The Location was top, with a metro station near and the Colosseum 20 min walk away. The Staff was really friendly. I noticed broken stuff (e.g. the flush of the toilet or the the walls). All in all the hotel was worth the money and i will definitely stay at a Mercure again.

The breakfast offering was extremely poor, to the point that there was effectively nothing available to eat. The room was repeatedly missing basic amenities. On some days there were no towels at all, and on others only one bath towel was provided for two people, with no floor/leg towel. Overall, the experience did not meet the expected standard. The only positive aspect was the barman, who was very polite, professional, and responsive to our requests. His service deserves a very positive evaluation.

A standard Mercure Accor stay. Great hotel close to the train station and walking distance from coliseum which was a huge plus for our trip. Room was clean and staff was brilliant specially Ali ( in the reception desk). He went above and beyond to help our trip with tips of the city and recommendations and explain how everything in the hotel works. He made us feel very welcome. Overall experience was great and hotel meets expectations.
