I reserved two nights for my sister, they made her pay double of the tax, and again at the end of her stay, so she paid four times more than the actual tax. We went afterwards to the hotel 3 times, the last time they assured us she would be reimbursed in 72 hours at the latest. That was a week ago.

Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. La satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité, mais apparemment nous n'avons pas réussi cette fois-ci. The ibis Paris Nation Davout was excellent accommodation for my family. Very convenient to the Metro just a short walk from the hotel, the staff were excellent and friendly. We requested an adjoining room which we received, the rooms were excellent had everything we needed. The hotel was on top of a supermarket which was also very convenient. Overall we would definitely recommend your hotel. Thank you for having us!

Très satisfait de l'accueil et du service rendu chaque jour par toute l'équipe de l'Ibis Nation Davout !! Un vrai plus !!! qui fera la différence quand je reviendrai sur Paris. Au niveau équipement chambre, un petit bémol : l'expérience douche aurait pu être meilleure, manque de pression qui a gâché ces moments-là.
