Loved most of it. For the whole time unfortunately the dirty windows spoiled the view. To be fair the poor weather (daily rain) would have caused most of that.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed including a washer machine and dryer. However with check in, we were not provided after hours arrival info for lock box to get access to the building. No one answered the first number I called, the 2nd number someone answered but was originally told sorry we don’t have your booking, there’s nothing we can do. This was disappointing as I had no where for my wife and kids to stay. I called again 15 mins later and someone else answered and they said oh we can arrange emergency accomodation. Then they found my booking and I got into the lock box and found my original keys. Apartment noise is a problem. Yes there is construction going on at the light rail station. But the general traffic noise is quite bad, ended up buying ear plugs. Internet in the apartment was sub par with Accor wifi available but had really poor connection speed when connected.

Rooms are great and the Indoor & Outdoor pools, along with the spa and sauna and gym made everything close at hand. It was a nice easy walk to the beach and cafe's.

There were a few issues with our apartment, eg leaking kitchen tap, some rings on stove not working, a broken kitchen chair. We made reception aware of these issues. They were very apologetic and thankful that we had taken the time to make them aware of these issues. They issues did not make our stay any less enjoyable

I have always enjoyed staying at the Mantra but this one was very disappointing. My two daughters who share a room on holidays barely had space, no cupboard, fan or window. I feel it is an illegal third bedroom as it doesn't have a window. WIFI was really bad and my children when through all their prepay DATA which cost me a lot extra. Also, barely a TV and we couldn't connect to Netflix, KAYO etc which is what the kids need after huge days at the theme parks or the beach. Also, the title 3 bedroom Ocean Suite is a bit of a lie as when looked at the fine print it says glimpses.
