For this category, having a hair dryer in the room is not mandatory. To ensure guests can still access this service, we provide hair dryers free of charge at the reception, in exchange for a refundable deposit. This procedure exists only because some guests unfortunately forget to return the hair dryer after use. In your case, a hair dryer was provided to you immediately, so we do not fully understand such an unfair rating.
