A mostly negative experience due to various employees' lack of customer care and service. Including the fact that I was asked to email my experience since my stay and have heard nothing from Mercure Hotels in response. Very disappointed.

Seamless check in with kind and courteous concierge staff. Room was clean on arrival, and cleaning staff always strives to keep the bathroom and linen clean. The sports centre, pool, and Liverpool Catholic Club located on site makes activities and dining easier.
