I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the servicing of my room during my current stay. Despite requesting room servicing on three separate occasions, the service was not carried out. For a hotel of your reputation and standard, this is extremely unexpected and has left me quite dissatisfied with the experience. I chose your property expecting a high level of attentiveness and guest care, and I trust that this matter will be taken seriously. I would appreciate it if you could look into what went wrong and ensure that my room is properly serviced as soon as possible. We stayed for our anniversary in the ocean view room and the whole stay was stunning. The room was so beautiful, the coffee and breakfast at Lito was delicious. We'd happily stay again. My only comment is that it would be great to have to coffee in a ceramic mug in the room - for the feel of it but particularly for the environment.

for a 5 star hotel the location only would suit those that just wanted to have beach access. - the halls are very dark and the resturants & event rooms are extremely loud due to lack of noise reduction facilites

Needed a break from work, super glad to find Mondrian. Staff attentive and helpful. Had a flight cancel, requested an extra night in same room, Raquel sorted promptly without fuss. Both restaurants exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Something in my own backyard was quite exicted to stay here. Unfortunately, the experience felt somewhat lacking and, at times, rookieish particularly given the price point. For the dollars spent, the overall delivery did not meet expectations. For example, having to queue 30 minutes for breakfast felt disorganised, and dinner being unavailable (despite being told at check-in it would be available) was disappointing. Fortunately, I had booked an alternative 30 days in advance otherwise it would have been a significant inconvenience. There seems to be a lot of movement operationally, and while the venue is currently on trend, I do think consistency and execution will impact longterm profitability and reputation. There are other venues offering stronger value at a similar price point. I genuinely wish you well but I believe some operational refinement is needed to match the positioning and pricing.
