Really bad smell

We complained at the time due to the overwhelming and offensive smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom. We mentioned this on a number of occasions but the hotel was full. We will be putting in a complaint to go with this. The money we spent was extortionate for the room especially with such an issue and no breakfast included. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Anytime I’m in London, I Always book Ibis in Greenwich. It’s right in the heart of greenwich town and has close links to the DLR as well as thameslink which is great. The staff upon entry are super welcoming and they have a text service to get in contact with them directly without having to leave your room. Only downside is that there isn’t an iron/ ironing board provided in the rooms but there is an ironing room that you could go to which is a bit of a hassle. Other than that, the rooms are a good size, the beds are comfy, showers are lovely too. No other problems !! :)

Other than a comfortable bed and a good shower. We feel that the room was to small for the money, also the lighting was inadequate. No where for a person to sit and put on make up. The bathroom had no window or extractor fan, also the room had a connecting door. The staff hardly spoke and they didn't have a 24hr restaurant, unlike other ibis hotels.
