BreakFree Diamond Beach is a family friendly low rise resort, consisting of spacious and self contained 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom apartments. The resort is located on 6.5 acres nestled amongst tropical landscaping and complimented with outstanding resort facilities. Resort features include two large lagoon pools, one of which is heated all year round. Additional features include two spas, 10 barbecues, children's playground and children's novelty pool.

Broadbeach is becoming one of the Gold Coast's fastest growing resort areas, and has a reputation for being slightly more relaxed than its neighbour Surfers Paradise.

While we try our best to allocate ground floor apartments for guests when requested, this cannot be guaranteed. Some rooms will be impacted to construction noise from 6:30am - 6:30pm Mon - Sat. There will be light rail overnight construction occurring which may cause noise disruption until 31 Dec 2024.

My daughter had a liver transplant and i requested a very clean room and not only did i received a clean room it also was upgraded. It's an amazing place to stay. My daughter absolutely loved the pool. Ive been there twice and I cannot wait to come stay again.

Nicely set up apartment , beautiful swimming pool , everything you need is close by . Only downside was the apartment building being built directly beside our apartment , which commenced each morning at 630am , I did read in the Ad that this was happening, but didn't realize our apartment would be so close it , other than that we would stay again .

Great place to stay, we loved our 3 bedroom unit, keeping the unit number for when we stay again! Highly recommend for families!!! Rated a 9 only because the front sliding door did not lock made us feel a a bit uncomfortable Otherwise it would have been a 10 for sure!

Booked three nights and only stayed one. Apartment was spacious but not clean. Dishes had food on them, spiders and cobwebs throughout, blankets or curtains dusty. Couldn’t open the windows as we had a room next to the pool and there was a party til after 9.45pm. Only one mouldy aircon in the lounge, none in bedrooms. Needed to take antihistamines to try and get some sleep. Disappointed to check out first thing next morning and have to find alternative accommodation.
