The beds are very comfortable. There is also a Nespresso Machine in the Room (which is a huge plus for us). The breakfast buffet is good (but not stellar). Only negative is that most of the Reception Staff only speaks poor German and French.

As above, everything was very well executed. Distance from the station with a suitcase was a slight issue, but not a big one. The only thing I would say is that in places the hotel is looking a bit dated. We used the sauna up on the top floor which was great, with towels provided as the added finesse, but when you go out onto the outdoor area it looked like it hadn't been attended to in some time. A sweep and a mop would be all it needed. The other thing I noticed is that the Mercure sign on the roof was only partly there. Only the M was present, but supports for the rest of the letters seemed to be there. Again, I am nit picking but it just takes the shine off a little bit. Despite the above overall it was a great experience. Well located to the Omega museum and the old town. The staff were very pleasant, particularly the lady on the afternoon/evening shift when we checked in.
