We are truly sorry that your arrival experience fell so far below your expectations and the standards we aim to deliver at Mövenpick Living Istanbul Saklivadi. After a long journey, you should have been welcomed with warmth, efficiency and clarity. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced at check-in regarding the allocation of the connected suites you had viewed the day before. Your comments clearly show that we did not communicate properly and did not respect your prior arrangements. Please be assured that we are reviewing this situation with our Front Office team to understand exactly what happened and to prevent any recurrence. We are also very sorry that the conditions of your booking with points plus cash were not explained to you clearly at the time of arrival. Transparent information about rates and ALL points usage is essential. Your remarks have been shared with our team so that future explanations are complete and easy to understand, especially for our valued loyalty members. At the same time, we are grateful that you highlighted the efforts of our bell staff and of Moustafa. It means a lot to us that, despite your disappointment, you still recognised their service.
