We are delighted to hear that you found your stay enjoyable overall. Regarding the air conditioning, we’d like to explain that, given the current very high outside temperatures, we cool the rooms down in advance so that our guests find a comfortable room temperature on arrival. Naturally, the temperature can be adjusted to suit your preferences or the air conditioning switched off. Our team would be happy to assist you with this at any time – it’s a shame we weren’t able to show you how to do this during your stay. We’re sorry that the coffee machine in your room wasn’t working properly. Here too, we would have been very happy to help you straight away or replace the machine if necessary. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly during any future stay – we’re here for you round the clock. Regarding the flooring, we would like to point out that our hotel has now been in operation for six years. Despite our ongoing maintenance work, certain signs of wear and tear are unfortunately unavoidable in day-to-day hotel operations. Naturally, damaged areas are being repaired gradually to maintain our high standards of quality. In general all good but there were issues I would not expect in a hotel of this category. For example the room was very cooled down when I entered the room and it was not easy to switch aircon off or to increase temperature. Also coffee machine in the room was not working and floor had damages.

The hotel is very well located, especially being so close to the train station, which made arrival and getting around very convenient. We had a comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The facilities were clean and well maintained, contributing to a pleasant overall experience. My experience was excellent. The only comment is regard the gym to not have any window and be in a small space. The equipaments are great, super new, only the gym room that was a little bit claustrofobius.

Well-located, within a very short convenient walk to train station and trams, very clean and nicely decorated and appointed rooms with large windows and nice views of the city below, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet, welcoming staff. Very nice hotel.
