Room 229 has a view over the aircon units. It was small but quiet. Location-wise it was spot on being in the heart of Greenwich and only five minutes from the train and DLR.

Rooms small with poor storage for clothes. Poor showers, very slippery. Exit abd little power. Misleading info on Breakfast, ended up paying £16.50 for a coffee and two croissants, whereas restaurant itself advertising breakfast at £9.45. I complained to manager? at reception who was completely disinterested. Will not be using the hotel group again.

Regarding breakfast, we apologise for any confusion caused. The restaurant attached to the hotel is operated by a third-party company. The £9.45 price applies to the full English breakfast only, while the buffet option is priced differently. That said, we understand how this could feel misleading, and we will pass your feedback on to the restaurant management to help ensure clearer communication for future guests. Thank you again for raising these concerns. We’re sorry that your experience did not reflect the standard we strive for.

The hotel was near the station which was a plus but the room had a particular smell of mould/old people.
