Staff are great, food great but rooms are looking dated, window didn’t shut properly had to lift it into position, colleagues carpet dirty, just looking old and in need of a refurbishment.

Structure with great potential, which would deserve a bit more attention. The TV remote didn't work and the dinner I ordered through room service wasn't great (I ordered a Niçoise salad and grilled vegetables, but the salad didn't have the ingredients listed on the menu). Overall, comfortable bed, pleasant room temperature, average breakfast.
