Staying at Ibis Greenwich was worth every penny. The location was perfect with excellent and well-connected public transportation just a very short walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The room and facilities was modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Aman (reception) and housekeepers (shame I didn’t get their name) who made my stay unforgettable and comfortable.

The location was great and parking was very convenient. The design of the room is very compact, again was fine as we only needed somewhere to sleep. The toilet is crammed into the corner so if you have any kind of mobility issue you may struggle. There was a note on the AC to advise they are at set temperature and you could only control the fan speed. It was 28 degrees outside so we would have preferred the option to make it cooler. Window sill was very dirty, you could tell it had been missed for weeks even months but the rest of the room was fine. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
