Overall the stay was good but could have been much better with small cleaning and housekeeping efforts. We stayed 4 nights, the towels were changed once and the bin emptied once, but the bedsheets were not, and we were left with no toilet paper. Even when putting a clean bathroom rug they didn't bother removing the old dirty one from the floor.

I have booked a room for 3 with an extra bed. BUT what we got was a room with a small sofa seater, which was not goid enough for sleeping. I have informed the staff about this .But the reception guy said he neither know how to operate the sofa chair for sleeping nor there is another room. Finally 3 of us slept on a two person bed for two nights. The hotel haz provided false info whike booking or they didnt give us the correct booked room! The reception staff was also non supportive .

Nice stay, but there are NO spare electricity sockets. I had to unplug lights, a kettle and a fridge in order to charge my devices overnight (none of which were near the bed)

Do NOT stay here unless you enjoy living in filth. We stayed for four nights and our room wasn't cleaned ONCE. Not. Once. Four days of the same dirty towels (which were already questionable when we arrived), overflowing bins, and unmade beds. It was absolutely disgusting. We might as well have been camping. And to add insult to injury, the reception staff, specifically a guy named John Xavier, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Checking in took an eternity – he seemed completely clueless and kept disappearing into the back. When we (politely) inquired about the lack of room service, he was dismissive and actually rolled his eyes at us! His attitude was appalling. This hotel is a disgrace. The lack of cleanliness is beyond unacceptable, and the staff clearly don't care. Save your money and your sanity – book somewhere else. This place deserves zero stars.
