It was ok. Missing a bedside table, electrical outlets (which you can't fix) were sparse, and there was no hairdryer in our room 308. We liked the friendly staff, the chocolates, and the water.

The room was a bit warm. No way to change the temperature or cooling / air conditioning, that was blowing hot air. Usually i can ask for a room upgrade when i arrive. But this time, 2 stays this week, i couldn’t - i have the gold membership and also the Ibis card. So normally they recognize me and give me the upgrade (panorama room). And it did not seem very busy or booked this time, so, that was a bit disappointing.

We book directly to the hotel's reception A. day before and thankfully, the duty was Yna. She is A. wonderful and helpful person. She made an effort to book us 2 rooms that are adjacent to each other with A. common door as we are A. family of 5. Our kids loved the hotel as well as the generous breakfast. The lady incharge of the breakfast room was also very hospitable and they gave some croissants to my kids during our check-in. Thank you very much!
