Family trip on Vic School holidays. Good location to be able to get around (had a car). Nice sized rooms in the 2 bedroom apartment. Kids loved the pools. 2nd time staying here. Wont be the last.

I think it is time you did a little maintenance inside the appartments. We were in a three bedroom unit which leaked in one area when it rained. The walls showed this had been happening for a while. Also three side plates (bread and butter plates) in a unit sleeping six people is not really satisfactory. Our youngest son is 30, and we spent many years, staying at Diamond Beach every year. Many happy memories

Apartment 15 was dated, musty, not very well equipped and very noisy with garbage bins being towed in and out even at 6.30am one morning. Previous stays have been in more superior standard apartments compared to this one. Not even a broom to sweep leaf litter etc from our deck. Bathroom was the only room that obviously had been updated.
