Living area and kitchen was well appointed and comfortable- however, bed linen was sub standard- sheets were almost threadbare and holes were visible- this was also the case after linen being changed. I would not recommend Peppers to others.

I am sorry that your arrival and check in was not a more enjoyable one. I was pleased to read that you enjoyed your apartment however I am disappointed that the linen on the beds was not up to your expectations and I have shared your review with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure that any such items are rejected by the Room Attendants and sent back to the laundry. Thank you once again for sharing your comments Christopher as they assist my Team and I improve the products and services here at the property. We have been returning guests to Peppers Broadbeach Hotel since it opened. Isaac and the wonderful staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, in addition to the comfortable conditions the hotel provides, and the excellent location, which made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.

The staff created a beautiful experience that involved care and tenderness due to the recent loss of my husband. The staff put up a beautiful Christmas tree in the suite to ensure that our loss was soften which allowed us to experience joy on Xmas day even through deep grief. It brought me to tears and my children loved it. Through emails, front desk, cleaning staff, concierge all the staff where kind and thoughtful. Our suite was perfect, clean, well equipped and in a wonderful location but for me the staff made our stay that extra special that we will never forget. Thank you so very much.
