Disappointing, uncomfortable and unrestful stay

Super thin and hard mattress. No temperature control (only hot air blowing in cooling mode). Room shakes when team/train passes. No hot water in the shower. Worst IBis hotel I have ever stayed at and I will avoid your chain in the furure unless you make significant improvements.

Breakfast could be better - it was ok. The room was a bit too warm! I needed to open the window / balcony door quite often. Small insects in the bathroom.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. We felt very safe and it was in an excellent location. It was an easy walk from the train station and buses into town and back directly across from the hotel.
