I am very sorry to hear about the cleanliness and maintenance issues you experienced, including the dust, cobwebs, mould, and the condition of the bathroom. This is certainly not the standard I expect our guests to receive. I also apologise that I did not follow up with you after you raised these concerns at check-out. I understand how disappointing it must have been not to receive the phone call or email you were expecting, and I am truly sorry for this oversight.
