Everything was perfect except for some noises from bunker bed. but Everything else, staff, people, cleaning, distance from central, were perfect.

Location is good. Bad are too noisy you will wake up whenever someone is moving. Some staff are not helpful.

My stay at this property was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. I had booked a 4-bed dorm, but upon arrival, I was downgraded to a 6-bed dorm without any proper explanation. I work as a manager in the tourism industry, and I know very well that if the purchased room type cannot be provided, an upgrade must be offered—not a downgrade. Instead, all I received was an apology and a free drink, which I didn’t even use. The beds were absolutely unacceptable. They weren’t real beds—just thick yoga mats that were extremely uncomfortable. The sheets wouldn’t stay in place and kept sliding off. On top of that, every bed made a loud squeaking noise with even the smallest movement. I couldn’t sleep for three nights because of the poor sleeping conditions. Overall, I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

You really, really should renew the mattresses at least in dorm 501. Even for hostel standards those were terrible and so uncomfortable that sleeping was not easy and I could not rest well. The rest was okay, but might not have been my thing...
