Have stayed here a few times before and always so happy with rooms. This time however we got an adapted room. I am not sure why. The description of room I booked was “ Featuring the latest colours, premium materials and softer, more cocooning furnishings” this was not the case. This room was nothing like the rooms I stayed in previously. The floor of the bathroom also wasn’t clean. I love the location of hotel and got good rate but the room was not nice this time. I’d make sure specifically to request I do not get this room again if I return. Also I’ve always found the staff very accommodating and pleasant before. I asked about heating a bottle for a child and if there was a microwave available I could use and was told no, and no alternative or any kind of help offered to me.

These rooms are larger and offer additional space compared to the room type originally booked. We appreciate, however, that the adapted layout and design may have felt different from the rooms you have enjoyed on previous stays, and we're sorry that the room did not match your personal preferences. We're also disappointed to hear about the cleanliness issue in the bathroom. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for review. Regarding your request to warm a bottle for your child, we sincerely apologise that a more helpful solution was not offered. While guest access to microwaves may be restricted, our team should have explored alternative ways to assist you. We will be addressing this with the team to ensure a more accommodating approach in the future. We truly value your feedback and your continued support.
