Had a very Bad experience staying in Paris at Novotel Suits. Below are the main reasons - The staff was very arrogant - The rooms look like 1980s decor - Bathroom exactly like flight and so small - untidy rooms and no upkeep - Smelling rooms - Breakfast was very very bad - 3 days same breakfast and no changes - The chicken and eggs would finish by 8 am and not filled back - Staff unresponsive - Extremely rude and bad behaviour of the front desk 2 guys You should come out of this property and also change the staff. The hotel is short staffed and what they have are guys who are doing a favour on guests. No etiquetes and they don't know the meaning of being polite. Overall if there was NEGATIVE rating I would have provided as NOVOTEL charges huge amount from us and spoilt the whole holiday. Very Disappointing.

Arriving with 7 and two large rooms, we saw everything perfectly cleaned and organized. Very friendly staff, parking in own hotel yard, the dog vould go with us and an interesting lively market in front. Be aware of pickpocketers, but where are they not. Prices good. And the only two advices. Please make the breakfast tastefull. All is a little tasteless. And the chairs at the high table are not comfortable. But......when I go to Paris I will book the hotel again.

Rooms are good and spacious. Reaching there by metro is bit difficult as you need to walk along the street market where people are staring at you. Might feel a bit unsafe.
