The hotel was not at the standard that I was expecting from Mercure hotel : room was very noisy (had the impression to be on the same one as the neighbours), too hot (could not sleep and of poor quality

The hotel doesn't deserve the 4* rating which it has. What is good: the breakfast, the Wifi What is not good: old bathroom, bad sound isolation (you can here every person in the corridor and the loud noise of the school), only paper teacups in the room (in a 4-star, really?), the kettle is every time placed on the table where there is no electricity socket
