Always made to feel welcome and thank you for the upgrade 😊 Our room was clean and comfortable. No welcome gift on this occasion but that possibly due to the Accor Membership changes. We decided to have dinner in the adjoining Liverpool Catholic Club for a change instead of The Atrium. We enjoyed a very good meal at member prices. Our only disappointment was our buffet breakfast next morning in The Atrium. Is there a new breakfast chef? We always enjoy the variety on offer but at this visit the food available was totally uninspiring and below the usual standard. In past stays we had rated the buffet breakfast to be the best in the Accor group. We plan to try the club for breakfast at our next visit.
