I had booked early check-in at 10 am I arrived hotel at 10:15 and they told me to wait until 2. Then after arguing they said ok we will do something still I got the room 11:30 that too only one room. With kids, infants and senior citizen with me there was no one to even listen to us. I had booked this hotel by considering it’s a four star Novotel property but i was wrong. My worst experience in PARIS.

I regularly choose Novotel for my travels and have consistently had positive experiences. However, I regret to say that this particular stay fell significantly short of the standards I have come to expect, and it has been my most disappointing experience to date. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations associated with a 4‑star rating, particularly considering the price paid. The location did not provide the level of convenience or value typically expected. The room condition was below expectations, and the overall upkeep could be improved to better align with standard quality levels. Additionally, the breakfast offering was limited, lacking the variety generally associated with a 4‑star establishment. The overall ambience within the hotel was also less satisfactory than anticipated, which impacted the comfort of my stay.

First of all, checking into the hotel took an incredibly long time. There were two reception desks, but one staff member was doing absolutely nothing and just looking around, while the other was taking nearly half an hour to process a single check-in. The hotel was also unbelievably noisy — it was impossible to sleep because of the noise throughout the night. I am a Gold member of the Accor group and have stayed at many Novotels, but I have never had such a terrible experience before.
