Standard room with AC not working properly. Too warm during the night. Limited resources at the desk during the checkout hour. As a member i was expecting to be upgraded and if not get a word when i checked in

Overall no complaints. Room very warm, and the thermostat didn't react to my instructions. Therefore a warm night with lower sleep quality than expected (perhaps just my room, no 207?)
