Our Annual C. was held at Twin Towns -. from the outset the coordination was exemplary, which matched our experience once 'on the ground'. The Twin Towns Team, entirely, are one to be proud of -. they clearly enjoy what they do and aim high to deliver delight to their guests. Yes, the location is spectacular and so convenient with easy access from the Gold Coast airport. But this is not the fallback to rely upon for the Team to relax their game. Genuinely could not be more impressed. While I didn't experience a Mantra room personally, those in our group who did were very complimentary with the 1&2-bedroom set-ups meeting their family requirements perfectly.

Nice little unit, but unfortunately no maintenance has been done since we stayed in the same unit one year ago. The fridge was unstable with one broken leg on it, and the bedroom door didn’t close. Both of these issues were there one year ago. The bed had no bedspread or cover on it, only sheets, but fortunately we found two blankets in the top cupboard.

Staff were good, I had a high floor with a good view as asked, spas, pools and sauna were always clean and heated. Did ask at one point for a restock got my towels had to catch one of the cleaners to get some restocks as I hadn't bothered before.

Great,but Iintial ,the Day we booked in,the Mastercard System did not work?,so we cant let you In?,I said we will pay cash!,we are Not Allowed to Except Cash?,Fortunately we had money in a Cheque A/C, one would think,they could look up Our Past History at staying in the complex?//

Room spacious and good kitchen/washing facilities. Blankets on the bed were a down point; very thin material and didn't fit the bed. Apart from that, very good value.
