The representative at the reception some far end on the Left side while entering in the hotel on the accor reception should had known more about privileged Loyalty members. We were quiet suprised Antonio the front club reception conceirge had more knowledge then the hotel reception staff who should had been properly trained. The manager of the Mercure Sydney Liverpool Hotel needs to train the staff and the loyalty Accor Members priveledges and the benefits rather then having a unwelcoming attitude.
