A beautiful hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who made our stay very pleasant from start to finish. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Comfortable stay and good food served at breakfast. One area of opportunity is to improve the gym facility downstairs to become more pleasant to customers. Aircon was not working the day I was using the gym.

Cosy place, clean, nice and friendly personnel, good food. Bedding could be better (mattress too soft, pillows too gummy).
