The Hotel was very nice and the breakfast buffet was quite good. The staff was very helpful; ask about the pass to use public transport. It is close to the train station, and not far from the old town and other sites.

Typical ibis hotel -good sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Swift check-in. A bonus was the air con - something regretably not standard in Switzerland. Location is good by the train station and handy for the small but interesting historic town centre.

Ibis Delémont is just the best Accor experience ever. The product is like they all are, but the staff is much more than that.

The staff reacts to all our special needs and demands in a professional, helping and warm manner. They always find solutions, they always stay calm and they make the impossible happen. We're a film crew, staying in Ibis Delémont. Film crews can be an annoyingly demanding group of customers. But also compared to other crew hotels, Ibis Delémont is performing just outstanding.

Room was clean and functional, not luxurious at all but we dont expect luxurious at an Ibis. Air conditioning was great, car park was good, breakfast was adequate. All in all a decent place to get some sleep.

The service was the one that I expect for a Ibis Hotel. So this was good for the hotel level. The only issue was the Wi-Fi that request to send a text message to the mobil and have 30 min to intro the information but the text messages delay for more that 60 minutes

Mobile number direct access is good for all people who stay longer and come back/are using group Accor hotels the following 3 months. We have additional access codes at the reception in case of issues. Depend on mobile phones & individual contracts - some have difficulties to access sometimes. Ideal location just two minutes walk from rail and bus stations. Handy for local shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Our twin bedded room was clean and big enough though not enormous, and towels were changed every day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the free wifi worked excellently. TV in the room with a good range of channels, and they gave us a kettle plus tea and coffee to take to the room. Thank you.
