Our experience was average at best for a number of reasons. The hotel's WiFi connectivity was poor and didn't work on some of our devices. Drinking water was only available from a water dispenser in the hall way, which was empty at times. The room wasn't cleaned throughout our stay. The cleaners simply made the beds and took out the bin, but didn't clean the room or bathroom. They also seemed to add water to the shower gel instead of replenishing the gel. The beddings weren't the right size for the duvet and sofa bed as they kept coming off. On the plus side, the hotel is very well located and easily accessible by public transport. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and professional. The room was also fully air conditioned, which was much needed given the extremely hot weather.
