We go there regularly. Check-in is now efficient. The staff in the restaurant and bar are all fantastic. Our room was large and quiet. The location near the DLR and train staton is great. Dirty curtains and sticky carpets prevent this from being perfect.

A bit dated, damaged wooden board and stain in carpet

Ambiance was really good located in an accessible location for bus and other amenities. Bar and kitchen were good but limited dinner menu. Upgraded to executive for an extra price but the rooms didn’t felt like executive. The aircon didn’t work at well and the weather was very hot, struggled to sleep in the night. Stayed only for a night and it served the purpose.
