We are glad to notice your satisfaction, especially in reference to our Staff, at the same time we know the Hotel is located a bit far from the city center but there is La Rustica Uir train station that reaches Roma Tiburtina in 20 min. at €1.50. Good afternoon, We want to thank you for choosing Novotel Roma Est and for sharing your review with us, we work with commitment and determination to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience to all guests. We are sorry to notice that the stay did not meet your expectations but we want to clarify some things. We are located at 550m from La Rustica UIR train station, your room was booked for 1 person only so for this reason you paid the difference at the moment of the arrival. We have at the Reception the courtesy kit like the beauty one, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap etc. When we receive questions about the direction from/to the Hotel/train we are always ready to help and it is written on our website that we do not have a Transfer service for the Airport but we can call at the moment a normal taxi available 24h.
