The room I stayed in was 212. When I checked in, I found that the elevator there was broken. My suitcase was very heavy. The staff helped me carry my luggage and told me that I could also ask them for help when I checked out. But when I checked out on the morning of October 12 and asked a staff member for help, he refused to help me. I could only carry a 20kg suitcase down about 30 steps by myself.

I stayed at this hostel from October 8th to 11th, paying €270 for three nights (approximately €85 per night). Overall, my experience was positive, but it fell well below my expectations considering the price. As a solo traveller, this was my third solo trip, and one of the main reasons I choose hostels is to meet people and enjoy a social atmosphere. In this regard, the hostel absolutely delivered, and I was very happy with the experience. I have no complaints at all about this aspect. The room itself was fine, but one of the things I always look for when booking a hostel is some level of privacy in the dorms. I specifically noticed in the photos that the beds appeared to have curtains, which was one of the reasons I chose this place. However, I was assigned an upper bunk with no curtain whatsoever. This meant very limited privacy, and the light was quite disturbing, especially when trying to sleep. I think this is an important detail that should be consistent with what is shown in the photos. The bathrooms and facilities were generally good, but the shower was disappointing. The shower floor was quite dirty, and there was no proper shower mat or equivalent, which made the experience feel less hygienic than expected. For a hostel at this price point, I believe cleanliness in the shower area should be a priority. Another point worth mentioning is the kitchen. When travelling, I also look for hostels with a proper shared kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals. Unfortunately, this space was extremely small and did not really function as a kitchen, as it only had a microwave and a kettle. While having a fridge to store a few things was useful, there was no real possibility of cooking. In other hostels I have stayed in, the kitchen has also been an important social space where guests can prepare food, interact and spend time together. I missed having that kind of shared area here. On the positive side, the location was very good, and the social atmosphere made my stay enjoyable. I have no other major complaints, and I did have a good overall experience. However, I believe there is a difference between a hostel that offers a good social experience and one that provides good value for money. At €85 per night, I expected a higher standard in terms of privacy, shower cleanliness and kitchen facilities. Honestly, at this price, I would have seriously considered booking a hotel instead, as I expected a higher level of comfort and facilities for the amount I paid. In conclusion, I enjoyed my stay, particularly because of the social atmosphere and the location, but I do not feel that the overall facilities and comfort fully justified the price. There is potential for a much better experience with a few improvements.

Restaurant good quality and delicious, not cheap though. Beds good but plastic on them was odd. Cleanness and space was great. I was upgraded without charge too. Staff were helpful and fun to communicate with. Helpful and everything. It is small but close to everywhere and nice and modern looking.

It was a lovely stay, as a solo traveller i felt very safe. it was like sharing a hotel room with other people. extremely enjoyable experience. the place was clean, with additional cleaning being done everyday to ensure everything was kept on top of the which was really good. staff were brilliant, always with smiles on their faces. you could tell that they wanted to work there and look after everyone which was a breathe of fresh air. i would definitely stay here again if i was to return to Rome

The room is large & the bed is comfortable. There are 2 toilets & bathrooms, which reduced unnecessary waiting. The facilities are great, especially the roof top garden. I rented an e-bike for 2 days & they allowed me to park & charge it in the courtyard. It gives me the ease of mind & more security as I was advised not to park it on the street (evven with the beefy chain lock).

I had high expectations for this accommodation, but unfortunately, I found more negative points than positive ones. The air conditioning didn’t work very well, and one of the staff members was rude to me when I mentioned that my card wasn’t working to open the door.
