The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main train station (SBB) and the number 8 tram stop is literally just outside the hotel, this will take you into the heart of Basel within a few minutes. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast is spot on. A reasonably priced option for a vacation.
