Hello Eva, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it must have been to realise personal items were missing from your room. As discussed at length with you on the day of the incident, the clothing in question had been placed inside the room’s bin. During the routine daily housekeeping service, the bin was cleared as standard procedure, the items left outside the bin, were not taken, as housekeeping can't be sure if the guests want to dispose of that, unless is inside the bin or outside the room. Unfortunately by the time the concern was raised later that evening, the items could no longer be retrieved. We completely appreciate how disappointing this was and approached the situation with empathy during our conversation. Housekeeping services are carried out daily unless a “Quiet / Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed on the door, which indicates that the guest does not wish for the room to be entered or serviced. While you did not require privacy for quiet reasons, the sign also serves to pause cleaning services entirely. Without this sign displayed, housekeeping proceeded as normal. At the time, our team offered a complimentary cocktail as a gesture of goodwill in an effort to improve your experience, which you chose not to accept. Two days later, we followed up with a sincere apology via email and offered a gesture for a future stay, despite the items having been disposed of as part of standard cleaning procedures, but unfortunately we did not hear back from you. We truly regret that this situation impacted your stay and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to communicate our housekeeping procedures more clearly for all guests. Kind regards, The TRIBE tram.

It was my second visit here and definitely not last. Everything was perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was well prepared, breakfast tasty. Hotel location is very good, safe area close to tube so you can easily get to tourist attractions

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Canary Wharf. So clean, modern and overall fantastic. Security was high, staff were wonderful (especially Mika) and the whole place was just one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Will be booking again VERY soon
