View from the room was great, water pressure for the shower was good & the room was well appointed. The safe in the room didn't work; could be replaced, as uses an old system where you have to use your room card or a credit/debit card to open and close - tried many cards and none worked to open the safe, even though the correct instructions were followed. Maintenance checked and unfortunately still didn't work. Aircon system could be improved - very fiddly; stopped working when trying to go to a lower temperature. Photo's provided are a bit deceiving. All in all however, a good stay - staff were pleasant and friendly, in both the reception and restaurant areas.

Was originally given a room with a door that you have to shove to get it to close. Staff didn't know the laundry policy, then didn't get my laundry sent out. I'll try another hotel next time.

Hello, good day. I previously contacted you regarding my stay at the NovHotel Roma Est. A deposit was taken on the initial receipt. Later, they took full payment at the hotel and said the deposit would be refunded, but it hasn't been. Could you please help me? I currently have no credit left and cannot make any purchases.

I do not know but i my status as Platinum was not taken into acount , 2 Small beds First Flor and very old room no cafe machine ... very bad , no savatte , no capatollo ... i'm asking my self if i've to come back or not
