Location and facilities of Peppers was brilliant and well located to a range of shops, restaurants and beach. We were in room 1202 and there was a strong smell of sewerage in the room, even despite leaving both bedroom and lounge sliding doors open overnight it lingered for our 3 nights which was quite unpleasant. Not an issue for us given the doors were constantly open but the batteries in the remotes for the fans were flat and one of the lights in the main bedroom constantly flickered/went off.

Michelle & the team at the front desk were incredible & helped us to move into a much better apartment for our family after our first nights stay. This apartment had beautiful views & was a much bigger & accommodating layout for our family.

Very disappointed as we booked two rooms for our family vacation to have both rooms with bad odours, and maintenance was trying to mask the odours with scent defusors. We also never got our confirmation email and the priced we paid on the day almost ended up being $2000 more than the online price on the day. Very dissapointing as we have been loyal Accor members.

The 2brm studio amazing for 5 days. Very roomy for 4 people 2 couples. Very spacious living area an kicked facilities to cook a meal, an eat out on the balcony overlooking the buildings sunsets. The pool was great also an the spa Very spacious.
