BreakFree Diamond Beach is a family friendly low rise resort, consisting of spacious and self contained 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom apartments. The resort is located on 6.5 acres nestled amongst tropical landscaping and complimented with outstanding resort facilities. Resort features include two large lagoon pools, one of which is heated all year round. Additional features include two spas, 10 barbecues, children's playground and children's novelty pool.

Broadbeach is becoming one of the Gold Coast's fastest growing resort areas, and has a reputation for being slightly more relaxed than its neighbour Surfers Paradise.

This hotel does not accept cash as a payment method. Credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted to buy goods and services. Important : Please be advised the property is a 3 storey walk up property. While we try our best to allocate ground floor apartments for guests when requested, this cannot be guaranteed. Some rooms will be impacted to construction noise from 6:30am - 6:30pm Mon - Sat. There will be light rail overnight construction occurring which may cause noise disruption until 31 Dec 2024.

Great location. Great pool, but spa should be heated all the time. Great bqq facilities and easy enough check in. Great to have Foxtel access. Great walk in robe and large room. The other party we stayed with had another 3 bed appt but there was up stairs and much smaller. Notification of stairs would be good- one of our party required ground floor due to limited mobility. But rooms had a number of bugs, ants and cockroaches in them. There was a big lack of towels- pool and bathroom, washers and bath mats. The mattress was very used and lacked support. The room also had a sewage smell on arrival but this seemed to mostly clear by the end of the 4 days. Paper towel and tissues should be supplied for hygiene. Overall a good stay but noted constructive criticism and would stay again. Booked through Jetstar holidays which broke our party of 13 up into 3 groups of people which made communication and booking difficult.
