Location is perfect for Greenwich. Room and bathroom small but adequate. Airconditioning was a bonus. Only one spare pillow in the room and two small hand towels in the bathroom but this was soon sorted. £15 for 24 hours parking on site. Would stay again.

Couldn't sleep in first night for knocking noise in cistern. Was moved to a new room but same problem. moved to a third ("renovated") room, which was ok. No tea/coffee supplied in room. On a par with with a Travelodge but double the price

If you are looking for a reasonable, well located and clean hotel, the Ibis is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside was the constant knocking of the water pipe which ruined our sleep.

Last month we stayed at the ibis hotel Greenwich area. Although we had to stay in full quarantine for five days according to the rules of the British government our time of stay was excellent. The hotels staff was extremely polite and helpful. But for us the one person that really made a difference was Mss Elizabeth Kontogouri who gave us a massive help during a that difficult time. She helped us on every possible step, demand and problem we had. Polite, tireless always willing to help. Her grate mood really gave our time of stay a positive spin. The receptionist was wonderful, fun, and was great experience. The rooms are ultra quiet and I managed to get a nights sleep, I really enjoyed my stay. The attached Cafe Rouge was exceptional.

Awful nights sleep. Tiny rooms. Loud guests.

The rooms are much smaller than the photos shown. The walls are paper thin. Made two complaints to reception about loud music and shouting in the next room. They did call up to them as we heard them on the phone. This continued until about 5.30am when they eventually feel asleep. At 9am the cleaners were then loudly discussing what I can only imagine must have been a mess in the next rooms. 11am we get loud knocks on the doors from house keeping when check out isn’t until 12. The rooms are so cramped with many stains on the floors and marks up the walls. Awful place, wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
