Generally a lovely stay. Car parking should be included in the price of stay. Considering the public car park is adjacent! And proper glasses and cups in the rooms please. Not enough pillows either. At least 2 per person staying please. Staff were lovely though. So helpful and friendly

Staff really welcoming and great location. Breakfast next door in cafe rouge was brilliant, we didn't want full breakfast so had a beautiful fresh fruit salad each day and a hot Croissant.

An actual glass, or plastic glass(es) in the room would have been nice. I used cardboard cups, which if you wanted a cold drink of water on the bedside table weren't ideal. - They went soggy and began to leak. I was worried about leaving watermarks on the wood furniture. The room was spotless, and I didn't want to risk damaging any of the surfaces. My only complaint was being seated directly outside the kitchen for my evening meal one night. The kitchen doors were propped open as they had apparently just been painted. Smashing glasses, crockery and what sounded like a fight in a saucepan factory was coming from the kitchen. I was unable to talk with my dining partner, as neither of us could hear a word. Our meal would have come to around £100, but I cancelled the meal after the starter. We paid for our starters & drinks and left the restaurant. It was the only downside in an otherwise pleasant stay. The staff were all polite and very accommodating. Just save the maintenance until other than at a main mealtime.

Stayed for one night in Greenwich - the Ibis was a perfect hotel for the stay - well located, cheap snd the breakfast at Cafe Rouge was good too! Room was functional and clean.

The room was clean and tidy but I found having too pay £15 for parking was a bit extortionate. I would say that was a major reason I would use another hotel instead of the IBIS in future is due too the parking charge. It’s would have been cheaper using a council car park. I believe the price I payed for the room should have included parking within the price.

3rd time staying with you and upgraded to sweet room - same small room as standard- corridor carpets are badly stained - bed had a mattress topper on it - you get better beds with premier inn - will not stay again

Due to Covid, we had to change our dates several times, the hotel were most accommodating , particularly helpful was Raluca, I even had a birthday card and a present, which really touched me. Thankyou IBIS greenwich, you were fantastic. Breakfast was a real surprise ,, at the Cafe Rouge next door, sitting in the sunshine, lovely friendly staff again, just made our break extra special. Cant wait to visit again.

The staff are very personable and a joy to talk to. We originally booked ourselves at the Travelodge down the road but ended up checking out early due to cleanliness issues. We walked over to the Ibis and we were impressed with the cleanliness, air conditioning, size of the bed, and storage.

+ friendly reception staff, great location, good Covid arrangements, clean - offer a second paper cup, for the bathroom! - emails sold the benefits of online check-in, but links all led frustratingly back to same text describing benefits but not enabling action. Gave up on this.

The stay was good, room was nice but had to give more thought to the toilet positioning.A big person would have a huge problem. The tv tuning was very poor and it’s a shame the tea and coffee is in paper cups. Breakfast at cafe rouge was good

the ibis is extremely well situated in the centre of Greenwich and the staff and service was excellent, there is private parking behind the hotel and its just a short stroll into the heart of Greenwich. The room was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.
