Our apartment was not customer ready. Eg all outdoor furniture was still inside room. Towel count was not correct for registered numbers. A whole chocolate bar wrapper was in the lounge room. I did go down to reception to discuss but the employee did not seem interested. Peter at check in was lovely. Thanks.
