Our stay was excellent. The staff was really helpfull. Nothing was too much for them. They advised on traveling, they called taxis , etc. And all with a smile. Im remember our dinner at the Trafalgar Tavern, walking distance from the hotel. I thank the desk staff. I remember Camilla, Rafius and Bina. They were really helpful and took time for us.

I had a fantastic time at this bar! The food was absolutely delicious. The music created the perfect vibe. A special shoutout to Astha for her lovely service, she was attentive and friendly!!! Highly recommend this spot for a great night out!

Beautiful ambience, lovely live music and free beer, what else can one ask for on his birthday. Would recommend it to everyone I know. Now I'm just typing something for the 200 word limit because I'm actually out of things to say. Should have kept the minimum to 100.

A nice hotel generally with excellent staff, but needs some upgrading for the price

The hotel was welcoming with really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were ok, but VERY hot, and the heating / air con was not easy to fathom out. Even with the window open it was really hot (in December!) and despite finding the aircon cooling eventually, it helped, but not entirely. The bathrooms are also dated - a chipped bath, a broken plug, "tired" generally. However, the breakfast was good. It was good that Athulya came to our table on our second day to take feedback (as above) and she was, like all the reception and other staff, delightful.
