Exceptional Front Desk Reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaners missed the 2 popped pink baloons under the t.v unit. Room was very spacious, 3 bedroom with 2 outdoor areas with furniture. Great sized full kitchen. Would defiently stay again.

Fantastic stay. Room had everything we needed and catered fully to our needs. Location was wonderful close to beach and shops and transport. Pools were amazing and easily accessible

Short one day stay, check in was fast and efficient. Fantastic location, short walk to beach and parks, across the road from Pac Fair and the Star. Apartments are well equipped, and beds are comfortable. However is looking a little tired. No pool towels are at the pool and suggest maybe getting a bit more shade around the pool. Overall, the stay was good and we had a fantastic time.

IN Brief: Most disappointing Accor experience I have ever had and I have been a member for six years, from check in to check out. None of the usual "thank you for your loyalty", no member welcome pack in the room., after I was advised there would be one. No restaurant or even coffee shop for a drink or breakfast. The apartment itself very tired and dilapidated. The furniture was tatty, the sinks cracked and still soap stuck on the soap holders in the shower.

For our units that have not been recently refurbished they still should be well appointed and in good working order and this appears to have not been provided to you from your review. While the hotel itself is nice and in a good location the rooms are very tired. They need painting, new carpet and definitely new furniture. Not a 4 star room at all.

this time nice room on 19th floor great views etc, but cleanliness of unit terrible. 1. used tissues and someone's thongs left under a bed 2. black hair in 2 of the beds in sheets 3. only 4 chairs at a dining table (3 bedroom apartment 6 guests) 4. plates and cutlery dirty in cupboards very disappointing we didn't complain at desk as we just wanted to enjoy our stay and not be bothered with problems

the apartment was nice and spacious, the issue that we had was how dirty the place was. it was obvious that the place wasn't cleaned when we got there or it was just skimmed over, the lounges were dirty rubbish was between them and underneath them, the beds had sand in them, the kitchen utensils were not washed and they were also broken (knife, and wouldn't even cut through butter) not enough cups or bowls for 7 people.

Great time here. The apartment was clean and very functional. Great view even though we didn’t have an ocean view. A little noisy being right on the highway, but excellent location to all amenities.
