Keeping this one as private feedback as we are generally extremely satisfied with our stays at Mercure, Liverpool. Please offer welcome drinks. I have never claimed our welcome drinks because I don't know how to claim it and it has never been offered by concierge. And I am too shy to ask 😬 For context, Novotel gave us drink vouchers. Also, the coffee cart is almost always closed by the time we check in, so some guidance would be great 😅 We stayed in the Executive Suite but found that the clean was substandard. Our baby had black hands, knees and feet after crawling on the tiled area for a few minutes. We also found nail clippings under the study table which were still there when we came back from an outing the following day. On 2 of our 3 night stay, we had 2 towels for a family of 4 in a room that was meant to accommodate up to 4 adults. The wiring might need to be looked at as the switch on the bedside closest to the bathroom would cause the room lights to flicker or not turn on at all. Staff were excellent and we always look forward to their welcome.

I always choose Mercure Liverpool when I’m nearby. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and the location makes everything easy. The staff are truly lovely — warm, professional, and always helpful. It’s consistently a great experience every time I stay here Thank you Team 😍
