A Luxury Escape Package very disappointing! Room had only one comfortable chair, one bedside lamp and drawers, dirty bathroom floors, private pool not private as shared with next door! Main pools were nice though. Breakfast was ok though coffee was tasteless and bitter and cost $16 for two large longblacks. The pool bar food was outrageously expensive eg. 4 very small arancheni balls $22. Would not recommend

The room was tired. Light bulbs not working. Door hard to open. And then kitchen door fell off and floor looks worn out

The check in process was fine, the room not so..the extra bed was not in the room, the lounge was ripped..i wasnt aware that we didnt have daily servicing (something to watch)..the pool bar menu was very limited and the happy hour should really be extended as far as beverages and time frame are concerned. The people at Peppers are just fantastic, nothing is to much effort and it is done with a smile. Would I come back..yes I would. I like it here as do my kids

The hotel was dated, and some of the furniture in the room was unsafe - multiple bookshelves stacked on top of each other as the tv cabinet etc. the hotel was undergoing renovations with a makeshift bar in the lobby?? A staff member pressure-washed our patio for over an hour at lunch time rendering it unusable for us. There were no Christmas decorations, but right across the road at the Mantra the Christmas tree was up in the lobby. The whole experience felt very average and we checked out a day earlier than wha we paid for as we just didn’t feel it worth it. Car parking was convenient and location was good.
