Friendly staff. Unit had a lot of things not working multiple down lights out and phone etc. Happy with the view and room size. Really needs a refresh for the price.

We spent 2 nights at The Mantra Broadbeach. Location is great. The apartment did not smell clean and is in need of tlc (deep clean, new furniture). We found several cockroaches during our stay. As an Accor member I have stayed at lots of member hotels around the world. This particular apartment would probably be one of the worst I have stayed at. The staff were nice however I would not choose to stay at this location again.

all the linen was dirty with hair on it the air con wasn't working in the bedrooms
