Check in and check out staff friendly and competent/quick. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Parking underneath is a breeze and welcomed with the packed streets.

The mattress on our bed had collapsed on one side which made it difficult to sleep and ended up with a very sore back

2 bedroom Penthouse was great, but we had trouble with our air conditioning the whole 3 days we were there. Not good when you are paying $700+ per night.
