Unfortunately the hotel is looking old and needs major upgrades. Everything was dirty, dust and cobwebs in all nooks and cranny. Mould on the blinds and in the bathroom. After not servicing our room on the first day I asked at reception and I was told they don’t service rooms anymore, however our daughter was also staying there and her room was serviced daily. Overall it was a disappointing stay,

Unfortunately not all good experiences! First, the underground car park was confusing, no clearly defined parking areas according to our allocated wing and the directions to appropriate lift were non -existent. This meant we used the only lift visible and could not find our wing. Secondly, the TV in our room 6307 was faulty and desk staff, nor a technician sent the next day, were unable to access any reception. As the weather was wet we looked forward to relaxing with this basic service. We were able to change rooms on the second day. I accessed the QR code for a compendium. Nowhere did it advise where pool towels were available from. Seasons restaurant was difficult to find for breakfast and we had to ask directions. Price was extremely high - $38 for two pensioners with a very light appetite and barista coffee at an extra cost! Using the lagoon spa, there were no directions as to how to operate the spa. Another guest advised that a red button had to be pulled out and then the black button pressed … really? One would think a red button was for emergency use. We appreciated a voucher given to make up for the TV issue, but overall I found your resort NOT user friendly, however our room was beautiful.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the apartment was awesome. Choice of two well maintained pools. Had breakfast everyday at seasons, and there were lots of options and plenty of food. Great walking tracks, close to shops and beach.

I have stayed at Peppers for work or pleasure every year for the past 8 or so years. While the staff are always friendly, it seems the quality and cleanliness of the overall resort is diminishing over time. I understand weather and wind plays a factor, but the pathways were dirty, every small pool was dirty to the point of not being able to use and I had to put my car through a car wash twice to get it clean from the bird poop. Again, nature is out of your control but if you had car park entrance doors that actually closed and needed a card to enter, the number of birds inside would be way less. The spa bath in our room spat flower petals from the jets despite there being a "we have cleaned this bath" sticker on it
