A Luxury Escape Package very disappointing! Room had only one comfortable chair, one bedside lamp and drawers, dirty bathroom floors, private pool not private as shared with next door! Main pools were nice though. Breakfast was ok though coffee was tasteless and bitter and cost $16 for two large longblacks. The pool bar food was outrageously expensive eg. 4 very small arancheni balls $22. Would not recommend

The hotel was dated, and some of the furniture in the room was unsafe - multiple bookshelves stacked on top of each other as the tv cabinet etc. the hotel was undergoing renovations with a makeshift bar in the lobby?? A staff member pressure-washed our patio for over an hour at lunch time rendering it unusable for us. There were no Christmas decorations, but right across the road at the Mantra the Christmas tree was up in the lobby. The whole experience felt very average and we checked out a day earlier than wha we paid for as we just didn’t feel it worth it. Car parking was convenient and location was good.

I have been twice this year to stay at Peppers both time had a good room with a lovely view. I booked and paid for a room with a view again like the other two times I have come. I received a room 5206 which has a brick wall blocking the view.If you seat at the table inside all your looking at is a brick wall.If you seat on the balcony to eat all you see is the buildings and brick wall in front of you unless you want to stand up eating then you will have a view.When I book a room with a view that is what I expect to received because that is what I paid for.This room is what you call an obstructed view like when you go on a cruise you pay for a balcony with a view or pay for an obstructed view. When I received my keys no-one told me we had an obstructed view.I came down to the deck and told them I paid for a view all I got was we are all booked out. So does that mean we weren't important as people just give them anything. That wasn't the only problem we had. We arrived on time to go into our apartment only to find out it wasn't ready about another 20 -30 minutes they were running late. Okay no problem I understand things happen. When we get to the room the disappointing view. Then I took my shoes off to rest my feet after a long travel and was walking in sand on the floor so I found the broom and had to start sweeping the floor. The next morning I took the toaster out it's all rusty and the button to pull down was missing. I went to use the hair dyer it was working but there is no hot air to dry your hair.Then two day before we left the body wash run out so that meant it wasn't filled up in the first place. Just has well I always carry my own I know I could have complain but after my first experience when I arrived that was enough for me. We had come away for a relaxing rest after just burying my husbands mum. We had just spent the last 3 Months helping his sister to look after her. I have a booking with you to come again in February next year Im still thinking about this
