On arrival I couldn’t get in to the car park unless I parked elsewhere, and came in to register. Then the next morning trying to leave I couldn’t get out of the car park! The magnetic gate wouldn’t open, and the other exit had signage suggesting I needed my room key, I had already checked out, therefore not having a room key. Upon calling the hotel after 10 minutes of trying to get out (I’m glad there wasn’t a fire.) I was advised the gate which said needed a room key was, in fact, automatic. Most unsatisfactory.
