Clean, comfortable and modern rooms with all the amenities. Lovely restaurant downstairs (enjoyed dinner and breakfast). Great location for me (for work), and easy to get to from the train station.

The rooms were well maintained. T was nice to have a bottle to refill wih water and the tea and coffee in the room was good. I would just say maybe add a few more milk sachets as 3 was not enough each day. Reception staff were very helpful in helping us navigate where we wanted to go.

The location was great, not far from the rail station and close to the tram stop. Great breakfast. Guest reception staff were very helpful. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was although coffee was replenished daily the cream and stirrers weren't. One day our rooms weren't serviced at all.

Well located to get around Basel. About 10-15 minute walk from train station. Hotel gave out cards to use on public transport which was very useful
