Came for a four night stay. Late night check-in was very easy. Concierge was extremely friendly and accommodating. He even offered that we could lounge beside the pool after check out while we waited for our flight. Walking distance to the beach, pacific fair and the casino! What more could you need? Will definitely rebook when travelling to the gold coast again.

The room was pretty much as expected for size & aspect, but the shower was filthy. There was dirt right through the shower floor & it was up there with the worst I have seen. Nico I think his name was at reception was great on arrival, he couldnt help it that someone had parked in my designated car space.

Stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Advertised as limited sea view but was great. Spacious, clean and well equipped.
