staff are nice - but the apartment was old, smelly and the carpets were damp with the rain - there must be some leakage somewhere for the floor to the bedroom to be damp first thing in the morning . The place smelled like it was an ex-smoker's room. Also, since our car was too tall we were sent to the car park across the road - which is fine BUT the club wouldn't let me through in the morning, so they sent me back to the hotel to go out into the torrential rain to cross the road to the carpark outside. By then we had checked out, given our keys back, so I left coolangatta absolutely soaked through. Not ideal.
