We were really disappointed with our stay. It’s the first time we booked a family holiday (my husband, myself and our baby) and spent a lot of money for a nice ocean view 2 bedroom apartment for us to be stuffed around with a car park to begin with. We were given a car park that had a big storage box in it so our car would of been sticking out. When I requested a new car park, I was given a new one and when we went to move the car, there was someone already in it. So again had to go to the front desk and request a THIRD car park. Then we go into our room and there’s no internet so we couldn’t use the smart TV for our Netflix. What was supposed to be a recliner lounge was NOT! It was uncomfortably upright that we could hardly sit on it, and when we couldn’t work out why it wouldn’t recline and looked under the lounge we noticed the power cords had been pulled out. Then I went to call the front desk and the phone in our room didn’t work so I had to walk back down. There was no bin in the full sized kitchen, only a tiny little one in the laundry so it made it really hard for when I was cooking for my son, hence why we booked the kind of room we did with a full kitchen. We have stayed at many mantras before and this is the first time we were super disappointed with our stay. It all dampened our first family holiday experience and was no worth the money we spent on the room.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The apartment was spacious however the roller blinds are needing replacement as they have holes.

The location is fantastic and we have a lovely stay. The only issue was we arrived late and we nearly didn't get into our accommodation as the phone we called to get the security box code kept dropping out. I travel for work all the time so my suggestion would be to give visitors the code 24 hours prior to arrival so this doesn't cause stress. Thanks

Front office staff is really helpful, Ricardo was great he answered are all questions and recommended a few places for dinner. The dishwasher in our room, 703, wasn't working, it is not a big deal but a bit disappointing. We will definitely come back.

bathroom small and very badly lit. Crazy having to ask for more toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, tissues.

Gorgeous room with ocean view, we were lucky enough to stay in the newly renovated apartment. The manager very kindly assisted us when we could not get the stove top to work - he went home to get a personal pan for us to use! Great staff and location, would highly recommend and definitely stay again soon. Only had one slight issue, the bed was on wheels and on a hardwood floor so whenever we rolled over or sat on the bed it moved quite a bit. We improvised and put towels under the bed.

We checked back out 1 hour after checking as the room smelled moldy, carpets had stains, was not cleaned, we could not stay there

Disappointing stay

I was dissappointed with my stay at the Mantra Sierra Grande (room 506) * We had to ask for a toilet paper (6 people stay and only had 1 extra roll) * We only had 2 wine glasses just had enough plates. * Had to request detergent, dishwashing detergent and cleaning cloth to wash dishes. * Had to request blankets. No extra blankets provided in cupboards. * Wifi had to purchase (that was ok with me but most hotels offer this complementary service) * Had to request a cutting knife * Only 2 tea cups provided for a 6 ppl room, had to request more. * No bottle opener * When making the single bed and removed the sheet there was urine stains on the mattress * Room was not properly cleaned when arriving with finger print and smug marks on the cupboards * Shower railing in unsuite was loose and kept sliding down when having a shower. I was very disappointed with my stay at the Mantra Sierra Grande on Broadbeach. I was really looking forward to a good family holiday there but was very disappointed with the room. I would not recommend this room to others Kind regards Jacky F.

The hotel was lovely. The pool area was amazing. The room was clean and so big!! It was a two bedroom apartment, but it honestly could have been the size of a three bedroom. It was so spacious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. And it is greatly located - being just across the bridge from pacific fair. Amazing and will stay again.

Perfect location for beach, shopping and great restaurants. The room was very clean, ocean views amazing (from our room) and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay in this property again.
