We felt that as a company you have dropped the ball in a few areas. Firstly we had to pay $200 for bond which we were previously not made aware of when booking as pensioners $200 put quite a dent in our weekend plans, secondly when asked about the price of our buffet breakfast I went to buy tickets with cash and was told by reception they could not except cash but I could pay cash at the restaurant however I would have to pay $4 more per person. What a joke we had already paid $1100 plus for 2 nights accommodation. The only thing you got right was the apartment was near the lift however I also found a bit of glass on the veranda I know we pay for convenience and the Killer Queen was exceptional. However next time we’ll stay elsewhere and uber from another apartment that is open and upfront with all charges

The two bedroom apartments were roomy, comfortable and beautifully designed. We had a water facing balcony which was ideal, for sunrise and at the side, sunset. A perfect stay.
