I had to be changing premises 3 times due to two TV's not working at all, one had to be replaced, lounge was softer than a banana, very uncomfortable, Finally the bed (queen) size was very low to the ground, very uncomfortable for my wife 5ft, overall, after being relocated 3times due to an efficient Manager, we were able to sleep. Most dissapointed with the stay.
