Great place to stay, wonderful room, marked down for outdated tv needs smart tv or ability to connect to Netflix and bedding was weird 2 flat sheets dosnt make for comfortable sleeping, luckily I’d brought my own sheets

Location was perfect but unfortunately the beds were not comfortable, old mattresses that probably need replacing and the parking bay, had items at the end it, was only for a small car not a medium or large.

the room had no master bedroom tv. the room also had old chocolate wrappers the cleaners didn't clean and the bathrooms had no face cloths - only 2x bath towel and 1x hand towel.

Apartment was well situated across the road from the tram, Pacific Fair, Casino and Draculas. Short walk to Broadbeach. Getting very dated with a lot of attention needed in the specific apartment we stayed in. Was not the cleanest with streaky mirrors, dirty kitchen floor and rubbish under one of the beds. Would possibly stay there again but would look at many other options before booking

unit was okayish... but a broken plug by the tv in the single bed room meant the kids could not plug in their streaming device to the tv and to power. when i tried to plug something to the tv powerpoint sparks came out.The power point had no front cover and was frankly, extremly dangerous. (i notified maintenance of this issue). The single bed tv had a very poor connection and was basically unwatchable. It is so old it had constant lines through the picture. Basic cooking utensils were missing. Had to use wooden spoon to flip pancakes as there was no egg flip utensil or even tongs. Went to use a frypan, when i got it out of the cupboard it was filthy , as in not cleaned from its last use. Could not use all the table chairs as two of them were on the verge of having the back break off. As you would see on my All accor account i stay in Accor hotels extremly regulary and have for many years. I have never had a bad thing to say, until now. while the above may be small things, they added up to significant dissapointment with the overall stay.

I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a spacious three-bedroom apartment on Level 8, especially as I was travelling alone. However, the constant tram and traffic noise was extremely loud, even on the 8th floor, and I struggled to sleep. Great upgrade, but unfortunately the noise significantly affected my stay.
