Pleasant reception staff, rooms tired and some things broken (eg blind fixings, iron) or not provided (eg frying pan, 6 dining chairs for an apartment sleeping 6). Often one lift not working. Car park out of action for 12hrs was very difficult with 2 children under 4.

Well located but a bit noisy

Our family stayed in unit 1205 which was a very well furnished unit. The only criticism was about the windows which did not seal correctly which allowed a lot of street noise to echo into the unit. This was especially bad when the Garbage Truck came to empty the industrial bins.

Very please with apartment accommodation. Only downside was that not sufficient basic provisions such as dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and bathroom condiments were provided for extend stay (had to purchase separately from shops)

Staff were helpful, Beds were extremely comfortable. Only one complaint and that is the Apartment had not been cleaned. Bathroom was quite dirty and floors in kitchen were dirty.

A few initial problems was a late start to our 5-night break. Booked into an unsuitable 2 bedroom (6th floor) apartment for 4 adults, no shelves or drawers in the second room & vacuum & artwork were stored in the second room wardrobe. The manager (Ricardo) transferred us to another room, but bedside lamp electrical cord was unsafe & Ricardo said he would deliver a safe one to us. He never did, so lighting was an issue in the room. On checkout, advised the reception staff of problems, we won't be staying there again.

Shower cell had mould all over it and looked like it was about to fall off. Cigarette burn in carpet that the front desk didn't even know about, peoples face Mark's on glass doors looking out of room and bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've slept in. Very tired room. For the price, most disappointing. We had several families staying there on different floors and getting to see each other was a nightmare due to the swab tags on the room only letting you access the floor you were staying on. Is it a hotel or body Corporate? Very inconvenient!

I booked early and requested a seaview as it was a special family occasion. I was booked into a room with limited views on the motorway side and it smelled of mustiness/smoke. I asked to be shifted (and the staff helpfully did ) to the other side of the building where i had previously stayed. This request was accommodated but the unit was not very clean. reception and gym areas very clean. location great.

This was a short break in an area we hadn’t visited before. The location was great and easy to locate. Reception staff were friendly and the gentleman who checked us in gave us a great recommendation for lunch. The car parking was a bit tricky but it was quiet and that helped. There was a problem with the lifts and there was issues trying to get from the car park to the room. The room was nice but the bedroom needed a good vacuum and dust. The picture on the wall above the bed, the wall itself and the floor were really dusty and it didn’t look as if anything had been moved to be vacuumed in a while.

Cost of staying is never an issue for me, but it comes with an expectation of quality. I was disappointed when we discovered the kitchen in the single bedroom apartment had no saucepans or a plug for the sink? This should have been checked in the handover. Plus the three bedroom apartment had no coat-hangers, which we needed. A $2 coat-hanger is a pittance compared to the cost of three nights stay. I loved the location and the rooms were excellent otherwise. ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Clean, spacious, indoor heated pool was great. Beds super comfortable. The only thing was bad showers, to low and couldn't move the head up.

Perfect location for beach, shopping and great restaurants. The room was very clean, ocean views amazing (from our room) and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay in this property again.
