Quick little two night getaway. 3 children, wr had the loft apartment which the kids loved being upstairs. Great room, everything we needed. Easy access. Nice and clean.

From the beginning it was without a nightmare. First the car park is a nightmare with no clear signs as to where you are supposed to be. 1 disabled spot in the area we finally found. The room was not clean. We requested 2 single beds we booked through Accor. When we arrived we had a dirty fold out bed. We did not receive any notification for our welcome drinks and when we asked the lady was annoyed like it was our problem. The restaurant offered 1 vegetarian meal out of its grand list of 5 options. We didn’t stay we opted to leave. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

Surprised that staff didn't know how guests could order a cocktail and weren't willing to find out. Was told to go to seasons and ask. The car parks were shocking. So tight. Took 3 to 4 goes to park. And the sharp turn had no mirror to see any oncoming traffic. The bike hire was explained at $20 for two bikes for 2 hrs but was charged $40. And was sent a tax invoice for buffet breakfast with my credit card number to be charged when I had already paid. Had to physically call up to get it sorted. No one could use main pool it was absolutely freezing. Lots of bush turkeys in and around pool area. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately
