Poor accommodation in a very dirty part of Rome We booked thinking it was easy to get from the airport using public transportation on the metro On leaving the station you are greeted with rubbish and an encampment of tents and when attempting to walk to the hotel you have to walk along major highways without paving again with years of rubbish. The hotel is in need of upkeep as it was very dated and needed a major overhaul rooms and bathroom poor in maintenance. Breakfast was poor and choice limited I would look elsewhere as I wouldn’t recommend this location due to as described

Odyssey618603 Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

This is the first time I have ever written a review for Tripadvisor. Do not ever stay at this hotel. There is a car show in the parking lot on Wednesday nights and Friday nights. There are hundreds of spectators. The cars line up, and slowly move forward, and when they get to a certain spot, they rev their engines and take off. It is currently after 11 PM and it sounds like there are race cars in my room, and I’m on the third floor. Many of the cars are also playing loud dance music, and again, it sounds like the speakers are in my room. I’ve attached photos from my room. The rooms are fine. The breakfast isn’t that great, but I could deal, but the car show makes this place a no-go. Stay somewhere else.

Horrible! Bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. Mold in bathroom. Bedroom walls were filthy. You had to slam the door to your room to get it to shut correctly. There is a group of people that meet in the parking lot every Wednesday and Friday nights for some kind of drag racing. Cars and motorcycles with loud mufflers racing up and down the parking lot. Our room was facing the parking lot and this lasted until 1am in the morning! Couldn’t sleep! Front desk said that there is nothing they could do about it. They said they called the police but I believe that was a lie because they never showed up.

Stayed in this hotel during a trip with EF Tours. This was the worst hotel of the trip. Would never stay here again. The tile in the bathroom was covered with mildew so much that the grey grout looked black. Water in the shower did not even get lukewarm and came out like tiny needles which I termed the "acupuncture shower". Showerhead looked nasty too. Bathroom trash can was missing the lid and rusted. Shower curtain was mildewed and not even attached to all the rings. Bathroom door looked like it may have termite damage. Stopped was just laying in the sink - not functional. View out the window was of the A/C unit and the side of the IKEA store.

Positives: 1. The staff is fantastic!! Collectively, this is one of the best hotel staffs I have encountered in thirty years of traveling to Europe. 2. Very affordable hotel, with a good breakfast. 3. The hotel is attached to a shopping center with several places to eat and stores if you forgot something or need to buy anything. Negatives: 1. First night (of four) was awaken by blaring music I found out later was from a conference at the hotel, which ended at midnight. 2. On Friday nights, a large crowd with their cars assembles in the shopping center parking lot, which makes a lot of noise. There is nothing the hotel can do about this, but you should be aware of this when booking. 3. The hotel is a bit dated. My room was fine, but I was traveling with a group of fifteen people, and some people reported leaking showers and air conditioning that did not work.
