Regarding the room, after checking the reservation we can confirm that the booking was made for a mixed dormitory, which means both male and female guests may stay in the same room. If you prefer more privacy in the future, we also offer female-only dorms, which can be selected specifically during the booking process. Thank you as well for mentioning the shower temperature and water pressure. Your comment is very helpful and we will share it with our maintenance team so they can check and improve the system.
