The hostel was located not too far from key places to visit in Rome. The staff was very kind with agile customer care.

Disappointing Experience for Accor Members

As an Accor member and was disappointed with my experience. Despite booking through the Accor App, I was given a subpar room compared to what I had paid for. The staff seemed indifferent to this issue, and it took two nights and some hassle to finally get the room I had requested and paid for. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that the rooms lacked a television, or a mini fridge to keep waters cold, which I believe should be a standard amenity in any Accor accommodation. This omission was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process, and considering the price of the room, it felt like a significant oversight. Overall, while the hotel was okay, it fell short of my expectations as an Accor member in terms of service and amenities.

Very good location, only the check in is too late (15hs) and the room has no frigobar.
