It was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is delicious. We had a little issue with the shower and the TV channels but the best part of having a problem is having someone with a solution. They were truly efficient. So thank you for your availability.

reception staff were incompetent. couldnt find booking, asked how much i paid for the stay, couldnt work out city tax. said i hadnt booked breakfast when i had - proved this on invoice. did not know timings of breakfast or bar openings. overall check in experience was poor and needs improving. quality of facilities in the room were poor. hairdryer was on its last legs, shower was broken, shower head wouldn't stay in the clip. bidet poorly located/in the way access to shower was limited especially as shower itself was tiny. phone in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. photo frames were evidently missing in the room, we came back one day as theyd put lights in the room by the bed - why was this not done prior to arrival? the room was not cleaned once it was just tidied. the bedsheets and towels were not cleaned, we did not have fresh towels or bedding once during our stay. the bathroom couldve done with a quick wipe over atleast as bare minimum. breakfast staff, food and quality was poor. food was not restocked so the later you left to go down to breakfast you were left with minimal food options. Eggs were shockingly bad and tasteless, pastries were stale, coffee machine didnt work as a silver accor member who has spent thousands of pounds in previous accor hotels all over the world this is by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

I would like to sincerely apologize, as I am still relatively new to this property and was not fully familiar with the breakfast and bar hours at the time, which is why I needed to confirm them with a colleague during your check-in. Regarding the issues in your room, I personally checked room 321, where you stayed. The shower and handheld showerhead were functioning properly, with strong water pressure and securely in place, and the hairdryer was fully operational and safely mounted to the wall. However, we completely understand how even small inconveniences can affect your experience, and we are truly sorry that this was the case. Had these matters been brought to our attention during your 4-day stay, we would have addressed them immediately. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as it helps us improve and ensure a flawless experience for all our guests.
