I stayed here because I studied in Rome for a month. Jo&Joe made me feel like home and in a place where I could be myself, would be seen and here I made wonderful friendships . At the end of my stay I even cried because I didn’t wanted to leave

Excellent location, with easy access to the metro and main tourist attractions. The facilities are also very good. It might not be the place where I saw the most interaction or parties, but for those looking for a quiet and well-structured place to stay, it’s definitely worth it. The only point of attention is that the top beds don’t have curtains, which can be inconvenient for privacy and lights.

The place is good and clean, but when i arrived i asked if there is a woman in the room because i wanted to stay in a room with men only , she said no its only men . But when i entered room there was a couple in the room, acting as in their home , speaking loud . I know its two options female rooms and mixed room . But the problem i asked the reception and she said no there is only men till this time. I was in other hostels several times before , they respected my request .

We always take guests’ requests very seriously and try our best to meet them whenever possible. In this case, unfortunately, our system did not indicate the presence of a woman in the room because the reservation was made under a male name, so the information we had at reception was incomplete. If you had come back to the front desk right away, we would have happily tried to find an alternative solution with you. That said, as you correctly pointed out, the booking was for a mixed dormitory, so the presence of guests of different genders is something that can happen. Requests are always welcome, but in shared rooms they can’t be guaranteed 100%. The room size is good. Very spacious with a mini balcony. Toilet with bidet is a plus. Bed os comfortable as well as the pillows. Enough lighting. The room is just dusty and you can hear all the things happening outside including if someone is cleaning the other room or vacuuming the hallways
