Stayed 2 nights as a weekend break. Used restaurant on first night food was good and service was great. Beds were comfy and bathroom had all you need. Liked the hooks for coats inside the door that was a nice touch only negative was little bit sparse on milk and coffee sachets

Location is good walking distance to the tube and great restaurants nearby. Things to improve -Rooms are dusty . Dust visible on the bed and cups. -Lobby staff needs to smile . Not be monotone -Lack of Lobby staff ,I had to wait 10 mins in line just to vaild my room keycard. As there is only 1 staff on duty.

Good location for visiting London Easy access to tube, DLR and Thames. Room smaller than expected but comfortable enjoyed drinks at the bar. You need to re think your hot drinks at breakfast. Machines slow. Always queuing. Perhaps offer pots of tea
