Some reception staff were completely rude, everything requires more payments, and the room itself was not "clean enough" when first arrived

We upgraded our room and hardly slept due to the excess traffic noise. Our family faired better on the other side of the hotel in the cheaper rooms.

Left my toilet bag in my room containing expensive razors including an original Gillette phoned and spoke on 3 occasions but has replied to say wether or not handed in. Otherwise it was ok.

Disappointed with the view of the car park but the complimentary Prosecco for our anniversary was a nice touch. There were a few things missing from the room(not enough pillows, no TV remote etc ) but soon rectified. Staff very friendly. Chose the hotel for its location and car parking but it would have been helpful to be able to reserve a parking space.

Disappointed that the online early booking was not available & then breakfast was too expensive for what was served. Quality of food as part of the Rouge was shocking and wished I had not added the breakfasts. Room was smaller than I thought as I have had stayed in the budget Ibis in Cardiff which has been double in size. For two people sharing having only 3 pillows & there were no extra pillows available in room or reception, I had to rest my single pillow on my case which was not great & the beds were not comfortable either. I booked the room as it was part of your new range, I think your team really need to rethink about your customer basic requirements. Fully understand that we are living in different and challenging times but other hotels which we stayed before this stay and stray after got it right.

The shower was blocked, so we couldn’t have a shower! They changed the room, however it was so small, that it was difficult to fit our baby’s pram and cot. Only at around midnight we settled down a bit with the baby that was badly disturbed! Not recommend and we won’t come back due to the fact that the stuff was unhelpful and not very polite!

Had a wonderful week starting with a special Aurora Borealis show at the Royal Naval College - spectacular! walked back to the hotel. Great bed, good bathroom with lovely shower, really friendly and helpful staff. Bought a weekly ticket for the Thames Clippers and went back & forth along the River Thames - all the way from Battersea Park to the O2 - getting on/off as we pleased and walking literally miles. Lots of wonderful places to eat - and all the while knowing we had a comfy room to return to. Brilliant week!

We Enjoyed our stay in Greenwich and the hotel was perfectly located to visit the river, park and all the historic sites. The range of pubs, bars and restaurants within walking distance was extensive. Café Rouge next door was very convenient, with good quality food and reasonable prices.

I chose this hotel as it was close to where I needed to be It was clean and tidy and well organised and the staff were helpful, I even got parked in the hotel car park Breakfast was slow even though no many people around Disappointed I had to ask for my complimentary drink and everything was an extra cost
