BreakFree Diamond Beach is a family friendly low rise resort, consisting of spacious and self contained 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom apartments. The resort is located on 6.5 acres nestled amongst tropical landscaping and complimented with outstanding resort facilities. Resort features include two large lagoon pools, one of which is heated all year round. Additional features include two spas, 10 barbecues, children's playground and children's novelty pool.

Broadbeach is becoming one of the Gold Coast's fastest growing resort areas, and has a reputation for being slightly more relaxed than its neighbour Surfers Paradise.

There will be light rail overnight construction occurring which may cause noise disruption until 31 Dec 2024.

When we arrived we noticed the toilet seat was broken on one toilet and the other toilet hadn’t been cleaned as it had poo splatter. The whole apartment didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly and there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment that got worse the longer we stayed. Very disappointing, as this was the 3rd time we had stayed there and the other times were amazing.

The accommodation was close to amenities such as Woolworths, Coles and Pacific Fair, the beach was a short walk away and lots of fun activities for the kids to do within 5-10 minute walking/driving distance. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed a night swim after dinner. The only issue we had was one of the rooms we had was on the 3rd floor with no lift/elevator will keep this in mind when booking a stay at breakfree in future!

The resort itself was very nice, well maintained and beautiful gardens. Enjoy sitting by the pool and relaxing. But the apartment itself was very dirty, toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for month, the shower screens frames needed a good scrub, the drier needed a good clean as well as the laundry. I did bring inform the receptionist at checkout. But yeah the apartment needs a deep clean.

Recent stay with grandchildren & their parents was "just right" - comfortable rooms & beds, lounge & dining areas. The pool was the clincher for the little ones - great variety for all levels of water skills, from babies onwards, and warm spas as well. Parking was convenient & location close to transport & shopping. We'll be back.

Great location, some aspects of the room were dated and dirty, the white walls are not longer white especially the doors, the dust growing off the walls wasn't pleasant, the dirt, hair and grime around the shower wasn't nice and the toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. The couch is very worn and can feel only the metal bars underneath and the cushions were very stained and unpleasant. However the kitchen and bathroom overall were modern and functioned well, especially the laundry. Not having a heat pump in the bedrooms was a challenge and also the light from the place next door shines through the blinds like it's day time 24/7 no curtains to block out the light. The kitchen was missing some items which made cooking for the family challenging, however we did use the BBQ area which was an absolute delight. We were here 10 days and was serviced once, meaning I had to hike 1km needing to buy dish wash liquid, toilet paper, tissues, laundry powder and dish wash tablets meant extra supermarket shopping while on holiday. having this in a serviced apartment for the stay we were here for would make the stay much more pleasant. Location was fab and staff were friendly.
