Its been a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is close to the metro station and can be easily accessed by foot from the Metro exit. We have not used the the restaurant of the hotel if it has existed. And we barely spent any time in the room, but just used it to crash for the night. The only thing is like not something related to the hotel but, in the late evening right outside the metro station exit towards the Av. de la Prte de Montreuil, there used to be a group (8-10) of questionable people standing everyday, taking loud, laughing at the passers by and smoking weed. Maybe if this can be brought up with the officials, the visitors will feel bit more safe in that region.

ok hotel a bit outside Paris center that we only booked because we needed to be close to family relative to make documentary film about. we had some problem with the heating in the room (that had a great view), so we changed to another room (with less good view) but warm. the area is full of authentic algerian shops and restaurants, nice food and atmosphere.

Maybe not the ideal part of Paris for some people, but access to line 9 of the metro made it ideal for me. Would definitely consider this hotel on a future visit.

nice room but poorly equiped only 1 hankerchieve and no possibility to hang it up to dry - but shower nice and warm and bed comfortable.
