Clean and tidy rooms, bathroom was also clean - shower was great. Really good to have Cafe Rouge directly in the reception to the hotel. Lovely hotel would stay again.

Room was comfortable and reasonably well appointed. Bath towels were small and should be replaced with full sized bath sheets. Shower tray access was quite slippery when wet and would benefit from a grab rail. Staff were more than helpful from arrival to departure, happily ordering taxis etc.

Stayed here for convenience as we were due to attend a weekend concert at the O2 . We had done so for the previous years event and were very happy. Sadly, the event was cancelled at the last minute, so we decided to still come into London, use the Ibis facilities, and undertake some other activities. We were made very welcome, the service was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed one night as we live miles away and wanted to get home due to Covid 19 but the 1 nights stay we did have was fine. Nice tv. Bed was ok. Bathroom ok. No drawers and an odd wardrobe but clean and tidy.

We were going to a show at the o2 so decided to make a weekend of it in London. We were made to feel welcome at the hotel and the room was clean. We had a small issue with the shower but it was immediately attended to. The hotel is well equipped and in a great location with a good car park. The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast. It wasn’t bad but not the usual standard of other Ibis hotels we have stayed at.

Generally what you expect, although we've mostly stayed in Ibis in France. bar disappointing, only larger on tap, no beer or cider, and other choices very limited. Room ok, but check-in is a table and problems with system meant they had no record of prepaid breakfast.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, in the heart of Greenwich. The room was basic and served it’s purpose. We do like a window open at night, which meant we were disturbed by noise from the street. Breakfast was delicious.

Comfy bed but smelly toilet and loud guests

The bed was lovely however the bathroom stunk off rotting egg which wasent pleasant, I was told that it’s just the smell of the Greenwich sewer but there are many other hotels in Greenwich that offer a better room rate and bathrooms do not smell of egg, poor excuse if you ask me.

Great location, friendly staff, good sized room, clean and comfortable. Despite overlooking a busy road, we were not disturbed at all. Only observation was that the carpet was stained near the bathroom door, but this is being addressed.
