Overall the experience was pleasant, the only disappointment was with the cleaning staff. Upon return to our room we noticed that one of the beds was left unmade and the other one was partially made up. We called the attendant who made up bed that was left unmade. Later that evening when we turned back the sheets we noticed that the bed that was supposedly made the first time was only partially made. Whoever did the bed just placed the top sheets over rumpled bottom bed sheets and straightened out the top sheet only. In other words both beds were incomplete. We also noticed that the carpets had not been vacuumed nor the glasses cleaned. I am not sure what sort of time frame is allocated to each room attendant to completely clean the rooms. In this case it looked like they either ran out of time or were inefficient. The place is nice, just need the cleaning staff to be made aware of their duty of care.
