Compared to other All Accor Hotels, this hotel doesn’t meet the standards of warm accommodation, people are less helpful especially at breakfast - food are below basic (example bacons served at buffet are way burnt)

We also regret that the in-room amenities and sound insulation did not provide the comfort you expected.
