Both Peppers and its staff were great. It's a great resort, the apartments are beautifully maintained and the staff were amazing. Anything we asked for was attended to promptly and with a smile. Location was brilliant as well; right in the heart of Broadbeach with plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Thanks to India on reception, Isaac and Bayley for their outstanding service.

As a Platinum Accor Live Limitless member, I chose Peppers with high expectations, but unfortunately this stay was disappointing in several areas. Operational issues began before arrival, with parking instructions not accounting for construction fencing. During the stay, there was no welcome amenity, and a housekeeper entered the apartment unexpectedly. While staff were polite and apologetic, the situation highlighted internal booking and communication issues. Cleanliness and maintenance were also below standard, including holes in bed sheets, stray hairs in the bathroom, a faulty dishwasher, a non-working intercom screen, and a saucepan with a loose handle that raised safety concerns. For an apartment-style property, especially one positioned as premium, several basic inclusions were missing or inadequate — including sufficient kitchenware, proper dishwasher detergent, extra towels, and simple items like kitchen scissors, oven mitts, and a drying mat. A mattress topper on zip beds would also greatly improve comfort. I understand that Peppers apartments are individually owned, and that upgrades can depend on owner decisions, but as a guest, these distinctions aren’t visible — the experience reflects on the Peppers and Accor brands overall. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit intended and contributes to improved consistency and guest experience in the future.

We booked this room as a TREAT as we thought Peppers was high end accomodation. We were very wrong. The room was very expensive and we found out the hard way that it was not serviced. The carpet was disgusting - a lot of stains. Bathroom shower went from scalding hot to cold continuously. We complained. On our final afternoon they offered to move us. We said no as we were leaving at 7am the following morning and didn't want to waste time packing up our personal belongs. Very confusing for first time users with the arrival parking and moving between the two towers. The door was locked for new arrivals. Had to ask someone else to let us in. Our room keys were then not programmed correctly and we got struck with cars behind us trying to enter the basement. Had to ask them to reverse to let us out. So basically we will never stay at Peppers again and will make a complaint with Accor.

I disappointed to read that your special stay in the apartment allocated to you did not live up to your expectations for which I am very sorry as this is not how my Team and I want our guests to depart the property. I have share your review with the Executive Housekeeper and Maintenance Manger to ensure a full carpet clean is conducted immediately. Thank you for letting us know about the issue that you had with your keys and I apologise for the inconveniences that this caused you. We are currently speaking to the manufacturer of the keys as we have had several instances now where the programming is displaying correctly however failing shortly afterwards and I thoroughly understand your frustration. I appreciate you sharing your comments Michael and my Team and I hope that you change your mind and that we are able to welcome you back to Peppers Broadbeach in the future to create some better memories for you.
