“The best Roman hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Since they opened, I’ve been going every two weeks, and it’s truly a high-quality hotel. The staff is exceptional, and the atmosphere feels very familiar, while still maintaining a high professional standard.”

Doesn't quite achieve Accor expectations. 1) understaffed and occasionally inexperienced front desk. 2) laundry not returned in time but we were not charged 3) breakfast options were limited 4) get a real pizza oven (speaking as someone who makes their own pizza from scratch) 5) navigating the room with the furniture options was difficult 6) Wifi router had an outage for about 1 hour
