Upon check in the staff were great - I was travelling with an overtired toddler and my elderly father. The staff helped transfer out luggage to the right tower and helped us up to the room. The room was STUNNING!!! The only fault was we couldnt find a box of tissues available, but Woolworths was only a few min walk away. The facilities are great - we loved the heated pool and spa. Beds were very comfy, rooms are quiet, views are gorgeous, location is outstanding (there is a fantastic park towards the beach that my 3 year old loved). We cannot wait to return.
