Too expensive for an IBIS Budget

We had a great experience with the hotel overall, but this is by far the most cheap IBIS Budget we have been on. There was no Hand Towel, we got some issues with the Toilet Flush, the water was not stopping and we think the overall structure of the hotel was bellow what we expected, even tho we knew our choice was the budget one. In either case I would recommend it, but I would advise the quality to be improved a bit.

Good as always. Ive been here before - and other Ibis Budget hotels around the Perif. The hotel internally is clean, warm, modern & quiet. The outside is shabby - and Porte de Montreuil is a run down area - so location not best. But its very convenient for the A3 motorway and I go here for that. Some issues for management to review. The coffee at breakfast is terrible - and for the new price of 14€ per person its just too much. I went to a wonderful little cafe up at Robespierre and paid 5€ for excellent coffe and patisserie. There is also a problem with access after 11.00pm. We had to wait for 15 minutes in the freezing cold before the door was opened to us by the night receptionist.

we had a superior room and it was perfect, it had all we needen it was clean and they mantein the room clean every day staff always helpful and available our experience was very good and i recommend this hotel you have metro number number 9 at 5 min away from the hotel and with that you can go anywhere

Room was great to sleep in, but felt as if maybe in a double bed room, 2 chairs would've been good instead of one, and also some glasses to be able to drink water easily instead of the cheap cups in the bathroom that did started to leak after letting a drink sit for the night.
