Rooms are really big - circa 30m2. Breakfast is also good with wide variety of food. But... service level is rather poor, welcome drink only for one, not every guest (as usual), quite reluctant to accept late check out inquiry. Hotel lobby not very clean and nice. I would try something better next time.

The staff is amazing and always ready to help. However, it would be great to have more than just two coffee capsules and two disposable cups provided each night as standard. Also, it would be nice to have some black tea available.

The room was great, the help we got was brilliant. But when it came to breakfast the food was very cold. I had to ask the staff to microwave my food as it was stone coke and felt like it was cooked 2 hours before. If the food was hot it would’ve been a better experience. The price of breakfast was very expensive too for what they served. There wasn’t a big selection to choose from.
