When I first arrived I was early and was able to get early carpark. However I waited until my check in time of 2pm and when I went to my room it was dirty and there was food crumbs on carpet and hair on the bed. So I then had to wait an additional hour even though I had arrived at the hotel at 12.45pm. So I didn’t get into my room until 3pm. The room was average for the price as walls very marked and damaged in places. Couch was still dirty and mis matched cushions. Felt pretty disappointed and will not stay there again. The staff were friendly and brought up some sodas and chocolate to apologise for the late room. But seriously this didn’t make up for the room. They need to fix it up if getting people to may $450/night.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, with enough cookware etc in the cupboards to make the kitchen useful. The pool and spa facilities were nice and reception was very accommodating with early check in and leaving bags after checkout. No complaints.

The hotel is situated directly opposite Pacific Fair shopping Mall and the light rail stop is right there as well. The room we stayed in was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the canal. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to any requests you have. On site parking is great. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool as well as an indoor heated pool and spa, along with both a steam and sauna room. We would definitely stay there again.

Was run down and could do with a renovation

We found the rooms and facilities to be amazing but the hotel itself was noisy and the blinds did nothing to block out light so it was hard to sleep despite the comfy bed as it felt like the traffic was inside our room despite being up on the 16th floor & on the side facing away from the main road.
