4 night stay, absolutely great location with lovely view of Colosseum. Upstairs bar and pool are good, staff are friendly. Air conditioning in the room was not great on hot nights and breakfast choice was limited as only two downsides.

Positives - the location is brilliant, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. There were two men behind the front desk in particular that were excellent - the night shift gentleman was lovely. The other gentleman worked during the day and recommended a fantastic church for us to visit which was one of the best we had seen. The room was very clean and spacious. The negatives aren't really bad but just things we picked up on, no ice machine, we had to go up to the bar which at some times was quite busy. The toilet seat was extremely uncomfortable. The pool wasn't open long enough, it didn't open until 11am, I would have liked to swim early in the morning before it gets too hot or in the evening, but as it closed at 7pm we weren't able to use the pool at all which was disappointing. Overall however I would absolutely recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience. The front desk staff were exceptional — friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference after long days out in Rome. Having a car and being able to park so easily was a huge advantage. The location is truly unbeatable: just a coin‑throw from the Colosseum. At night, the view of the Colosseum lit up was spectacular, and being able to walk there in just minutes made the stay even more special. I’ve been to Italy more than ten times, but I had never stayed in this part of Rome before — and now I highly recommend it. A fantastic hotel in a fantastic location.

The staff was top notch, they will go the extra mile for you. They call the taxi for you and makes it so you know you will get a reputable driver. Breakfast was decent with a large variety. Room was clean and had all the needed amenities.

The room was very compact. Plus the room was not cleaned properly. The same dirt & rubbish on the floor was there when we arrived till we left.
