Wonderful experience: I arrived after a day of sightseeing in hot sunshine, my check in was swift and efficient thanks to the lovely check in staff (I believe from Morocco). The little touches of an Ibis Styles are what I value the most: for eg the fresh water and cups close to reception, ideal for such a hot day, the free coffee to take out. I asked if I could be put in a room close to the lifts since I had a very short turnaround to get to the river cruise and boy did they deliver! My room, I believe 132, was the first one behind a fire door right next to the lift so I had the advantage of peace and quiet plus convenience. The room itself was impeccably furnished with a very comfortable bed and super soft cotton bed linen. I was only there for one night but hope to be back soon.!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train station and few tram stops away from the city center. The breakfast offers plenty of choices until 11:00 during weekends. However, there two very poor building design choices: (1) sliding doors for the bathroom does not allow for any privacy at all; (2) windows that cannot open, meaning it is not possible to get fresh air (except through room ventilation).
