Room only serviced once in the week Restaurant too expensive for the meal provided and the wait staff were inattentive and disinterested, plus there was a very long wait between entree and main (1 hour) Shower leaked Invoicing was a problem

Peppers is a great place to relax with the family. The rooms are well appointed and comfortably lived-in. The facilities and staff are excellent, and walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Poor customer service and apartment poorly maintained

Apartment was a little run down with broken items, tv and toaster not working etc. Staff appeared uninterested and in a rush when approached at counter. Tried following up with management re issues (after stay) but no return communication - gave impression that my enquiry and feedback was of no interest to them. Otherwise the resort is nicely situated and facilities are nice, just poor communication and interest from staff and management. Wouldn’t go back in a hurry I’m sorry to say!
