The rooms are always ok, although the lighting isn't great and they need a full-length mirror on the back of the door or somewhere. I always order room service for breakfast as the cafe opens too late for me to get to work and it's always a bit disappointing. This stay I ordered poached eggs well cooked and they arrived barely cooked at all (I've never seen runnier eggs). Last time, one of the two items I ordered wasn't delivered, the team member did offer to go and organise it but as the order arrived quite late I didn't have time. The time before my meal was delivered without cutlery so I had to call and ask for cutlery to be brought up. It's not a big deal, just inconveniences and I know the team are very busy but in the interest of honest feedback it's the only area that's consistently disappointing.

Comfortable bed. Peaceful sleep.Large, clean room. Easy parking. The Catholic Club conveniently located next door offered meals until 9pm and cafe breakfast next morning. Our one night stay was good value at under $200.

Having stayed with you a number of times I was very disappointed this time. - We had a third person which was on the booking. Once we opened the couch is was made up with sheets but there was no doona. — The couch bed had sagging springs so it just sagged so was extremely uncomfortable. - The room was unbelievably hot and there seemed to be no way of turning it down. - The 'fridge’ was hot. We tried to turn it down as much as possible and was still hot.
