Very clean and well located. Trams 11 and 10 take you to the Train station and tra 15 to the center of the city. Both a couple of stops only. Breakfast was good and well organized. The staff was very helpful. There is a possibility to leave your luggage in a storage if you arrive early or leave later than the check in/check out times. I appreciated the free transport card provided by the hotel. Apparently there was a problem with controling the air- conditionning from the room.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, but basic. No kettle in the room nor hot water on each floor meant that you had to go downstairs to the lobby every time you wanted a hot drink, this is not comfortable, especially at night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was what you can expect at a three star hotel. It is relatively easy to get into town by tram. Some noise must be expected because the hotel is right next to the railway.
