I had a long list of disappointing experiences at this hotel, starting with breakfast. By 9:30 a.m., about half of the food was already gone and nothing was replenished. There were no cups for water or coffee, and this happened every single day. The eggs were consistently undercooked and runny. Even the water dispenser was broken every day. The staff were neither welcoming nor helpful. In fact, I found them rude. When I asked for extra pillows, I was told they would be delivered the next morning. Who needs extra pillows in the morning? I’m not someone who complains about minor inconveniences, but my overall experience at this hotel was genuinely terrible. To make matters worse, the front desk never answered the phone, making it nearly impossible to get assistance when needed.
