close to Cinecitta metro which is about 20-25 minutes to central Rome. Staff were good. Welcome drink offered. Just one small negative - the panel under the TV was severely scuffed, probably with luggage. This could easily be rectified. It detracted from an otherwise very smart room.
