It was a nice stay but I didn't like the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. I think something should be done about that.

No words can thank you enough for our stay. Our journey and stay was due to my 6 year old having a biopsy at kings college hospital but your staff went above and beyond with there help. My diet has a special diet and nothing was too much trouble. My friend who stayed the two nights was extremely well looked after and the staff constantly asked how my daughter and I were. Our hospital stay wasn’t the best and I had one hot drink in the 30 plus hours we were there and your staff kindly did a take away coffee so my friend could bring to me when he picked me up. We will however in the future be booking again as my daughter is under kings college for her life now. Also a massive thank you to the staff for the amazing teddy and card they sent for my daughter teddy lily bell goes everywhere with her. Highly recommend in all ways. I can’t thank you and your staff enough

I have stayed with you before and have always found the buffet breakfast unsatisfactory. The food that is supposed to be hot isn't! It was nice on this occasion to be able to order the I wanted food and for it to be delivered hot to the table.

We arrived at the hotel after a long journey, couldn’t wait to have a nice relaxing bath however when I went to run the bath I noticed the plug was missing, not idea but I thought it’s ok I would just take the plug from the sink.... well I wish I didn’t! When I lifted the plug out it’s was dirty and had old cigarettes jammed down there which let out a awful smell. I called reception and they brought another plug straight away which was great however they completely dismissed the issue with the dirty plug and cigarettes. The room in general was very “worn” there were lots of areas where paint was knocked off or scraped. The toilet room was that small you could not close the door unless you sat with your knees against it. The bath was the same, ok if your under 5ft. The stool in the bedroom had a Large fluid stain on it, that looked like it had been there for some time. COVID-19 has meant that the hotel had put in place further measures, the check in and one way systems had been done well and the communal areas appeared really clean- great. Daily Bedroom cleaning had been stopped, which we did not mind and completely respected however there were no contingencies in place to ensure guests still had all they needed, some examples were replacement towels, and replacement cups (as you were given paper ones drying check in) and tea coffee etc. As frequent travellers with a love for London we were left disappointed as this could oyf been the perfect hotel due to location but the cleanliness, room and service has let it down. This was meant to be a superior room.

The experience was nice, but I don't think it was necessarily worth the money. Also, there were a few very minor problems with the room, such as a small bug in the bath, and the fridge light wouldn't turn off, which was quite frustrating. However, the staff were all LOVELY, couldn't speak highly enough of them - all extremely kind, and helpful with anything I asked.

Good location, with quick transport on train and DLR into the centre of London. Greenwich is a very interesting town steeped in history and with numerous restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly. Great full English breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. Bed very comfortable. Quiet. We had a very important family meet-up on zoom with our children in Liverpool, London, Margate and Beijing - the Wifi was excellent.

no tea /coffee or cups in room which i would have brought if i had known stayed at a premier inn the following night got tea coffee and a better nights sleep

We arrived and were met on the door by a very friendly receptionist. She gave us all necessary information and we had a great stay. Our room was a really nice size and there was loads of shampoo, conditioner and other things as well Our room was really quiet and we had great sleep.

Very conveniently located next to the train station, this Novotel has a rather unusual (for a Novotel) boutique vibe, mainly due to the staff, who seem to genuinely care about their guests, and look just happy to work there. I was rather suprised and pleased.
