The staff were absolutely amazing; warm, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the room itself really let things down. The bed was the worst we’ve ever slept on, which was especially disappointing given that we both travel frequently for work and are used to a wide range of accommodation. If these apartments are privately owned, I would strongly suggest a refresh, a fresh coat of paint and upgrading the bed would make a significant difference to the overall experience. For the price, it simply didn’t represent good value, which is a shame because the service from the team was outstanding.
