The only issue was it was too hot

Discovered bed bug bites all over my body the next day after staying just one night here. The bunk beds are made entirely of wood which is the bed bug’s favorite home for hiding. This is a surprising choice in a city like Paris that receives so many transient travelers. Lucky I only stayed here one night, but I’ll still have to quarantine my luggage when I get home. A major sanitary concern at this hostel that I imagine is not being properly addressed.

I would choose Jo&Joe again and recommend it to everybody visiting Paris! You can get everywhere within 20‘ minutes and Even Walk to Père Lachaise or Marais with its Vintage Shops. Only 10‘ to Gare de Lyon !

Awesome! My second year staying here, last year I stayed for 3 nights, this year for 1 night. Both stays were perfect, bathrooms were very clean & the beds are comfortable, only thing is some beds have curtains, some don’t. When I arrived the lobby was packed with people dancing & singing, huge party but honestly such a vibe! I loved seeing everyone dancing & having fun, no noise was heard from my room either! Far from a lot of the major attractions of Paris, but the metro is basically next door so that wasn’t an issue for me!

My stay was really nice. The reception was so friendly and welcoming. The vibe was also really cool. The bed and sheets were clean and fresh. Really a great experience overall.
