BreakFree Diamond Beach is a family friendly low rise resort, consisting of spacious and self contained 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom apartments. The resort is located on 6.5 acres nestled amongst tropical landscaping and complimented with outstanding resort facilities. Resort features include two large lagoon pools, one of which is heated all year round. Additional features include two spas, 10 barbecues, children's playground and children's novelty pool.

Broadbeach is becoming one of the Gold Coast's fastest growing resort areas, and has a reputation for being slightly more relaxed than its neighbour Surfers Paradise.

While we try our best to allocate ground floor apartments for guests when requested, this cannot be guaranteed. Some rooms will be impacted to construction noise from 6:30am - 6:30pm Mon - Sat. There will be light rail overnight construction occurring which may cause noise disruption until 31 Dec 2024.

We stayed here for 10 day Perfect in every way. Apart from the cleanliness, it was generally tidy but we found toenails stuck into the carpet in main bedroom, light switches were dirty, and behind toilets were dirty.

Water damage in the bathroom meant we couldn't close the door properly to latch it. One of the external doors was broken and couldn't lock. Also, maintenance turned up and let themselves in while we were out without letting us know or gaining consent. Then we had to help said maintenance to complete one of their tasks because they were unable to. On top of all this, the gardens were severely overgrown, the pools were poorly kept and other guests and their children were taking food and drink into the pools and spas constantly.

The accommodation was wonderful. The unit was so spacious and comfortable plus the veranda space was great. The pool/bbq area was fantastic and the play equipment was great for the kids. We didn’t use the bbqs this time but definitely will next time; it was such a great area. Location was great, 5 minutes to the park and beach. We had a great stay!

Enjoyed every minute of it. Travelled to GC as a family for a little weekend getaway and this was honestly beautiful. This is perfect for families with young children who are water rats. My son was awake at 7am every morning to go down for a swim. He really made the most of his time at BreakFree Diamond Beach Broadbeach. The pool and BBQ area were always well maintained throughout the day. Residents and visitors like myself were kind and mindful of each other. It’s honestly like a small gated community The staff were so lovely ensuring that we had everything we needed. The apartment room we stayed in was amazing. It had everything you needed. Kitchen, washing machine, dryer. We didn’t need to wait until we flew back home to wash our clothes, we did it every day hehe! What’s even better is, you have Pacific Fair 10mins walk down the road and the beach, literally 2mins walk from the venue.
