First of all, checking into the hotel took an incredibly long time. There were two reception desks, but one staff member was doing absolutely nothing and just looking around, while the other was taking nearly half an hour to process a single check-in. The hotel was also unbelievably noisy — it was impossible to sleep because of the noise throughout the night. I am a Gold member of the Accor group and have stayed at many Novotels, but I have never had such a terrible experience before.

Clean, comfortable, big room & very well located. Got public bus near the hotel straight to airport. Also near to metro station & supermarket too. Highly recommend. The staff were all very helpful & polite. Enjoy our stay.

The hotel is located in a unsafe area… not comfortable for family stay - lots of outsiders coming in and out hotel - not safe to venture in evening

I strongly advise against using this hotel! Avoid this hotel at all costs! I booked four rooms with them for my friends, choosing to pay on site and providing my card for the guarantee. I also work at a hotel, but I've never encountered anything like this before. The morning of the reservation, I received four notifications about blocked funds, totaling €300. Upon arrival, I asked if the funds would be released. After receiving a positive response, I paid for the stay with a different card at the reception desk. After two weeks passed and the funds hadn't been released, I contacted, or rather tried to contact, the hotel. I haven't received a response to any emails. In two weeks, I've only managed to get through twice. The first time, I was told the funds were released the day after the reservation was completed (why not immediately?), and since I have a foreign card, the refund may take a little longer than usual. The second time, after a week, I managed to speak with the manager, who couldn't see any hold and didn't know where the money was. He said it had apparently gotten lost in their system and they weren't the ones who put the hold in the first place. He was supposed to send his email to the contact and/or contact them to explain what happened and why I'd been fighting for a month to get such a huge refund! A month has passed, and I'm still waiting for my €300, which isn't a small amount. Maybe if someone has a single reservation and they block a smaller amount, they might not even notice or forget about it later. And that's how people get robbed. This is the first time I've encountered something like this, and I travel quite a bit! Avoid this hotel!
