I am very satisfied with the service they provided, good breakfast, friendly staff, the accommodation is in a good location near the train station for Colmar and Strasbourg, public transport in front of the hotel, special benefit - free Baselcard for public transport

Welcoming, very friendly and efficient staff. Well placed hotel close to the train station and tram lines. Usual comfortable ibis rooms. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

I. like that this hotel is close to the train station, easy to reach on arrival. Room is simple, clean and comfortable. I. see 2 possibilities of improvements. First, send the invoice by mail as requested. Second, have more food at breakfast. Around 7:20 am there were limited quantities and I. saw no employee bringing refill. Some products were even exhausted
