It was satisfactory. All staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) are friendly and helpful. Wifi was a bit too weak depending on traffic.

It is my second stay in this hotel and it was just another great hotel experience. The rooms are clean, well decorated. Especially the beds are so comfortable, it is like getting hugged when you get in. The food at the restaurant is also very good, recommend the sigara borek (best I have had in a long time). The hotel is very well located, next to Vadistanbul and Axis for shopping and eating it is great and by car or taxi not far from a lot of cool places to discover Istanbul, like the Turkcell Platinum Park, Pierre Loti in Eyup, Sariyer, Istinye, Taksim, etc. And finally the staff, from the bell boy, the reception staff, restaurant staff to the cleaning staff everyone is so kind and professional, so helpful with everything you might need always with a smile. I want to leave a special thank to Nargiza/Nergis, who was assigned to the 7th floor rooms. And the pool is quite nice :) Basically, felt like home away from home with the comfort and service they offered.
