good infrastructure and breakfast. Unfortunately unsatisfactory room cleaning and housekeeping. The suite at 2 pm was never done and sometimes shower robs missing in bathroom

We stayed one night in September. Amazing, high tech room with closing blinds etc. Very close to train station and city center. Friendly staff.

I received an upgrade to an executive room on the 10th floor with a sweeping view over the historic center of Basel and into the Vosges mountains and the Black Forrest.
