Location is fantastic, walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Book ahead at the surf clubs for dinner as often booked out. Rooms are decent for families and our kids particularly enjoyed the resort pool and spa.

Had a lovely stay with our young family. Location and pools were great. Unit was renovated and suited our needs. Floors were VERY dirty on arrival and more thorough cleaning is recommended.

I have stayed in Diamond Beach Resort 3 times over the years. Previously we stayed at very old apartments but they were relatively clean. This time we opted for deluxe apartment and it was absolutely most unclean place ever. We did not use any of the kitchen utensils provided and had to wash mould in bathrooms ourselves. Hotel reception staff was annoyed that I wanted to confirm we got the courtyard apartment as that was my request which was fulfilled. Thought of me complaining about place not being clean to the same staff was not something i wanted to do Apart from that pool was great as usual, location is perfect. Thank you

Had issues with a faulty sliding door and damaged outdoor furniture on our balcony. Eventually all fixed. Disappointed we didn’t revive our second week servicing. Nice friendly staff on the counter. A great location.

Pool is great and located in a nice, quiet area a short walk to park and beach. Room was ordinary, old and not very clean. Bathroom needs attention. Definitely no where near as good as Breakfree Alexandra Headlands

Great location, and pool area. Unfortunately the apartment we had was not very well appointed. Essential kitchen items missing, split system air conditioning not working very well, musty bathrooms.

The unit was clean and adequately furnished. The smoke alarms went off when the door to the bathroom was opened and steam escaped. We could not turn them off, so we removed them. There was no Foxtel remote in the unit which meant we could not access the tv. When a maintenance man came, there was also no batteries in the remote. The outside table was very dirty, with food marks as well as dust and leaves. The inside was clean.

It was nice and relaxing. Except my deposit I'm waiting for a refund... I make sure its clean and perfect when I leave so can I please have it back...

Very disappointed. Unit was filthy & sticky. Crumbs, hair & rubbish; definitely had not been vacuumed before us. Spa pool was lovely the first day then the next day was freezing cold. Maybe the heater had blown? Bottom sheet felt very ‘old’, not crisp & fresh at all. Security doors were off their tracks. Overall very overpriced & disappointing

Well located and facilities were good! Apartment was a little dated and not as clean as it should have been. Dryer did not work which during wet weather was particularly inconvenient! Staff that we did see were quite helpful!
