Deficiencies in supposed top rated Peppers) 1) unit 603. - cutlery crockery less than decent. 2) TV’s are old and bad picture quality 3) Air conditioner not effective 4) furniture 2nd rate. We have stayed tower 1 many times - no upgrades for price we paid

I am sorry that your stay was not a more relaxing one and I have shared your comments with the Executive Housekeeper and Maintenance Manager for their review and rectification as required. Peppers is continually working with Owners to improve the products offered to our guests and to ensure that all apartments are up to Peppers standards and I note your feedback regarding the TV's in the apartment that you stayed in. I'm totally in love with the apartment. It's spacious with abundant amenities. The location is good. The views are nice. The staff are willing to help.

The a/c is split into two zones but only one zone at a time can operate meaning that half the apartment is not air conditioned. Not great in 35 c degree weather.

Checked in late in the evening and immediately reported a smoke alarm with low battery warning every minute, went out with clients and returned three hours later to the same issue....had to go to reception very early in the morning and wait 30 minutes to change rooms, was treated very poorly by all.....as a Platinum member I expected a lot better!

I am sorry that your stay was not a more relaxing one and you were disturbed by the smoke alarm in your room which is not acceptable. I appreciate that the wait to change rooms very early in the morning compounded matters and as a result you felt poorly treated by the Team for which I would like to apologise. I have shared your feedback with the Front Office Manager who will be carrying out training with their Team to ensure we can all respond in a more timely manner if issues like this arise in the future to ensure minimal disturbance is experienced by our guests.
