From start to finish, our stay at the Ibis Hotel in Greenwich was excellent. The initial booking staff were helpful. When I rang a few days before our stay, Valerio was so helpful too. I wanted reassurance that our room would be suitably accessible for my husband, that we had disabled parking and it would be in a quiet location in the building. He met us early so we could check the room first. It was very good as this all worked out really well for us. Thank you very much, Valerio, to you and your staff. Arman too was very helpful when we were booking an Uber.

We noticed that there was not many staff in Reception to sign in on the morning of our arrival. The greetings could have been more friendly and the staff looked harassed with departures. We were told we could not go to our rooms, which we knew already but wanted to register our car in the car park. And the only other negative point was the all English Breakfast was not very well presented or cooked, however there was plenty of choice on the Buffet Bar. Other than those complaints the room was good and view also and the location very good. The car park needed a clean up but general cleanliness in the hotel etc. was good. Thanks for our stay.
