We presented at approx, 1345 Hrs to reception. For a 1400 Hr check in. Saturday 12/04/2025. I inquired as to the status of the rooms availability at approx, 1425 Hrs and was told it was not ready. I once again, asked about the rooms availability at approx 1455Hrs, sorry not ready as yet. Pleased to advise, staff were very apologetic and professional. I was offered a drinks voucher for the both of us, which later also included a free breakfast. I had already payed for a breakfast in my room price. Regardless it was a kind gesture on both counts. Our opportunity to view an open house in the local area was lost, as I did not want to leave my partner alone in the lounge area without understanding what our room situation was. At approx 1525 Hrs our room was available. The following a general observation, and are in no way intended to suggest otherwise. a. Getting a response via internal phone, is very poor, dialing 1, for room service proved pointless on a number of occasions. b. No Netflix / operating the t.v. system was challenging, without basic instructions available.Thank you to the reception staff that saved that experience. c. Getting room service form the restaurant, was a marathon. I needed to present to place and order. Delivery was lengthy, for two mains. d. My partner and I drink coffee, the small carton of milk offered was not adequate for two adults. e. The underside of the main bed was discussing, with a huge dust build up. f. The lounge room couch / bed had two massive stains, which did not look appealing at all. g. The spa bath, had a label saying it had been cleaned. We did fill the spa, but never actually used it. As we emptied it, an amount of dark discoloring was evident, along the base and remaining foam. Unknown source. Considering this weekend away was our first together for some time, I felt for my partner as she did feel disappointed. That being said, the room certainly meet our expectations. F.j.P.

Don’t do it ! - WAY overpriced and looking tired. Rooms smelled moldy, and are small. Gym is poky and in the basement garage, limited hotel facilities, just 1 tennis court and kiddie lagoon pool. Don’t book here if you want an ocean view albeit it is a short walk to beach. Beach is badly eroded ( of course not the hotel’s fault but still a fact )

It started at the check in when as a gold member I enquired about an upgrade,then told their where none available.which seemed strange as the car park was less than half full.As for the room it definitely was in need of a upgrade. The position of the resort is excellent with a good tavern close by.

The TV did not work for my whole stay and no one fixed it. Someone came to look at it and it was supposed to be fixed and never was. No one contacted me to offered another room or explain why the tv was not fixed. The fridge was turned off accidentally at the PowerPoint when the tv was looked at and my food went off. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and foyer of the hotel.
