The hotel is fairly close to the Rustica station - why no free shuttle? The welcome drink was just a (very) small beer and the hotel room needs renovation. my original room would not let anyone back and hence after 30 minute sof waiting, I recieved the key to a new room and my (already unpacked) belongings were moved 1 hour later after the room was accessed via the adjoining door. Internet OK and food in restaurant also OK.

The somewhat inconvenient location of the hotel is compensated by the shuttle service - very nice service indeed. The Internet was easy to connect and more than adequate. The restuarant was very good with good food and an excellent wine list. The staff were all very friendly and professional.

I'm sorry but unfortunately I was very disappointed with my stay this time. I had problems with the key to my room, I couldn't get in and didn't manage to open the door myself once during the stay because of a problem with the lock. I have stayed in this hotel and numerous accor hotels in the past but this stay was one of my worst so far. Breakfast was the most disappointing part of my stay, there were no clean glasses nor cups, between two colleagues and I we had just one glass and there were no staff in sight. There was just one croissant left when we arrived for breakfast at 8.30...Numerous unoccupied tables hadn't yet been cleared and looked messy and not welcoming at all. I'm sorry, but as a keen novotel fan, this hotel totally underwhelmed me on this occasion, especially given that we were travelling for business. My colleague also had problems with her shower.

Conoscendo il marchio Novotel e il nostro hotel, siamo felici si dichiari fan del brand, vogliamo quindi scusarci per i disagi e il disappunto sperimentato in occasione dell'ultima visita, che vogliamo considerare una spiacevole eccezione. Come già comunicato anche alla Sua collega in altra sede, sicuramente il servizio colazione da ottimizzare e rendere più efficace la nostra offerta sarà un aspetto su cui focalizzeremo la nostra attenzione, mentre la location dell'hotel è qualcosa su cui purtroppo non possiamo intervenire. Room carpet was not clean lit if stains on the carpet floor. Restaurant service was not uptown the mark I wait long to order for and followed by waited long for the food to arrive and even billing was delayed.

The room was adequate but the hotel staff were not particularly helpful in providing information on times of trains. Specifically they did not warn us that to get to the station, La Rustica Uir, guests had to risk life and limb walking along an unlit road with no pavement (SIDEWALK) which was dangerous particularly at night. Furthermore there was no warning that the station was without ticket issuing facilities and the shuttle bus to Rome Tiburtina only made one return trip on weekdays at inconvenient times I. e. at 8.30 am out and at 8.30 pm back.

Very far from city Centre. Room was a bit outdated but clean and big. Breakfast was nice but only one staff in the restaurant.

Hotel location is not ideal and could be improved by better transport links: earlier shuttle bus would be helpful in the heat of the summer. Replacement of items provided in room (teabags, milk, etc) was irregular and replacements could have been done on a day to day basis. Breakfast pastries on the one day we had breakfast were stale and coffee not very hot. Otherwise, hotel was excellent and food provided at evening meal of high quality.

We had a very kindly welcomming from the reception. The welcomming drink was only beer, soda or vine. We have before could choose from the hole card. One of us got a cold meal in the restaurant, but the waiter change it.

I have been staying at NOVOTEL hotels recently , but the good thing about them was the location. but i was not particularly happy with the location of Novotel Roma Est, its far too off the center of city and the area surrounding it is also not very well kept and clean.

All you can ask from a hotel. Nice breakfast. Easy access near the ring road, as a rent a car for my excursions. This time with bigger TV Set in the room. I should be more organised to visit the gym. Nice price.

Handy as a stop off, although overpriced for what it is. Beds are comfortable though, and the outdated bathrooms are clean. Staff a bit sterile. Arrived just after 10.30 at night, and all they could offer us was plain cheese and tomato pizza, and used the excuse that's the only type of pizza they can freeze which of course is stupid. This nees to re-brand as Red Ibis and charge €60 a night.

The room was quite large and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The towels were good quality and soft. The illumination of the room was very good. The only problem was the temperature thermostat was not performing its function.

I was requested to leave a 60euro charge for any problems in the room but it has been a few days and that money has not been canceled or retured to my card

Firstly I could not find the hotel, then there was barely any access with a private vehicle. As a traveller who prefers to use public transport where possible, I found this location very hard to manage.
