Doesn't quite achieve Accor expectations. 1) understaffed and occasionally inexperienced front desk. 2) laundry not returned in time but we were not charged 3) breakfast options were limited 4) get a real pizza oven (speaking as someone who makes their own pizza from scratch) 5) navigating the room with the furniture options was difficult 6) Wifi router had an outage for about 1 hour

The hotel is nice, good location and room. The only thing that could be better is the frigobar being more frequently restocked. When we arrived it just had 1 fizz water and the only time we got anything else was when we asked for 2 normal water, also if you wanted more you had to go to the first floor to get it on your bottle. Other than that, good stay.

Very slow service. Experience was negative from beginning from the start to the end. I gave it a 2 because they tried to do better but still failed.

Location ok, enjoyed the local restaurants, cafes and bars. AC did not work throughout our stay. Staff rather casual and not attentive. Talking amongst themselves on most occasions.
