Private feedback....... Hotel rooms very comfortable, clean and well presented. There was an issue in booking in as my confirmation email, which was correct, did not reflect the computerised booking. This was quickly resolved thanks to the helpful receptionist. Some staff were unattentive and uninterested. One of the male bar staff was rarely at his position and more interested in playing on his mobile telephone (Fillipo I think). They had poor knowledge of the drinks they stocked and sold, saying they did not have it, but above their heads. Overall, satisfactory, however the published menu on the website, slightly represented what was available in the restaurant. Advertising pizzas etc, but only available once a week!.
