Husband got food poisoning from restaurant on first floor. He ate a ravioli dish Staff handled his illness well They called ambulance.. He was so sick vomiting. Had to be hospitalized cost us $2,000.00

It was reported to us that you were already experiencing discomfort prior to your visit to the restaurant and we regret that you arrived feeling unwell. As a result, you had ordered raw rice from the restaurant staff. Our staff do their best every day and we are very pleased that you felt better afterwards. Great hotel. Reception is a understaffed during peak hours when people are checking in/out....but they work very hard.
