The hotel and views are incredibly beautiful. The staff are very young and could do with the guidance of some more experienced employees. Our check in experience was quite poor, with inattentive hostess allowing people to push in past us without any apology and not listening when we asked for accor membership to be added. She was asking us questions but not listening to a single response. We had to come back the second day to find another staff member to add the membership number to the account. We had a turndown service knock at the door at 5pm, literally 10 minutes after we checked in which was weird. The pool area had a lot of glassware left behind which was not getting cleaned up. The room cleaning staff did an amazing job, as did the concierge staff. The lack of professionalism is disappointing for the price point. It is such a beautiful space, the service could just be a lot better.

Lovely stay as usual. There was hair and spots of blood on the sheets on arrival but this was very quickly rectified when staff were alerted.

Hotel itself great. Check in area too small and cramped. Staff extra pleasant and courteous Biggest problems the restaurants. service in the restaurants I has to send some food back. The food is too expensive the quality of produce poor and not a good kitchen

Mondrian Burleigh heads is our very favourite place to retreat too.
We were welcomed back with a hug and recognition from Jonathan.
Plus other hotel personnel who at all times are cheerful, helpful and always welcoming.
The pool area was a little quieter this visit, which was lovely for us, sometimes it gets very noisy.
Lito Restaurant food was fabulous, despite the conference being on our food always came quickly.

I thought the Lamb Cannellini last time we stayed was sensational, this time the Osso Buco saffron rice “was to die for”, can’t wait to explore the spring menu when we visit again soon.
Please more name tags…. I don’t know the name of the girl at breakfast who is such a sweetie.

This was our second time at Mondrian. This time we were in a 2 bedroom suite which was ideal with 2 children. The hotel is great and will always be our place of choice. Highly recommend

Husband and I had a mini break and lived this hotel. Atmosphere is great. Lovely bars by the pool and also the restaurant. Short stroll to Main Street of Burleigh too. Can’t wait to come back again.
