Everything was great. Room ready early. It was a small room but clean and tidy. On top floor which meant it was quiet. Couple of minor issues - room was very warm but cooled off with a window open and needed to ask for a bath towel at reception. Resolved quickly. I have used this hotel before and will continue to use it as my preferred option. In a quiet location, great transport links into the city centre and airport
