Out of hours check in process a complete failure, the new system is simply not fit for purpose. Arrived at 7pm with no staff on site, could not get access to room keys for an hour and a half and only then because the night porter came through to get something behind reception. The apartment itself was so dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned properly for months. The sheets on the beds were clean but the blankets were literally stiff with dirt and grime. Considering what we were charged for our stay we expected much much better.

Location was great, close to restaurants, shopping mall, tram and park/beach. Loved the spacious 3 bedroom apartment for our family of 6. Next time I'll book an ocean view though as the apartment facing hinterland we found the main road to be noisy throughout the night - maybe it was due to the 'weekend' when we stayed.

Doesn't live up to the Accor brand

As I Accor Plus member I expect a level of quality of the property. I had not recognition of my status with Accor when checking in. The quality of the room was very poor even outdated for the rate charged for them.

Disappointed stay

We drove 9 hours and we were on the 4th floor directly above the reception it was so noisey all night long from people entering and exiting the building not much sleep was had the 3 nights. When we arrived the shower had moisture in it, told the reception it was swapped over whilst we were in the apartment to the shower gel. Next day of our stay my 5 year old found someone’s medication tablet under the coffee table I got photo proof of this lucky it wasn’t my 2 year old as she would have swallowed it. Also the bin smelt upon looking it had spillage in that hadn’t been cleaned out. When reception open at 9:00am more like 9:10am when they came out. I let them know about these 2 things and all I got was I’m sorry about the tablet which made me more furious it was something medication they take which could have made my children seriously sick tablet is called (RSV 40) used for heart and high cholesterol. Some came and spray the bin area which was alright made it smell nicer. But later that night we noticed that the shower gel had been swapped again to moisturiser We Only had 4 towels when we had 5 people staying no extra blankets for the kids at night time. Couch had stains on it and smelt awful. No dish cloth so wasn’t able to clean our dishes There was an ongoing issue with the lifts and fobs not working. Which was a safety thing as we were able to enter 2/3 lifts and not need to use our fob to go to any level we wanted. Our friends stayed on level 6 and gosh there room was beautiful. We used our family friend discount thinking great we would get a great deal. But honestly would prefer to pay more to stay somewhere else next time not worth using it if you are going to get the bare minimum with lots of issues very disappointing will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
