Our only complaint is no tea or coffee making available in the room but the hotel was very friendly, and comfortable, the staff were very helpful 👍

Hotel is situated near the main train station which is a big plus, and the tram stop is literally adjacent to the front entrance, with the No. 16 tram going to the centre of old town, another big plus. The room is clean but is barebones to the max, with basics like a kettle, fridge, iron, safe, and tissues nowhere to be found. Even worse, there were no hand towels for drying the hands, just two bath towels, but I have no idea whether that was an oversight or just normal practice. Yes, it's listed as a 2-star hotel, but overall it's just above average even for that.
