The hotel was easy to find and even though we arrived late check in was simple and quick. Lovely interior of hotel especially for Christmas and the bed was comfy. Great night sleep

Reception staff were excellent, room was clean, only issue was the breakfast could be improved. The scrambled eggs were cold, the sausage was very low quality with only a low % meat - it was like eating cardboard and I could only eat 1 bite.

I was put in an accessible room and the sink was quite hard to use as the tap was too close to the pop up waste you hit your hands on the tap or the waste when trying to use the since - not sure how this would work for someone with accessibility issues as it just made it hard to use
