My stay was comfortable and the room was very clean. The service was generally good, and the receptionist lady was extremely kind and welcoming. However, the staff at the restaurant could be a bit more friendly. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Booked hotel although there was cheaper hotel like tge Ibis where autumn sale prices made it cheaper. No discount at this hotel but I wanted a fridge in room. So my huge disappointment, no fridge in room and this wasn't notified on check in. When I asked they said unfortunately it's broken . No offer of another room and just basically it's tough.

Check in and check out are always quick and easy. The rooms are clean and quiet, and well appointed. If you breakfast is on your agenda, the morning buffet has plenty to choose from.
