Spent 5 nights at the SRBEL TWIN TOWNS COOLANGATTA and could not fault the stay. From the initial booking to booking out all the staff were exceptional helpful friendly and professional. Breakfast every morning was amazing full buffet , room was very clean, bed comfortable, in walking distance to public transport shops beaches restaurants. Would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff. Would definitely have no hesitation recommending the SEBEL to anyone. Would definitely book this resort in the future.

Really luxurious hotel rooms with kitchenette. Overall the property is very well maintained with an eye for detail. It was nice having the choice of an indoor pool and outdoor pool. Two spa's with a gym was excellent. Hotel is located a short walk from the beach and Tweed Mall - with 3 supermarkets. Breakfast was excellent with the biggest selection i have seen - it was very impressive. Breakfast started at 5.30 am - very impressive. All staff were very professional and friendly from reception to the servers in the breakfast area. We could come back from a day of touring and relax at the hotel pool .Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for making our holiday/stay a memorable one.

Check in was a breeze , very friendly staff , but they know me now as we have been staying there for many years, I voiced my concern re 1 night stays, i have been staying on average 4 times a year probably for the 20 or so years main reason seeing a show , and staying the night, but that has come to an end due to your policy of a minimum 2 night stay, dont know who makes these rules but for the every day jo blow its not possible , maybe someone should look at this decision , i am very dissapointed,

Great situation. Bus stop just outside, couple of minutes walk to the beach & Supermarket. Twin Towns right next door. Great mini kitchen, large recently redecorated room. Best ever breakfasts. Loved the smoothies. Thanks Steve. Already planning next trip.
