The check in was just horrible. No sign saying the entrance. No sign for reception. The receptionist was not in uniform on the phone no greeting so we took the elevator to go to lobby and we faced the wall the lift opened. No sign saying lobby is under construction. We asked one staff whether the reception was then he pointed out the girl who was on the phone. She was the one who was on the phone too busy to greet guests even though guests were carrying big luggages - no chance she couldn’t know we just arrived. We made a point that its hard to know whether shes working here or not without uniform/ name badge and wearing sneakers. Next morning we found no difference. Everyone was wearing something different. We got the point that you didnt have any official uniform but I believe it should be at least staff wear same colour / similar clothings. One waa wearing knit one was wearing jeans all different colours. Anywah when we checked in, we didnt get any info about the check out time , hotel facilities nor welcome drink voucher - which we claimed later. Our room was just horrible. How come 4 star hotel uses a single use disposable cups?! Reading light was broken, our fridge didnt work. We told the reception but no room was available so had to wait next day. We got our room upgraded next day but we were not happy. It was just the terrible stay Ive ever had with accor. When we asked for the room - felt like asking for something a lot. No one apologised for broken fridge. No one offered for keeping our food at hotel.

At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer, following the renovation works, our concept of hospitality has been transformed. the new friendly conception is not appreciated at first glance, but for those who have the opportunity to spend a few more days in the end they end up appreciating it. I'm sure the impact wasn't the most pleasant. we will do more to ensure that this is not a negative point, but can be a strength in the future. for the relative problems during the stay, I am aware of it and I am very sorry that the proposed solution, with category upgrade, for the following day was not appreciated. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Nice facility with friendly staffs. We stayed in triple room and it was spacious and clean. I was satisfied with everything except that they said they will charge 2 euro for a pair of slippers. I have stayed in several Mecure hotels and never been told so. Except this everything was nice.

Although renovations took place in the entry hall, the staff made our welcome just fine at the side entry. This modern building has typical room layout with all accommodations. But the fusion style bar / breakfast terras area made the difference. Local cuisine at its best in a relaxed area, inside and outside. Good service of people that want u to have a good time.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is also a nice common space in the lobby where it is possible to work. I would recommend it.
