While the swimming facilities are located at our partner gym in the same building and access is available for an additional charge, we understand how frustrating it must have been if the third-party website gave the impression that a pool was included as part of the hotel facilities. Regarding the toilet brush, we don't provide these in our guest rooms as standard. We appreciate this may sound a little unusual, but if you ever require the toilet to be freshened up during your stay, our housekeeping team will be happy to assist and clean it for you upon request. We're particularly disappointed to hear that the cooked breakfast was served cold. You're absolutely right that hot food should be hot, and we understand how this can take away from an otherwise enjoyable breakfast.
