As mentioned above we did complain about the standard of the room and felt it wasn’t up to Peppers standard and the price we paid as follows: * The floor was very worn and has lost all of its colour. * The glass coffee table had a big chip out of it leaving a sharp edge on it that could cause an injury. * The tv had leads dangling everywhere and the so called entertainment system was completely missing leaving an empty cabinet. * In the bathroom the glass door to the toilet was completely missing leaving the frame hinging system exposed on the floor which is an OH&S risk. I tripped on this twice and the last time it damaged my toe nail and bleed badly. Again, overall we were disappointed with the room and feel it was no where near the standard and price we paid for accommodation at a Peppers Resort

Not enough words to describe how unhappy we were. We will NEVER rent an apartment through peppers Kingscliff again. Staff on check in were disgustingly unprofessional. It makes me angry to even sit here and write this.
