Stopped by the bar at Novotel Greenwich and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the drinks were very good. A special mention to Dinesh, who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. He really made the experience stand out. Would happily return.

The rooms are confortable and clean. The restaurant looks very nice. I didn't eat there but had a great matcha (thank you Astha!). The staff is very kind and helpful.

Nice location, right next to a train station good bus routes. We were attending a concert in the 02 was a great location for us. Nice room, little tired. Pretty restaurant/ bar area. On arrival the whole lobby, bar & dining area stunk of a sewer. I think the toilets on the ground floor were having issues. Smell was dealt woth by the morning. Which was a good but was a shame on the first night as was very off outting when eatting. The toilets were disgusting down stairs too. Reception staff super helpful. Breakfast nice. Beds comfy. Gym area nice.
