As a diamond member and a loyal Accor guest we did not feel welcome. Check-in was problematic, checkout was very unfriendly. We had no amenities in the room. For welcome drink we were given terrible wine and the barmen was somehow rude. They don’t realize that we have chosen this hotel because of Accor. But we are also loosing our trust to Accor.

Clean, comfortable and modern rooms with all the amenities. Lovely restaurant downstairs (enjoyed dinner and breakfast). Great location for me (for work), and easy to get to from the train station.

The rooms were well maintained. T was nice to have a bottle to refill wih water and the tea and coffee in the room was good. I would just say maybe add a few more milk sachets as 3 was not enough each day. Reception staff were very helpful in helping us navigate where we wanted to go.
