I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, the amazing staff made us feel right at home. The hotel is super clean throughout—spotless rooms, fresh linens every day, and public areas that always look impeccable. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and spread out after a long day. What really sets this hotel apart is how genuinely helpful everyone is. No request was too small; the team was always there to assist with a smile, whether it was directions, recommendations, or just a quick chat. Shoutout to Yusuf—he is hands-down the MVP for me! Literally so kind, welcoming, and attentive; he went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. His positive energy and professionalism truly stood out. It's not just him, though—the entire team, from security to reception to the cleaning crew, demonstrates amazing common sense and initiative. They anticipate needs, handle everything efficiently, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued. If you're looking for a hotel where service, cleanliness, and comfort come together perfectly, this is it. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

I had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Living Accor Hotel — extremely kind staff, impeccably clean, very comfortable, high standard throughout, with a very good-quality bed and a surprisingly well-equipped kitchenette that makes it easy to prepare full meals; excellent value for money overall. I would rate it 9 out of 10; if you are sensitive to noise, it is worth requesting a room facing the back, as the highway-facing rooms can be noisy.

Please take a moment to consider before booking this hotel. As Accor Plus members we have always loved Mövenpick hotels -- if you also appreciate Mövenpick consider other options. Our family of five stayed in a two bedroom suite in December of 2025. At 2AM we were woken up by a fire alarm with a loud recorded voice projected through all of the rooms in Turkish and then English saying, "Danger - fire". I went into the hallway which smelled of smoke and staff members of the hotel were telling concerned guests that everything was OK -- a room had a candle in it -- and we should go back to sleep. Out of concern I went to the lobby where staff members repeated that everything was OK -- it was just a candle -- and that the fire alarm went off occasionally like this and that we could go back to bed.  I returned to our floor still concerned as it smelled of smoke when I heard loud music  reverberating throughout the hallway and then inside of our room.  I called the front desk and an employee apologized and said they had gotten other noise complaints about this room and that they would take care of it. We gave it time (20 minutes) to resolve itself, but the music continued at the same level keeping our family and other rooms in the hallway awake. We made another phone call to the front desk, the employee apologized again, acknowledged the noise and the complaints, and said they would take care of it -- the music did not cease for two more hours and kept our entire family awake even after additional phone calls. In the morning after breakfast when we checked out at the front desk, an employee asked me how our stay was and I said it was not satisfactory. "I'm sorry," he said, "Here is your bill." I said thank you and asked to speak to the general manager. The general manager stepped out of the room behind the desk and I introduced myself. Before I could explain what happened he said that he had heard what had happened last night with the fire alarm and the noise on our floor and that he was sorry.  I told him that it was a very challenging experience and he apologized again and said that the people were very drunk and there was nothing that they could do about the music or the fire.  I told him that each time we called the employees over the course of three hours they said they would take care of it. He apologized again and said, "Yes, I know. Come back another time and you will have an excellent experience and I might be able to get you free breakfast." I told him we would not be coming back and he apologized again.  We found the management at this hotel was very quick and good at apologizing, but very poor at resolving serious issues for their guests. The extent of apologies combined with inaction was patronizing and frustrating and an experience I would not wish on anyone else -- that this occurred in a Mövenpick was even more challenging to understand. I would strongly suggest you find another hotel.

It is clear that we failed to meet those expectations during your stay in December, and for that, I offer my most sincere apologies. Regarding the fire alarm incident: please be assured that we take fire safety with the utmost seriousness. While the situation was caused by a guest's candle, the presence of smoke and the activation of the alarm are understandably distressing. We are currently reviewing our emergency response protocols to ensure that our staff provides clearer communication and more reassurance to our guests during such events. Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed to hear how the noise disturbance and your check-out experience were handled. It is unacceptable that your family's rest was disrupted for hours despite multiple calls to our desk. Professional hospitality requires action, not just apologies, and it is clear that we did not act decisively enough to resolve the noise issue or to offer a meaningful resolution during your conversation . We are conducting a formal internal review with our night management and front office teams to address the "inaction" you described. Your experience is being used as a case study to ensure that "patronizing" responses are replaced with real solutions for our guests. We understand that we have lost your trust, but we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you privately.
