The location is in a very quiet place next to the tube. If you want to weight your luggage or warm up your food, you need to pay for it. If you need hair dryer or steamer you need to give a deposit of 40€. When sending emails to get information before your trip, the answers are never complete with details and you have to be the one to be asking 2 or more questions all the time until you have the full information! Frustrating. Overall, nice room with no hand washing but with body washing. My room had a view of the street, no noisy. Good blinders in the windows. Nice size of the room and toilet. They provide Wi-Fi. And 10 minutes walking from the tube station.

Room was basic but clean and staff were friendly. Only the issue was that check in time was 1pm, an hour later than indicated on Accor's website. So I had to waste almost an hour at hotel.

Regardless that staying at your hotel was my choice, the location is not that safe. Coming back at night was an unsafe adventure and someone tried to rob us at night coming back from the metro station to the hotel. This might not be on your plate, but the room service was really bad, the floor was too dirty, although we asked for good cleaning. One elevator does not open at the 4th floor and the other is always too busy. The vending machine is broken. There is no phone to room service at the room. Key card has to be re-activated everyday (it suddenly stops working).
