Referring to the above. Upon entering the room, you get a toilety smell. Also the shower drain was blocked and not draining, so I had to get that rectified.

A well located 4 star hotel with comfy beds and satisfactory amenities (even though they have recently seen fit to reduce the size of the hand soap by half so that you only have a sliver! - next time will bring my own even though I am in a suite! Seems ridiculous really).

I was pleased with the lobby and bar/restaurant however my room was incredibly dusty, so much so that I woke up with my dust allergies flaring up and needed to take antihistamines. I was also disappointed that the electric blinds didn't work and facial tissues were not replaced. The desk also was not wiped down and had glass stains on it. Although room was tidied, tissues were not replaced and desk was not wiped as had marks all over it.

Hotel ok, rooms nice and spacious but not possible to open th windows at all so guests are subject to the strict Swiss rules around eg air conditioning/ventulation. The staff promised they would email the invoice but they did not, so that was difficult.
