Super loved the stay. Our previous holiday on the Gold Coast was at Surfers Paradise. But I preferred Broadbeach because of Peppers and the overall experience that we had with its close proximity to the beach, lovely restaurants, transport,… etc. Will be back here for sure!!! AAA+++

Positive: reception were friendly (which hasn't always been the case) which was nice. Negatives: our room did not have any knives. As in no knives at all. I had to call up twice to get them replaced. Our microwave did not work which was a reasonable inconvenience as I have a young family for whom were were looking to cook for. I called reception to get the microwave fixed however this did not occur. The new build in front of tower one has changed the view. I acknowledge that this is not necessarily the fault of the resort itself, however our overall experience was lower than previous stays. Uncertain if I will stay again the future.
