Not sure what the low ratings were, glad I didn’t believe them— sure some parts of the hotel need improvement, but for the price (in Paris!) it’s actually really nice! Might not be an ideal place to stay in during the summer as they don’t seem to have airconditioning…

I've already been here several times. Rooms are sound proof, everything is kept clean, microwaves at the entrance work fine and are clean, breakfast is fine. All in all it's a bit better maintained than the F1 in Saint-Ouen, so even if Saint Ouen location feels a bit better than Montreuil/Bagnolet, I favor this F1.

I've been to this F1 around 10 times the past 2 years. Reception is always very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean. The hotel is easily accessible. Metro is nearby. Perfect for our purposes!
