Visited for 2 nights found the hotel very clean and tidy the room and bathroom were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Had a breakfast box was ok but. It fantastic. Cafe Rouge next door offered breakfast but didn’t start until 9am so was too late for us as we had trips booked for 10am. Enjoyed our stay would stay again if in the area.

Good location but bad experience

staff ill equipped to run hotel. Impossible to gain entry to hotel as staff refused to open entrance door when you pressed buzzer. You were left waiting for at least 4mins at a time. On one occasion one staff member had her breakfast while we were left standing at the door. Rooms tiny. Toilet broken & boiling water running down wall of bathroom. Had to change rooms. Not enough bed clothes or pillows had to sleep with out coats on the bed. Horrible experience

the ibis is extremely well situated in the centre of Greenwich and the staff and service was excellent, there is private parking behind the hotel and its just a short stroll into the heart of Greenwich. The room was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

This was the 3rd time in this hotel in the last 5 years and I find overall it represents good value however it’s noticeable that the decor and fittings are looking tired and you can see through the wall art and realise you are really in a basic two star hotel -that said we would still use the hotel again

Was disappointed with how much was removed from the experience, we understand these are unprecedented times but it felt rather like a no frills basic experience at a high price, no tea/coffee trays in the room, instead provided with very flimsy one use paper cups which collapse with hot drinks, so if you want a hot drink you need to go to reception (mixing with others) and pay £3 for half a cup of coffee. The cost of stay was not reduced but you don’t get the amenities, and being forced to go to reception kind of defeats the object. Was hoping to stay for 2 nights but instead only stayed less than 24 hours.

Rooms are in small size. Bathrooms are tiny!

The hotel was in a perfect location and it enabled me to get everywhere I needed to in 10-15 minutes or less which was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, if we had a problem, it was sorted straight away.

The staff were great, location great, Breakfast terrible, I paid for a Breakfast and got a take away bag that was awful! I couldn't sleep the room was really noisy, it was as if a cylinder was filling up every minute, I was wearing ear plugs and it was still too loud, you changed my room but by then I was already very stressed and upset, I didn't sleep properly and then this ruined my day!

Room was on the small side but very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Had to ask for an extra bath towel as only one was provided for the two of us.....they were quite thin and on the small side. Friendly receptionist. Easy check-in.
