Great location and great pools for the kids. Unfortunate we were located on level 3 which wasn’t great with a 3 year old up and down the stairs.

Upon arrival late check in was a breeze. We arrived late so was a dump luggage and grab food for the morning. Went to bed. The next morning I had noticed dry blood on the wall which I had to clean. Our schedule was a tight one. Day 3 I hadnt processed the final step to check in so stayed back a little later to sort that process I went and put a load of laundry on and I was disgusted at the inside of the washing machine. The rim was filthy, i pulled the agitator out and there i was speechless. Full lint catcher and absolutely coated with filth. We weren't supplied any face clothes and had to purchase some. As a pervious head house keeper I was mortified with the mold in the shower and the putrid smell that came from the drains when hot water was used. I mentioned 90% of the issues to the person at the desk and even said get a new cleaner. Under the beds gross. Mold on the bedside lamps. Vacuum canister full. I had herd through family and friends that this was the place to stay. I don't think we'll be back accommodating here.

We’ve been staying here on and off for 30 years, up until the last 2 years the apartments have been spot on. We were allocated unit 95 in 2023 which was below average for the price, in need off an upgrade, we have just visited again and given room 95 again, the only change this time was it didn’t smell, but the tap in the kitchen that we reported in 2023 still leaks, the bed sags, mould on the dish rack and rubbish bin in the kitchen, knives didn’t cut toast. I think the owners need to start putting their hand in their pockets and spend some money on revamping, not just collecting the cash considering how long they’ve owned this apartment

The room was nice but the floor didn't feel very clean when we arrived and one of the beds felt like it had and in it. We didn't like the whole foxtel system in the lounge room as we couldn't get our own streaming to work. We prefer a smart TV or a TV we can use our own Fire Stick on. Everything else was good and the heated pool was amazing! If the kid pool was heated too, that would haven't been great. All in all we enjoyed our stay!
