Very disappointing stay as for $400/night expect more than out dated rooms and furnishings. Quality control and standards need to be significantly improved to be in line with rates. Staff were friendly and accomodating but have minimal scope to work with without a refurbishment. Location great however will not be returning until improvements realised.

Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and Pacific Fair. Hotel was clean, nice big pool area lovely ocean view from our 2 bedroom ocean view apartment.

The mattress were so uncomfortable that every night was actually a nightmare.

Before making the booking i rang and spoke to the hotel directly to make sure all the facilities at the property were in use . I was assured all wet areas and gym was in use but soon after arriving at the property we discovered the indoor sauna and spa was not in use, very disappointing after paying $5380 for 7 nights one would expect to enjoy and relax whilst on holidays. I don't want want or expect a apology if the hotel management really cared about guest how about refunding $100 per day as a apology ? After all money talks and ..........

The sierra grand was beautiful staff were friendly but our apartment was so run down which was disappointing for our stay

Place was dirty when we arrived Front office didnt know where room keys was Office manager sorted it out Little disappointed as we facing covid I sprayed counters and toilets before using the unit before it got cleaned the following day Bathroom and showers need derust done mouldy

Great physical product, excellent front desk staff, superb location. Enjoyed the stay very much. Only compliant would be further information needed about parking options when onsite car park is full. Having to ring after hours assistance to find out is inconvenient.

Substandard, dishwasher and microwave didn’t work, broken furniture, lights blown, no filter on the dryer blowing fluff thru the rooms! Booked two three bedroom units at high rates! Won’t be back!

Well located but not good value for $350 per night. Room was furnished to 3 star standard. No TV in the bedroom. Bathroom was not cleaned to a good standard. Mold around bottom of shower screen and tiles. Room faced west and air-conditioner could not be adjusted lower to cope with the heat. Even at night the air-conditioner was not cool enough.

Very disappointed with the hotel rooms. They need serious updating. Old furniture, outdoor table and chair felt like they were going to break every time you sat on them. Carpet needs to be ripped up and replaced as it was filthy. Staff were very kind and helpful with the issues and did as best they could to amend them.

stayed couple of nights, although asked for a quiet room but a street facing low level room was given to me. my allocated carpark spot was dripping. on checkout I asked for invoice to be sent to my email. still after 1 week I followed up for the invoice, at the end they refused to issue invoice for me simply saying I should get it from the online trade center which never answer the phone! I needed the invoice before end of year but now it turned to be a very complicated issue taking up to next year. I would never ever bother again to book this place.
