Well located in a reasonably quiet area. Close to a Metro station and not far walking to the Coliseum. Warm and friendly staff. No cooling air conditioning between Nov and May. Was an issue as it was hot in April! This rule should be actual temperature specific.

Nice location for everything we needed, staff friendly except lady at check in was a bit grumpy. Rooms need refurbishment, or even basic maintenance. For example the slot in my room for the room key was faulty and the lights kept going out. The shower head sprayed water from a damaged seal all over the bathroom. The fridge was at about 15 degrees, so didn't work. One of the plug sockets didn't work so I had to move some furniture to charge my phone.

Fine stay. Hotel good placer near facilities. They would not turn on Aircondition, it is still winter in Italy they said. 25 degrees makes the room hot and open windue, is free moskito buffe.
