Discussion in reception about the price to charge me. The range differed between one receptionist and another a 100 Euro. They charged me the top range. Not very credible and random decision made by the receptionist team. Not happy about the unprofessional approach.

We chose the hotel for its price and we got what we payed for. The room was adequate and served the purpose but added nothing to our stay more than a good bed and nice firm pillows. Broken lamp by desk, the whole armature seems to have been removed. Broken standing lamp, the cover was ripped. Tv was hanging very crookedly in a stand it did not fit in. The coffee pods were not fully replenished on arrival. We were happy with the cleanliness of the room and it looked good after being serviced but we had silverfish in the shower room. Only one power outlet by bed so we could not charge phones at the same time when in bed. We asked to borrow wine glasses from the front desk and he said it was ok as long as we brought them back ourselves, which we found weird. Check in process went well, but the agent needs to learn how to open wine bottles ;) Did not try F&B outlet so no comment.
