Location was good and the roof top swimming pool was the only highlight. Don’t expect much service, receptionist isn’t very welcoming. As a platinum member I did not get anything special for treated similar to a non member. We booked 3 rooms 2 of them of privilege and 1 superior but didn’t get an upgrade for the superior because it was full. Quite stingy with the drink voucher as they would only provide 3 instead of 8 including the other rooms. Other hotels will give you one for each guest in other room under same booking as well. Overall didn’t have much expectation anyway given it’s a very average hotel

During your stay, the hotel was operating at full occupancy and, unfortunately, we were unable to upgrade your Superior Room as no higher-category rooms were available. We understand this was disappointing, but we hope you appreciate that we always do our best to recognize our loyal members whenever operationally possible. Regarding the welcome drinks, the ALL programme provides the benefit to the member and one accompanying guest staying in the same room. As your reservation included three separate rooms, the welcome drinks were issued in accordance with the programme's terms and conditions. We understand that other hotels may occasionally extend this benefit as a goodwill gesture, but this remains at the discretion of each individual property and is not part of the standard ALL policy. Finally, we regret that you did not feel warmly welcomed by our reception team. Providing attentive and genuine hospitality is something we value greatly, and your comments have been shared internally to ensure we continue improving the experience we offer every guest.
