Excellent. We were caught up in the international airline outage late on a Friday afternoon so we quickly booked Mantra when our flight was cancelled for that night. Had a great 2 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful reception staff (considering they were very busy with other guests also caught up in the cancellations) who couldn't be more helpful.

From the time spoke to Corrinne on the phone I knew we would stay there. She was so helpful and informative. She even organised a shower chair for my unwell sister. She was the best.

Stressful when we needed it least

We had to book late because our airline flight was cancelled. The staff member who greeted us seemed very offhand. Then we lost all electric power to our room and floor for 5 hours. Nobody even tried to contact us to advise us.

We had already checked in but the room wasn’t ready which was fine as we had plans on returning to pick up our door tag the girl changed our room in front of us but never said anything she wasn’t that friendly the room lacked attention to detail
