I traveled to Basel on business and several of my colleagues were staying at the hotel as well. Highlights include: - Food service for breakfast and workshop were excellent - Concierge service was helpful and exceptional - Rooms were clean and spacious

The air conditioner wasn't working. The sink drain was clogged. Instead of changing the room, they brought a Dyson air purifier. Moreover, there is a claim that we scratched the table. They are demanding 500 francs for that. This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such an incident. This is not a professional situation at all

Front desk staff were excellent. Bathroom sink was clogged and didn’t drain. Bar staff were inattentive as they trained someone new. Breakfast was not very good - good variety, but quality not as good as Movenpick Amsterdam.
