Overall great hotel and perfect for family’s. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean. My only negatives were the pillows they were very thin and on our third night there was extremely loud much which we would hear in our room

I have the Mercure Hotel to be well presented and clean, very spacious room and bathroom lovely. My only fault was the beds too hard and didn’t have a good night sleep I was looking forward to.

Overall great experience. Only gripe is when I came back on second night my cards were somehow disconnected. Staff were happy to help but after long day at event all I wanted to do was come and sleep and had to go about getting cards registered again.
