Had a wedding to attend to, have always stayed at peppers, never with a newborn but they had all the portable cots in place before we got there.

It was still enjoyable. Nice and easy to book in. For a beautiful expensive Hotel , I expected a better TV and the double bed ,had to sleep like I was in a single bed. Throughout the week, one lift was broken down. Which was an inconvenience .

Great location for our family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accomodation was very accommodating and clean and perfect location lean shops, restaurants and cafes. The only feedback we would suggest is having a mini bar for families who have arrived so that our hotel offers this food service especially with kids and having basic food supplies like bottled water, milk was available so that was fine but even snacks and a nibbles would be great. Overall an awesome stay!

Stayed in a two bedroom suite with city views. Very roomy apartment with full balcony from one end to the other of apartment. Very comfortable beds and strong pressured showers. Very clean and comfortable and personal in room air conditioning is a plus. Peppers Broadbeach was the best all Accor I’ve stayed at so far.
