Ideal location to stay at for an exhibition I was attending in the area, with my husband having time to explore parts of London. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely hot, powerful shower, fluffy towels and high quality toiletries. I had to leave early so didn't have breakfast, but my husband said it was 'ok' (not the best).

Room is too small.

Easy to get to from Canary Wharf tube station, friendly reception, great breakfast and comfortable bed. Bathroom well equipped, with overhead and a hand held shower attachment. Water provided in room room. Movies are paid for though not free.

Beautiful clean hotel. Room was small very poor lighting especially when hotel room is situated at the back or middle of hotel I asked to change room. I was told no, as hotel was full

The atrium rooms are intentionally designed to create a cosy, softer atmosphere, but we completely understand that this may not suit everyone’s preference, especially when natural light is limited. For a different experience next time, we would recommend booking one of our rooms with an external view, such as TRIBE Essential or TRIBE Extra, as all atrium rooms face the internal courtyard. We’re also sorry we weren’t able to accommodate your request for a room change during your stay. As you mentioned, we were fully booked at the time, so unfortunately our hands were tied on this occasion. We only stayed for one night but were made to feel very welcome by the helpful staff. Location is ideal in the centre of Canary Wharf.
