We stayed here for 6 nights and the room was very comfortable and spacious with a great sized bathroom! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious (Pizza Diavolo and Caesar Salads were our favourite) - the outside terrace just after the restaurant is also lovely and peaceful to sit in The location was perfect for us as less than 10mins walk to metro station that gets you into city centre in 9mins! The walk from the hotel to Villa Borghese, Villa Medici, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain takes around 45mins from the hotel but it’s a lovely sight seeing walk at a leisurely pace.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was smooth, welcoming, and perfectly organized. The team at check-in made us feel instantly at ease — professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. The check-out experience was just as pleasant, handled efficiently with a smile and great care. A special thank you as well to the housekeeping staff. Our room was spotless every day, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Their attention to detail truly made a difference and contributed greatly to the quality of our stay. It’s always the people who make the experience memorable, and this team clearly takes pride in what they do. Refrigerator was not cool Shower pressure was really poor- difficult to wash longer hair. I also had a disagreement with the front desk over the 20 euro per night (without breakfast charge) they charged for every night my partner stayed when i could have walked in that day and got a double room or a more premium room for less expense. I felt this was very unfair and immoral to be honest. I wont be staying here again and intend to write a bad review. I regularly book with accor and 2 other rooms in the hotel had been booked by friends staying with us. They found the beds uncomfortable and dirty.

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. First, we would like to clarify an important point: during your time in the hotel, no issues were reported to our team regarding the refrigerator, shower pressure, or room cleanliness/bed condition. We always encourage guests to inform us immediately, because when we are made aware in real time we can usually intervene quickly (maintenance support, room change, replacement of appliances, additional housekeeping). We regret that we did not have the chance to assist you while you were still with us. The only concern raised on-site was related to the wait at check-in, as the room was not yet ready. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. That said, the room was delivered before 14:00, and while you were waiting we offered a welcome drink as a courtesy. Regarding the additional charge for the second guest, we understand your frustration and we are sorry that this created tension at the front desk. However, the supplement was communicated in advance, after you informed us that a second person would be staying. Our Booking Department confirmed the extra cost before arrival: €27.50 per night without breakfast, to be paid at check-in. This amount includes: • €20.00 per night as the standard supplement for the second occupant (services, linen, utilities, and operational costs), and • €7.50 per person per night as the City Tax set by the Municipality of Rome for 4-star hotels. After the payment of the supplement at check-in, we understand that you did not return to the front desk with further concerns. We are also sorry to read your comments about your friends’ rooms. Cleanliness is a priority for us, and we will share this feedback with our Housekeeping management to ensure checks are reinforced.
