Lovely and relaxing as always. Married there 16 years ago and have been back many times on our anniversary. Staff made it extra special with a card, some bubbly, and chocolates. Thanks once again to all the staff there. Breakfast at Seasons was great as always.

Booked 2 nights for my 50th birthday with my husband and unfortunately our stay started terribly. The man at check-in was rude and offered absolutely no welcome or information about the property, restaurant, or even our included breakfast. I mentioned how excited I was to celebrate my birthday there and it was completely ignored — zero customer service. When booking, I was told it would be quiet as it was off-season and was encouraged to request a nice room for the occasion. Instead, we were given a horrible room way in the back of the property overlooking the parking lot. The room felt cramped, and we couldn’t even use the balcony because the awning was missing and everything was soaking wet from the rain. I called for an ice bucket for our champagne and it never arrived. By this point I was so disappointed and upset that I actually cried and was ready to check out. Thankfully, Manager Julie completely turned things around. She sincerely apologised, acknowledged my birthday, brought us an ice bucket along with a thoughtful gift bag containing sparkling wine, chocolates, and a card, and moved us to a much nicer room overlooking the pool. Julie treated us the way guests should be treated and genuinely saved what had been a disastrous start to my birthday celebration. Sadly, aside from Julie’s efforts, the property itself felt very dated. The restaurant and bar were closed both nights of our stay (Sunday and Monday), which was also disappointing. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast — a lovely buffet with plenty of beautiful options to choose from. It’s a shame that breakfast ended up being the best part of the experience at Peppers. When we checked out, the young woman at reception didn’t ask how our stay was or show any interest at all. Once again, there was simply no customer service. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa. We expected a 5-star experience but it barely felt like 2 stars.

Staff were friendly & helpful. Facilities are amazing with two great pools & spas. Our room was below average, it was clean & the bed was big & comfy but the lounge chair was like an 80’s hospital chair, the outdoor table had bent legs & didn’t look safe enough to eat on & it had with mismatched chairs & the cabinet that had fridge in it & tv on it was rotting.

Everything looked quiet clean and beautiful. However, the fridge was leaking water and not working to capacity. The TV also didn’t work in the main lounge and no one could fix it. Paid a lot so was disappointed with these 2 things go wrong. Really surprised that in such a big branded resort things like this happen.

My only gripe was check in. We arrived at 12:30 and checked in and were advised our room was not yet ready which was fine considering checkin is 2pm. Long story short our room was only ready at 2:30pm. Heidi at reception was great and provided us drink vouchers for the inconvenience which was a great gesture. As gold All member our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with shared lounge pool which was also great and it's much appreciated to be recognised. The suite is really luxurious.
