Everything was excellent and most of the staff were very polite and professional except there was one who was bothering in breakfast buffet and i think the reason was he hated arab and he was very rude thats the only one bad experience i has other than that it was perfect

Well, I really had the worst of the worst experience at check in after driving 6 hours. The person who check me in. Really needs a training in how to deal with customers. I have booked 2 suite beds concatenated. (Came to the hotel a day before and I saw the rooms and booked it at the *Reception* When I came to check in he is trying to put me in the 3rd floor. I don’t know why till the bill man remember me and came to help. Also he didn’t inform me that I booked with points plus cash. Thank you to the bill man ( I forget his name) he was the employee of the month Special thanks to moustafa Finally, I would never stay there at the hotel again and I will inform all my agency’s office to not deal with your hotel again Thank you Dr. Abdullah

Your comments clearly show that we did not communicate properly and did not respect your prior arrangements.
