It was situated between two metro stations making it easy to get into the centre of Paris. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We stayed on the 10th floor which had great views over the city.

The shower was not draining the water, we move room which was kind, but the room needs to be repaired before being used. The bathroom lsnin general were very deteriorated and need renovation.

The room was badly maintained and not clean.

The room had damaged walls, stained grouting, the toilet bowl was badly damaged and looked dirty, the bathroom hook was broken and not replaced. When the defects were brought to the notice of the team an alternate room was provided that was worse therefore did not move or attempt to find a solution

We arrived at the hotel and went to our rooms, looked round and found, dust, dirt, mould and weird stains everywhere. We never ended up staying as the conditions were awful and was not like the photos on the website at all. We were offered a refund for the hotel that we never got and it was all round a horrible experience
