The hotel is clean and nice, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is not really great but ok, just if you are kind of sensitive about the noise you might have to be aware that it's next to the rail and can hear the train quite often even at late night.

When we checked in, no one told us that in the elevator you needed to scan your room key for the elevator to actually move. Or at least add a visible note inside elevator to do that. We found the room to be extremely tight to get around the bed....especially after we found that a chair had to be placed out so that our clothing had a place. I would propose that a customer from oversees could be offered a piece of paper or a QR code be placed in the room, where information on the TV channels could be easily found. We appreciate it that numerous TV channels in multi languages are provided, but found it annoying to search for the English channels every time the TV was restarted. The remote is not intuitive. The staff was helpful, and breakfast selection was very good.

Cold in the room, the heating system did not work. Problems with towels, I had to ask the reception several times for towels. The room was quite small in size.

For your information, we would like to share that we are committed to the environment and comply with Green Key standards. Some of these standards involve saving energy and not impacting the environment surrounding the hotel, which is why we have a maximum temperature that cannot be exceeded and the windows cannot be opened. However, the comfort of our guests is also important to us, so we offer radiators in case the temperature is really low, or we can change rooms if desired. As for towels, our housekeeping team also complies with these standards and, in order to save water, we do not recommend single use of towels. They only collect towels found on the floor and not those hanging up. This information can also be found on a sign in the room.
