I booked a room for four days. Knowing that my trip was confirmed, I prepaid for the room. I left Saturday afternoon for a Sunday morning arrival. I had major travel delays due to the airlines and got stuck at JFK for Saturday night. I reached out to the hotel to cancel my room for Sunday night knowing I was not arriving now until Monday morning, but they would not let me cancel my room. I completely understand that I needed to cancel within 48 hours, but when it comes to traveling internationally, I would expect that they would be more accommodating when unexpected delays out of my control prevent me for making my reservation. I gave as much advance notice as I could, but my request was rejected. I was very disappointed on their decision especially when I had a disastrous two days of travel. Other than that, the hotel was good.

I was very satisfied and I will return whenever I am able from Montreal. The reception at the hotel was very welcoming, the staff helpful and the premises were impeccable and the room quiet. I slept very well and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed a total of 7 nights. I love the Jura as my father was from the region. I appreciated the proximity to the train station.

My wife and I had a decent stay at the ibis Delémont and the check-in process was a smooth one. Language barriers were not present thankfully (English was the language we used to communicate at reception) and the room itself was comfy and furnished relatively well. The toilet lid was only partially connected and it moved freely but otherwise my wife and I were satisfied. The bed furnishings and room service were particularly appreciated and quite comfortable.
