This is my 2nd time staying Mantra Sierra Grand Broadbeach and l have to say l was extremely disappointed. The room was old, dirty bathrooms it smelt like bleach so bad it was an awful smell and had broken cupboards in wardrobes and the noise level was terrible. The room was dirty upon arrival the balcony was full of sand on the floor. The towels were terrible and constantly left fluff all over our bodies, the street noise level from that room was also very bad. Hardly any cleaning or laundry facilities or toilet paper left for us. You want us to wash the towels and leave hardly any laundry detergent to use. The place felt very dirty. I called about getting the wardrobe fixed as we couldn’t use it and no one ever came.

As a serviced apartment property, apartments are self-contained and include full laundry facilities for guest use. An initial supply of amenities such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, and bathroom essentials is provided on arrival, with additional items available upon request from reception. We regret if this was not clear or if replenishment did not meet your needs during your stay. We also acknowledge your comments regarding noise and understand how this may have impacted your comfort. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration when allocating future room requests where possible. Thank you again for your comments. Well located, great apartment, huge in size and well equipped.

Goo location to Pacific Fair (2 min walk) and Convention centre (1 rail stop away) - handy to light rail (1 min walk). A few minutes walk to beach. Next to highway so traffic noise with loud vehicles noticeable. Friendly staff on reception. One cafe (coffee at start of day) 2 min walk away but others further afield. Generous sized appt (2 bed, 2 bath). Lounge suit in appt broken (uncomfortable to sit on one end) and stained. Extremely poor internet speed (1.2mb/s) and unusable.
