I had a very enjoyable three-night stay in a Privilege room with queen-size bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt welcome from the moment of arrival. The breakfast staff in particular were really welcoming. As to the breakfast buffet selection itself, though the hot items were disappointing, the choice was generally good and the quality high. It's a nice touch to have some local products - I really liked the caciotta romana cheese, which I had never had before. The well-equipped room, with bath and shower, was made up spotlessly clean every day, the décor was pleasant with a splash of colour, and each night was quiet and comfortable. I particularly appreciated having the complimentary soft drinks in the minibar after a long day wandering round Rome! The hotel location is very good, in a quiet neighbourhood with a good choice of shops and restaurants. It is just a couple of minutes walk from Bologna metro station. From there it's roughly four minutes to Termini, so this is a great advantage to get out of the hustle and bustle but still be in easy reach of central Rome. A number of bus routes are also available in the vicinity.

Great service at check in. Great location, clean. Had two positive dining experiences, and one that was very slow with only 2 tables in the restaraunt. Pillows were not comfortable. 7/10
