Receptionnist when booking in could not even smile, never mind welcome us Room allocated contained swan towels, petals and present on the bed, clearly for another customer, so we had to return to reception to repeat the process the beds in our room and our daughter's room, on 3rd floor, were extremely hard, leading to an uncomfortable night

I had a lovely stay at Novotel Greenwich London. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around London. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff — they were wonderful, helpful, and very friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was comfortable overall, although it felt a bit stuffy at times and I had to request a fan. Another small observation is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. While that itself is not an issue, there is no hand wash basin in the toilet, which would have been more convenient. Apart from these minor points, it was a very pleasant stay and I enjoyed my time there. I would certainly consider staying again.
