Ciao, thank you for sharing your experience, we are happy to hear you had a wonderful stay here 🫶 just to clarify, you did pay €4 for the towels, but this was added to the €7 tourist tax, which all guests staying in accommodation in Italy (and elsewhere) are required to pay. That’s why the final total came to €11.
