No WiFi, unable to open the window, no hairdryer, room as big as a cage, no shampoo and way overpriced terrible food in the lobby

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE - total waste of time, room like a cage, window cannot be opened and no WIFI

Worst ever experience. Had a room like a cage, no WiFi and staff told me it is my new IPhone 17 and not the hotels fault.. unbelievable. Room had window which could not be opened, went to restaurant at Nocotel next door where I was told they had no free table despite half the lobby being free. A totally ghastly and unfriendly bar manager told me to go elsewhere. NEVER EVER again Total waste of money and time
