I have not much to share as I was whole day out, going out early without having breakfast or enjoying the swimming pool (which was not available). But the reception staff was incredibly attentive and ready to support any needs, specially Omar, who oriented me in all questions and needs I had. Is good to see the younger generations are not lost yet. Congratulations

Terrible Room Conditions and No Resolution to my Reported Issues

The room that was allocated to me was already occupied when I opened the door and walked in. The man asleep on the bed was MOST surprised. I was given another room, the photos of which are attached to this review. Added to this the AC did not work and when I turned it on, it crackled and hissed llike a short-circuit was present in the switch. Very worrying. I will do everything that I can to avoid staying at thyis hotel ever again.

I was given a room which when I opened the door, was occupied. I was given a different room which reception told me was originally given to the ‘new’ occupant. I soon found out why; dirty, broken bathroom ceiling, broken shower head, mould around the shower. I tried to switch on the AC and was electrocuted. Reported to reception and was told “well don’t use it”. Staff shortages meant poor restaurant service and the steak was the toughest steak I’ve ever eaten.

Hotel is good but you have to improve 2 things: 1.entrance road(pretty bad) needs repairs 2.add a sign when entrance to hotel road, so people know which way to follow.
