We booked a room last minute as the air bnb we reserved wasn't air conditioned and the temperature was around 100 degrees Farenheit! I rated 9 instead of 10 because the room we were given ended up NOT having air conditioning. However, when I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, they did fix things (although several hours later), and everything turned out wonderfully. Very comfortable and clean and a great breakfast too! I would like to especially mention front desk staff Manuel (hopefully I have the name correct, a young man with glasses). We had some train issues, and he went above and beyond to help us straighten them out. Truly incredible service from this young man!

everything was perfect as the hotel itself. I just wonder- apart from the competitive price, if our accor membership status (explorer & gold) had any benefit as our room seemed to be located with no view and no upgrade( probably not available) but I didn't ask as the staff were all nice and that was important.

We had a great stay. We stayed one night as a family and the room was modern. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is in the lounge which is not a WOW from the ambience, but it offered a good choice. Online check-in was nice since it speeded up the checkin at arrival.

My mom and I stayed Saturday night at the Mercure Hotel Delémont, arriving by train from Geneva. I thought I had booked us a twin room, but it seems I did not as we had a queen bed. Regardless, the hotel was perfectly located to enjoy coffee and pastries at the Werth café facing the station and catch the early morning train to Basel. The shower and bathroom set up are the best I've seen in a hotel in years. Thank you! The bed was comfortable enough and the room was so quiet. We appreciated the fridge and overall, I would definitely stay at the Mercure if I ever visit Delémont again.

Hôtel très bien conçu. Les chambres son parfaitement insonorisées. Wifi rapide. Lit confortable. Seul bémol: le petit-déjeuner est franchement mauvais.
