BreakFree Diamond Beach is a family friendly low rise resort, consisting of spacious and self contained 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom apartments. The resort is located on 6.5 acres nestled amongst tropical landscaping and complimented with outstanding resort facilities. Resort features include two large lagoon pools, one of which is heated all year round. Additional features include two spas, 10 barbecues, children's playground and children's novelty pool.

Broadbeach is becoming one of the Gold Coast's fastest growing resort areas, and has a reputation for being slightly more relaxed than its neighbour Surfers Paradise.

While we try our best to allocate ground floor apartments for guests when requested, this cannot be guaranteed. Some rooms will be impacted to construction noise from 6:30am - 6:30pm Mon - Sat. There will be light rail overnight construction occurring which may cause noise disruption until 31 Dec 2024.

The pool and pool area is great, especially having one pool that is heated. The location is great, it is within a block of the beach and 15 min walk to the shops and restaurants at Broadbeach. The room was very spacious, kitchen and bathrooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. However there were a few maintenance issues that need addressing that made me not wish to stay at this resort again. The lounge was FILTHY. Holes in the leather and so much food and crap between the cushions. The oven did not work. Wouldn't even heat up. The drawers in the freezer are broken, makes it hard to use. The dryer is mounted upside down and the lint catcher wouldn't stay in, so it just fell to the ground. I didn't think we should use the dryer without it. The curtains are filthy. They just need to be replaced. Both showers leaked across the bathroom floor. We stayed 8 nights and were meant to get a room service half way through, we did not get a room service at all. We got the 3rd degree when we asked for more toilet paper. Would be nice if the place had face washers, when we asked about it we were told "that's not an Australian thing". We're Australian. It is a thing. Every other hotel gives face washers.

My daughter had a liver transplant and i requested a very clean room and not only did i received a clean room it also was upgraded. It's an amazing place to stay. My daughter absolutely loved the pool. Ive been there twice and I cannot wait to come stay again.

Nicely set up apartment , beautiful swimming pool , everything you need is close by . Only downside was the apartment building being built directly beside our apartment , which commenced each morning at 630am , I did read in the Ad that this was happening, but didn't realize our apartment would be so close it , other than that we would stay again .

Great place to stay, we loved our 3 bedroom unit, keeping the unit number for when we stay again! Highly recommend for families!!! Rated a 9 only because the front sliding door did not lock made us feel a a bit uncomfortable Otherwise it would have been a 10 for sure!
