Arrived at nigh, the guy at reception was really not interested in paying attention to what he was saying just charged and barely explained anything for the room… we were missing a pillow, which we got from the night clerk. Cleanliness of the room was bad, bathroom is smelling all the time like Urine. Bed sheets were stained one night when they were supossed to be just changed. One day we missed the breakfast we arrived late but we did not know anything as we were not informed of anything, the clerk yelled at us that the breakfast was closed. Not having ac during hot summer nights is really unkind. We understand that we payed a budget room but being a professional of hospitality myself, good service, good cleanliness can always be offered, at least kindness and basic manners from the staff. A smile goes a long way. Unfortunately I cannot recommend or Go back to an ibis budget location

The hotel is definitely a budget, so manage your expectations accordingly. There is no air conditioning and not even a fan in the rooms, which can be quite uncomfortable during hot weather. The rooms are small, with very limited space for luggage storage apart from under the bed. During check-in, the hotel staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. However, our experience with another staff member later was disappointing, as he came across as quite rude and spoke to us while sitting with his legs pointed toward us, which felt disrespectful. We had originally booked a two-night stay, but due to the overall experience and lack of comfort, we decided to leave after the first night and move to another hotel.( we found better hotel with extra £15/night)

The hotel was well located for the Metro and very clean. The room was small but it was good for the price. Only negative was lack of air con and it was very hot!

Bunk bed not prepared , room not really cleaned (hair on the bed and in shower), when you take elevator with hotel team no smile and even not reply to our hello !!! Reception not really friendly . In chaîn hotels you expect to have a standard and fine same services and quality everywhere. Here far from being the case.

You should consult website. Guest has to prepare upperbed, that is clearly mentionned. This an ECONOMIC brand, there is no team in elevator. And our team is rated 8.1/10 !

There wasn't any air conditioning (partially it was my fault, I had to look very closely at the amenities to realize it wasn't included, but since it was a hotel, I never thought to check). On top of that, the room smelled awful. I don't know if there was something wrong with the pipes, but it smelled like sewage/toilet the entire time, even in the shower which was in a separate room (weird). We asked the staff to fix it, but all they did was spray some air freshener. Crazy, considering the price we paid. Never again!

The room was pretty big but a few things were lacking and disappointing: - one chair was there but not even the mini desk we see on the pictures, - no wardrobe space as there was a spare bed in the closet, - the bathroom had significant signs of wear and tear, - no AC in the room in the heatwave of 38 degrees during fete de la musique making sleeping almost impossible without opening the window completely so I had to sleep in the noise, - there is some sort of homeless Romanian camps the street of the hotel so coming back late or going out let was not the most convenient for safety, - no direct subway or RER needed to do a 18 or 15 min walk or take a bunch of buses, - WiFi was not working in my room. I mentioned the no AC issue with one of the receptionist and one cleaning lady but nothing was done… I would like to mention that the staff that did my check in was super friendly and efficient and same for the cleaning ladies and staff in general it’s just a shame that nothing was done to resolve this. It’s unfortunate because the hotel has potential but too many issues for one stay. I stayed in room 1002.

It's a good value for an affordable stay in Paris. You get all the basic comfort needs, and the location is excellent since it is very close to Metro Line 1, especially if traveling into Paris from Gare du Lyon. However, make sure you understand that you are getting a basic offering, so there is no additional in room facilities like a fridge, electric kettle, or even Air Conditioning. Keep that in mind if you are visiting in Summer.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, plus we were close to Gare de Lyon. Our check-in was at 12, but they let us check in around 10am. We were very happy with this stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and a good size. The breakfast was good, with lots of variety. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants and it is close to the Metro station.

the sink was in the bedroom, insteaf of the toilet; it was freezing cold at night; the breakfast had one type of cheese, one type of ham and boiled egg, apart from pastry ang cereals..

You should consult website, equipments and pictures. Our hotel is FULLY compliant with IBIS BUDGET brand. The heating works perfectly, you just need to turn it on. DISHONEST REVIEW.

It was a great choice. The hotel is very comfortable and close to the metro and good restaurants. It's easier to get to the center of Paris or Disneyland Paris by metro from there. The value for money is very attractive. My family and I were very happy with our stay at this hotel.
