The hotel was nice and welcoming. We needed a close place to the O2 arena and it was perfect. The staff are very nice, modern facilities however a bit small rooms, but efficient.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Tribe. The place has a very nice vibe, is well located and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are small but they have all you need, they are clean and the bathrooms are well equipped with top quality products. The breakfast is great and you always feel welcome and looked after in the restaurant.

Overall a very good stay. Great welcome, clean rooms, comfortable beds etc. My only negative was the lack of an allergy sheet for the breakfast. My daughter already feels awkward at having food allergies and intolerances, but wasn't asked about any requirements on arrival at breakfast. This meant she had to seek out a staff member to ask about individual items and their ingredients (ie do the vegan sausages contain gluten / are the tomatoes and mushrooms cooked in dairy free oil). The staff member wrote down the queries and asked the chef, but when you have issues with food, it's more reassuring to be able to see it written down. I had expected that this hotel would have an allergy menu available for breakfast and was disappointed not to be offered one.

Stayed for one night for a work trip. The rooms are compact but comfortable and have everything you need. The location is excellent and there is a really nice lobby area with a cafe and restaurant on the ground floor.

We had a nice stay but the room comfort could be better - for example there is nowhere to put luggage, there could be more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and the bed side table is just out of reach.
