I stay at sebel/mantra every two weeks. I am a golf member of Accor Plus. I travel between my factories at Brisbane and Tweed Heads. A highlight of my stay is how accommodating the staff have always been. That all changed when I checked in and inquired about breakfast on my last stay. The staff member got the duty manager just after 2pm, he was rude and obnoxious. I will now look at other hotel options as a direct result of his attitude. He should not be in that position in hospitality.

The behaviour you described from our Duty Manager falls well short of the level of service and professionalism we expect our guests to receive. I understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly given your long-standing relationship with our hotel. 836 needs a deep clean & cutlery needs replacing Poor housekeeping, sink not clean̈ed dirt around edges of sink

A great long weekend stay. No need to jump into the car because once you have checked in you can just walk everywhere.

Had a 3 night stay , everything was great. Clean one bedroom apartment. I requested a water view and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely at check in and check out.
