Stayed at this hotel for three nights. Great location with easy connections to public transportation. Old Town can be reached on foot (ca 15 min walk). Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is quiet, extremely clean and serves a great breakfast. The downside - our room (standard) was far too small with extremely little storage - a few hooks and shelves would make for a better experience.

Clean, varied breakfast, friendly staff, good location not far from the train station. A pleasant surprise was that I received a coupon for free transportation in Basel from the hotel. I recommend it for a stay of a few days in Switzerland, I could also visit Alsace very easily.

Booked 7 rooms for a business occasion. Very friendly staff. Easy checkin/check out. Simple and clean rooms at a great price. Had everything we needed. A 20 minute walk from the train station - but that was no surprise to us. Would definitely book again.
