While we're pleased to hear that you found our team friendly and welcoming, particularly our reception and room service colleagues, we're sorry that several aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. We regret that you found the room seating uncomfortable and that the room did not fully meet your needs. As a lifestyle hotel, our rooms are intentionally designed to maximise functionality within a compact footprint, though we appreciate that this style is not suited to everyone's preferences. Regarding the iron, all of our rooms are equipped with a steamer rather than a traditional iron and ironing board. Irons are available upon request from the reception team. We're sorry if this was not clear during your stay. We're also sorry to hear that the room service experience and menu selection were disappointing. Your comments regarding the ordering process and the limited range of options available have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams for review. Regarding our food offering, we understand and respect that guests have different preferences and dietary considerations.
