We had a staycation here while our air conditioning was being fixed at home, and it was honestly the best thing we could’ve done for ourselves for one week. The views are amazing, the beds were comfy. The living room and outdoor furniture was also comfy. The only outdated furniture that could do with an update in the apartment that we stayed in was the dining room chairs, as they were super old and felt a little rickety to sit on. Everything else was absolutely perfect and the staff were really lovely to deal with. I also want to make a note of the pool being relatively accessible for somebody with mobility issues, which was really lovely for me to be able to experience as not all Hotels have this. There is no ramp access, however there’s only a couple of small steps to get down into the pool with a handrail, so if you have someone to assist you and are mobile enough, it’s an easy entry.

My wife and I stayed for four nights in March 2026 in an Ocean view 2 bedroom apartment in Tower 1 Level 19 and it had incredible views. The apartment had a great layout and was very clean.

I stay with Accor often, so this experience lived up to the great standards. If I could add anything to this, the lack of restaurant/bar (or something offered in its place), especially for breakfast would be welcomed. I am a diamond Accor member, and the lack of included breakfast was a shame.
