Arrived at midnight but no problem for the check in,super friendly staff. Lovely room, modern but cosy. Loved the hotel.

It was an enjoyable stay. The charming staff at the front desk make you feel welcome and well cared for. Rooms are nice with very comfortable beds, if you prefer them more on the firm side. It was my husband's birthday so we really appreciate for the team going above and beyond to make his stay extra special. The only downside was paying the service charge when buying a bottle of juice and a box of fruit at the counter. Strange policy cause there was almost zero service done except scanning the products. Otherwise, we liked it very much!

I was very satisfied with our three nights stay. The staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel, including the restaurant, which had a “ from California to Canary Wharf” vibe. The breakfast was also excellent with wide variety and nutritious food options. My only complaint is that they can probably use a better olive oil (Extra-virgin) For the salad But that’s a minor issue compared to all the options. The flush in the bathroom also had a slight technical issue, but it was an easy fix for me.
