I stayed in this hotel for the first time and it was really good value for money. It's very close to la Défense, 30 s from RER A Nanterre Prefecture so easy to access by public transport even late. I definitely recommend!

We were there for 4 days and the room was not cleaned once. Apparently there are some new rules which says that cleaning would be done every 4th day. At one point we had no toilet paper in our room. When we asked reception they said we had to know about it because it was written when we booked the room and if we wanted the cleaning that much we could purchase it for 23 euro per day. What?! Well, I have tried to make the new recervation and there was nothing about cleaning at all, receptionist could not explain me that phenomena and just said "it must be somewhere there but I don't know exactly where". We had mountains of trash and no place to throw it . And even if we would find the public trash container, where would i find new garbage bags? Shall I buy them myself? I feel expectations are too high on guests! We have stayed in other accor hotels in Paris during the same week and none of them had anything similar. I understand it must be very cost efficient for the hotel but then please reduce the price for guests. I will not talk here about lack of help from reception and not being able to solve anything because I want this review to focus on absolute lack of cleaning! It is the worst experience I have ever had. I want to highlight that I am usually the nicest g. who never complains and never leave bad comments because I understand that we all have different expectation... but this time was ridiculous and unbelievable! Never stay in this hotel. Never!
