Dear Sean R., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how disruptive a 3 a.m. alarm can be, and we are sorry that the experience was stressful. That said, when it comes to a fire alarm, security must always take priority over comfort. Whether an alarm ultimately turns out to be a false alarm or not, it must be taken seriously and treated as a genuine emergency until it has been properly assessed. No fire alarm is ever activated with the intention of disturbing guests or interrupting their sleep. We do, however, take your comments about the fire escape route very seriously. Clear and intuitive evacuation signage and procedures are essential, and we will ensure that this feedback is addressed.
