We are truly sorry to learn that your arrival experience did not meet your expectations, especially while travelling with children, an infant, and senior family members. We would like to clarify that early check-in requests are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. On the night prior to your arrival, the hotel was fully booked, which meant that our team needed time to prepare and inspect the rooms after the standard check-out time. Although your requested 10:00 a.m. check-in could not be accommodated, our reception team made every effort to prioritize your reservation and was able to provide one room by 11:30 a.m., significantly earlier than the official check-in time of 2:00 p.m. We understand that the wait was inconvenient and regret that this solution did not fully meet your needs. Please accept our sincere apologies if you felt that your concerns were not listened to. Providing warm hospitality is very important to us, and we will share your comments with our team to continue improving the guest experience. We hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you in the future and provide the high standard of service that our guests expect from Novotel. We are particularly concerned about the issues you mentioned regarding the air conditioning and the presence of insects in your room.
