The hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. I would have loved some air conditioning as it got very hot at night and it wasn't even a very hot day/night outside.

Great staff. Always happy to help. Plenty of restaurants nearby and subway stations. Only a 45 minute walk to central Tome.

Very disappointing stay for the price paid. The main entrance was closed, leaving only a side entrance with stairs, which was extremely difficult with heavy luggage and especially after I suffered a leg fracture during the trip. No assistance or accessible alternative was offered. The air conditioning was also practically non-functional despite being advertised, only working during limited daytime hours in the Rome heat. Some bar staff were lovely, but overall I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, room upgrade was not available, but receptionist was kind and offered free mini bar instead. Hotel is a little bit old and main entrance is closed - temporary reception is located on restaurant entry. Bedding was ok, but room was also torn and maybe it's time for renovation.
