While this is being listed as a 4 star hotel, it is actually a 2.5 to 3 star, no frills hotel While the triple room has a decent size, the amenties are dated and there were recurring issues with the AC getting turned off at night, never to turn on again. On bringing the issue with the staff, there was no acknowledgement of this issue and I was indirectly blamed for not knowing how to use an AC. There is no recognition or acknowledgement of your loyalty status during welcome or anytime during the stay and even the emails are replied after repeated reminders. This experience was unlike any other Accor hotel that I have stayed till date.

We regret that the room amenities felt dated and that you experienced repeated issues with the air conditioning during the night. We are especially sorry that, when you raised the matter with our team, you did not feel listened to or properly supported. This is not the level of service we want our guests to receive. We also apologise that your loyalty status was not acknowledged during your stay and that you had to send repeated reminders to receive replies to your emails. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially compared with your previous experiences at other Accor hotels. Your comments have been shared with the management team for review. The hotel is a bit off, but easy to reach with Metro or bus with a short walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a quiet area. The rooms was not the biggest, but clean and had everything. The bathroom, well - it had NUXE products (amazing), the only down was the small shower with malt around the doors and a broken door (that is still unacceptable not matter what kind of hotel you are).

We spent 8 nights here and had a pleasant time. Breakfast was a nice option. The selection was vast and plentiful. Tables were turned quickly and the staff was on the ball. The restaurant is good and the costs are reasonable. Room was clean and comfortable. 5 minute, maximum, walk to the Metro. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Quiet. Would gladly stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel with very a very cute vibe. The food is very good and fresh and the staff are friendly. It is in a great location with a 10 min stroll to the subway and many bus stops nearby. There is also lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel restaurant does not open until 7pm for dinner so something to be aware of if you want to eat early.
