When I entered apartment 803 I thought it was lovely but it soon became unbearable because of the day-long loud banging & drilling noises from a nearby apartment. Reception assured me banging would cease after 5pm. The next day banging & drilling continued. Reception advised Body Corporate had approved the construction. I thought to myself, how ridiculous & unprofessional to not warn guests about noise before their booking was made. After enduring the noise for a couple of days I asked to be moved and was grateful to be relocated to the only available apartment which was on the 1st floor; a nice apartment but I lost the prized beach view.
