The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable of the local area. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get around to tourist landmarks. The room was compact but well appointed. Clean and tidy amenities plus a comfy. Couldn’t ask for more. Buffet breakfast selection is extensive.

the location is good, but everything else is not. the room was dirty. full of dust, the windows extra dirty with cigarette butts on them and other brown disgusting things. the bidet's placement is unusable. I don't think you tried it when you mounted it.... the doors were dirty. the breakfast is OK. nothing special. the coffee is HORRIBLE.

Room size can’t fit 2 pieces of luggage. The windows are not sound proof. The housekeeping service is useless. Besides we asked for water bottles from the reception, and the man brought it to my kids room told my daughter that she needs to pay him extra charge for that!!!!
