Comfortable rooms for the rate. Area is very run down and wouldn't have felt safe if I was walking around the area especially at night. Had no trouble with parking. Check in gent was very friendly, cant remember his name but his an asset to the hotel. Only hiccup was on check out, I was asked to pay the city tax and parking again when already paid, but this was settled quickly. Would stay again, but only if Im driving.

Stayed in August heat wave there was AC in our room and throughout the hotel. Nice bright bathroom with shower and bath separate toilet very convenient. Coffee station with small sink, refilled coffee / tea and complimentary biscuits. Working fridge, microwave, kettle & coffee machine. Great customer service, out first room had electric fault and was moved to a new room straight away. Nice open lobby with seating and breakfast area leading to out seating. We didn’t opt for breakfast. But short walk to main areas with plenty of cafes with fresh bakery and food places.
