Stayed for my birthday and worst experience. We were given the room key and went to the room and was dirty. Cleaner shouting no no no and then reception came up said they made a mistake and took our bags. Said when we will come back they will have it in our rooms. Went out for the day. Came back no bags. Guy wasn’t helpful and I’m diabetic and all my important stuff was missing. He was like nothing I can do. So unhelpful. I found my bags in a random room and worst experience I’ve ever had. They said sorry with a drink voucher lol joke. Hotel no where near the city. Breakfast didn’t have any warm food. Worst food and coffee horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had by a hotel before don’t bother.

On 25.9.24 at 11pm, two tired Englishmen arrived at Ibis Styles Paris Mairie de Montreuil (the wrong hotel; our reservation was at the Ibis Styles Paris Nation Porte de Montreuil) where we were greeted by a very helpful receptionist named Igor who politely explained that we were at the wrong hotel, he gave us clear directions to the correct hotel and he showed us great kindness. We quickly drove to the correct hotel Paris Nation Porte de Montreuil where we checked in, parked in the underground car park, we had a restful night's sleep and ate a delicious breakfast. Igor is an exceptional member of the Ibis hotel team. Please would you send this letter of appreciation to Igor's boss at the Ibis Styles Paris Mairie de Montreuil, so that Igor's boss can thank Igor in person on our behalf for his warmth, his kindness and his professionalism. We were at the time of the Olympic Games. The location of the hotel is close to a metro station. The breakfast is definitely good. The hotel staff is very polite and pleasant. We had to leave a little later because of the flight and since the room was free, they allowed it without extra charge. My only comment is the issue of the current in the shower, delayed by the network's policy to reduce the waste of water, but not bad.

Dangerous Mould from In Room AC Unit

Friendly reception staff, however, the room I was in and another room my colleague was in both had the same dangerous problem of mould. The mould fell from the AC unit constantly. This is health hazard. I sent pictures in and wait to see the response
