201taryns TripAdvisor review

I booked for 10 nights - accidentally booking one more night than was needed. LastMinute.Com tried to seek a refund for one night on my behalf but Peppers refused. Given the length of my stay, and I requested a refund well before arriving, this was not reasonable. Disappointing.

I am sorry to read that you were disappointed that the your request to cancel the last night of the booking was declined however the change request was made only 2 days prior to arrival which is within the terms and conditions of the special offer under which the booking was made and I am sorry that you felt that this was not reasonable. On arrival from overseas, we weren't sure where to park for "Check-in"..a. ended up in Tower 2 instead of 1, but the lady was very good a. sorted us out! However, the staff member in tower 1 was not so helpful, in that nothing was explained to us otherthan we would get a full room clean midway in our ten night stay, (a. I had to ask about that, it was not forthcoming). The sheet/towel change was after the 3rd night (not midway) , but nothing else was done...no clean etc or rubbish removal. Had we been told there was a rubbish "drop" along from our room, we would have done so ourselves, but nothing was explained.
