I felt totally safe staying in your hotel. I was warmly welcomed and was given everything I needed whenever I asked. My room was quiet clean and comfortable. Masks were required in all public places, and having the cafe next door for breakfast was perfect. Great location for the Maritime Museum, the Queen's House museum, the Cutty Sark and the tunnel under the Thames. Easy to reach on DLR.

Booked a "brand new refurbished room" which was perfectly adequate. However, the carpet was badly stained with bleach and the bathroom could have been cleaner and the towels felt like cardboard. Also, the window frame was very dirty. Due to the Covid curfew we wanted to watch TV in the later part of the evening but could only get a few random channels. Got BBC 1 and 2 but no ITV, Channel 4/5 or Drama, etc. Even some the music channels didn't correspond to the advertised. The staff we met were very cheerful, helpful and pleasant, so I would consider staying here again. The location is very convenient for transport and the attractions.

I originally booked two twin beds and got one. I had to go to a reception and change it. The room was very small. The tv didn’t work. I had to call for a toilet paper. The location, however, was very good and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Having heard good things about the Ibis hotels, when I saw that it was in budget for a work trip I snapped it up. Upon arrival, the reception was clean and well presented and I cannot fault the staff. That is about all I have to say that is good. The room itself was small, cold and noisy. There was mould in the shower and I could not physically sit on the toilet as it was so close to the wall. I had to mount it sideways like some sort of steed. My room was first floor and the view from my window was directly into somebody else’s room. The 24/7 noise that came into my room was unbearable - doors slamming, cars revving, pallets being thrown noisily about by the restaurant. All the time. And it wasn’t as if the room was comfortable enough to make up for this. The bed was hard, the room cold and overall - I hated every minute of my stay. Oh, and don’t think you actually get the breakfast you pay for. It doesn’t start until 9am.

The room was advertised at 60.00 I got charged 75.00 The parking I was charged 15.00 when I was told the hotel has parking I only came there for the evening and did not wish to stay the night it’s a lot to pay from 2pm and check out at 10pm The staff should be more clear on the phone. Thanks
