I cannot give any points for our stay this time. I booked 2 rooms, and in May I sent an email requesting that I was not put in a room facing a wall. I sent a reminder email just before our stay. When we arrived I explained that I get claustrophobic and have panic attacks in confined spaces which affect my breathing and that I needed some sort of a view. The male receptionist said no problem, and I would be put in a room at the back. I also requested rooms close to my granddaughters, one being 13. We left our bags and went out for the day, my granddaughters arrived back before us. Their room faced a wall. Our room 111, also faced a wall. I couldnt believe anyone could be that cruel to do that. I wasted holiday time sorting this out at reception, and I was given another room, otherwise I would have had to stay eleswhere, my breathing gets that bad. Room 120 the bathroom was filthy, grime on the shower tiles and I nearly spilt water on the cube plug and realised to move it away from the bedside table. Ibis 100% let us down this time.

Great location for the event we attended, bar open after till early hours. Room clean and tidy. Only thing that let it down was we booked two rooms. Check in was 3pm we arrived early paid for early check in for one room our other friends arrived at 3pm to find there room was still not ready and then couldn’t check in till we got back from event at 11:30pm Wasn’t the most convenient so was a good job early check in was available as don’t know what we would of done without it.
