We were disappointed with our stay. The first room, the decor was dated and worn. Then this room had a power outage and they couldn't fix it. I was trying to call reception on the phone in the room to report it, but it just kept ringing out. After a few attempts, I used my mobile and called the hotel and got answered. We found out the next day it was the spa bath that had a short. We had already unpacked and we had to re-pack and move to another room. The next room was much nicer, modern decor. But the buttons on the phone to call the hotel departments didnt work on the phone. I had to use my mobile again to call the hotel. The coffee machine didn't work and we asked them to replace it and they said they didn't have any spares, but they did end up taking one from another room. 'The taps in the bathroom sink leak, if you don't stop them in a certain position. Maintenance told us they are slowly replacing them all. The front entrance to the hotel is blocked off due to works and it generally looks run down.

Loved our stay ..we have stayed at Peppers few times now... The staff continue to impress us however some of the building areas spa etc need maintenance Pool sand area was dirty and had rubbish around Pool side tables hadn't been cleaned for the 5 days we were at the pool ! Dissapointing
