We had to wait a long time to check-in. The rooms were very small, we felt like we were stuffed in it. After both the beds, we barely had any space to walk around, forget about the luggage. The washroom was so small that you could barely move around it without hitting something. We had breakfast included, but they didnt give us enough coupons for all of us for the number of days we stayed. It was ok at best, the food options and quality. They didnt have eggs or chicken or any meat in their options, surprisingly. The only good thing was it was close enough (close to 500m) to the train station and you could view the Eiffel tower from the lobby.

Everything is just fine, except one thing. The water gets accumulated in the sink. Because the pipes are full, water is not flowing. I know it is a shifty work, bur for God's sake clean the pipes, and let the water flow out with full power

The hotel was perfect for our short stay in Paris. I would like you to know about the member of night staff who was on duty on Sunday 17th November. I asked him for advice on how to travel to our train station in the morning and he found out all the travel instructions- including which metro lines I would need in order to reach the train station. He calmly and slowly explained the steps involved. I was grateful for his pleasant attitude as my French is not very good. He did ask if I was English but I explained that I wanted to practice French. He really did offer great customer service and I would be very grateful if you could pass on our thanks and let him know his directions were perfect.
