All very well presented venue, friendly staff but one problem, we didn’t get the single beds we requested. We have to separate bed ourselves which was hard and inconvenient with our schedule!! Please note, if you are going to say we will change the beds then we expect it to be changed, that was the only thing that spoilt our stay as first customers in your resort.

Only thing was we had come from another motel were we had to vacate by 10 so we were at peppers at 12 and had to wait till 2 a girl said she would contact me when room was ready never did

When checking in and after discussion with Matthew, opted to upgrade from hotel room to one bedroom apartment with plunge pool, @ $30/day extra, as staying for 7 days. The weather was cloudy/stormy the first few days, so I decided to chill by watching a movie. TV remote indicated choice of Netflix, YouTube, Stan etc. but unable to access and no instructions, I called reception who arranged for a technician. The technician advised while the TV was new, it was not connected to the internet and if I wanted to access eg. Netflix, I needed to hotspot via my mobile or laptop. Given I paid $30/day extra and the advertised high rating of the resort's facilities, I find this not acceptable! Also, on check out the young female who served me just requested the additional funds I had to pay for the upgrade. At no stage did she ask whether I enjoyed my stay, or eg. said thank you for staying with Peppers given I had stayed for 7 days! I think this is poor customer relations.
