Very comfortable, clean, all what we need, very friendly and helpful staff. We love the breakfast and the location, close to the subway station. We had an amazing time. The room layout was perfect for us with 2 areas for the bathroom, one with the toiler and the other one with the shower, brilliant idea! Every day had coffee and tea in the room also they brought a water bottle complimentary daily.

The hotel is located in a very polluted place. The hotel staff were good and hospitable. But the facilities in the room were very minimal despite paying too much. No dental kit, glasses, plates, or anything else in the room. Not even drinking water was given. The bathroom door was constructed very oddly with holes, which I do not understand why it even exists.

Took money on arrival and NOT refunded after months of chasing

Stayed at this hotel 24 May to 28 May. On arrival reception took money from our bank saying its was in case we spend on our room, saying its normal practice and will be refunded on departure. I asked on departure for the refund as we spent nothing. I was told it had been processed and will show in a few days. Reception confirmed we had NOT spent anything. I am still waiting for this £56.54. Also after we got home i saw another £33.32, taking without consent. After asking I was told this was for a breakfast - which we never had. Still waiting for this to be refunded. Never trust this hotel - shocking!!!!

Why was I charged 50eur on check in . I had paid my booking in advance and also done an online check in and still the receptionist demanded a guarantee of 50 Eur while there to checkin in person , this amount has still not been credited back to my account. This ruined all my expectations at the hotel. Please get this amount refunded asap

The hotel is accessible, easy to find. We found the room very clean, everyday the cleaning was done. The breakfast is good, most appreciated by the children. The staff is very polite. The park place is safe. In the weekend, especially on Saturday, the traffic on the street is hard, due to the city market. Maybe the access in the parking should be improved, not ringing the bell for entering, just using a card or code for access. This is a very good hotel, perfect for families with children.
