We had a great stay, everything was clean, just like the photos showed and the location was perfect. We had an event at the 02 which was 1 stop away on the train - super easy.

Location was perfect for a business trip as it was next to my office. Stay was comfortable, checking and check out was smooth, breakfast was reasonable. One small thing, at night I needed adaptor for my laptop as I had 2 pin plus compared to the one used in the UK, and the reception staff said that he does not have the adaptor, I guess would be good that hotel should stock some adaptors which can be borrowed by guests.
