The room (646) had a very unpleasant smell. The toilet was not clean. I walked in the room without shoes and my socks were covered by dust. I checked in on Tuesday night and left on Friday morning and had breakfast in the hotel. The filter for the water in the coffee machine was to be changed: not my opinion, it was (is?) written on the display. Result: awful coffee. On Tuesday night I had dinner at the hotel and ate in front of the kitchen, where I could see the chef putting chips on my dish with his hand, no gloves.

Regarding the coffee machine display, these messages are part of the machine’s automated maintenance notifications and do not necessarily indicate that the machine is out of service or producing poor quality coffee. Nevertheless, we have shared your feedback with the team so the equipment can be checked. In relation to the restaurant, our kitchen team follows strict food safety and hygiene procedures in line with UK regulations. While gloves can be used in certain situations, professional kitchen standards focus primarily on proper handwashing and hygiene practices when handling food. Thank you again for your feedback. Overall pretty good. But specifically asked for a room without prior use by guest with pet, and this request was not met..my bathroom smelling pets. Had I been staying more than one night I would have insisted on another room. Hotel should readily earmark specific pet friendly rooms.

At TRIBE, only our 4th floor is designated for guests travelling with pets, meaning no pets have stayed in the room you were allocated.
