Lovely stay. Very convenient location close to water shops parks supermarket and dining facilities. Apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. Great views.

The actual stay had a few hiccups. The Tv did not work properly for 2 nights, but "the bin guy" came up and helped out, and he was great. He did everything he could, but alas the second night was still unwatchable. Maintenance then came in on the third day and put in a Firestick which was so appreciated. I was on a solo getaway sitting my Masters exams, so I had been really looking forward to some binge watching around study. On the second night I also found dodgy circle stains on the coverlet. Bin guy came up again to replace the blanket, and this guy should be front desk! His customer service was actually the highlight of the stay (and when i found soiled facecloths in the bathroom). Which brings me to David. First I will let you know that a few days ago we booked for our next week down in August and we called to ask some questions about the room rate. Who did we get on the phone - David. We were going to book 4 rooms but we have gone elsewhere all because of this man. On arrival he was off and made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I totally understand he had to call my husband to verify the booking as it was in his name (we travel for business a lot), but his manner was... off. I felt like I was a huge bother in his day. Calling down for the TV issue was another experience with him The next day I wanted to use the gym, and saw it said i had to get a key from reception. I saw David was on so decided it was not worth the hassle and went for a walk outside instead. I would rather be accosted on a dark beach track than deal with his attitude again. Again when i was packing i called with a question and got his classic attitude on the phone again. This week when my Uni professor called about the rooms, he was so rude she let me know we would move elsewhere for the next week. That is over $4000 in bookings that has moved down the road, just because of David. I let the TV go, the soiled bed, the dirty towels. Hospitality is a tough gig. But what I will not do is have to avoid the front desk because someone is having a bad week. David should be swapped with the "bin guy".

Hospitality is built on making guests feel welcome and valued, and I am very disappointed to read that you felt uncomfortable and reluctant to approach reception during your stay. Equally disappointing is learning that these interactions influenced your decision to move future bookings elsewhere. Your comments have been taken seriously and will be reviewed internally with the team. While I appreciate your understanding regarding the operational issues encountered during your stay, I fully understand that friendly and professional service is just as important as the physical product itself.
