We love staying here and have come multiple times however we had three cockroaches in the room, one of which crawled over my husbands face in bed, and one in my parents room as well. And we were a little disappointed the cave spa was not working during our stay and the other spa was out of order for the last couple of days too .

The pool area is fantastic. But the accomodation is a bit ordinary. Dated and dirty and the aircon was pathetic

Well located and communal facilities are very good but the apartment was unsatisfactory

Good pools and bbq area but our apartment was not clean. There was mould and visible soap scum build up in the showers along with a greasy film on the kitchen dishes and utensils. I had to wash the dishes i wanted to use before i could use them. The verandahs were very dirty with dust and sticky spills from previous occupants. It was very disappointing.
