Accommodation and location good but the breakfast was expensive and poor quality. The breakfast buffet was also whisked away at 10.00am which is too early. We were up sold to include breakfast on arrival having booked room only. Stupidly bought the breakfast for our two days but regretted it. There are plenty of breakfast cafes in the area which would have been better value, better quality and available till lunchtime if needed.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We had a problem with a water leak in our ensuite and bar prices were exessive, but apart from that our stay was satisfactory.

From check in to check out all the staff here are extremely polite and helpful. They make a point of remembering you and making you feel special on your return. The rooms themselves are clean and in an excellent state of repair. The decor is functional but may be a little outdated. I have an evening meal most nights I stay and the staff are very accomodating with my order (I eat no carbohydrates) for example they are willing to swap and change items, not a big thing really but some hotels won't let you do that so having a burger for instance will result in me wasting the bun and chips.

A super stay from start to finish. Warm welcome, standard Novotel room that was clean, warm and comfortable. Good location and travel links which is really important as I have mobility issues. Nice to have a separate bath and shower. Great breakfast selection.

This was our 3rd stay and we expect to visit again soon. The hotel is well-situated and, in most cases, very comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are excellent. On our first stay, for 3 nights, our room had a very firm/hard mattress on the bed, affecting my wife so much that, on the 3rd night, she slept on the sofa bed instead. We were told when asking for a room change, that all the beds were the same. We decided to brave a second visit (2 nights) and this time were lucky as the room had a very comfortable bed. On this third and latest visit, however, we were allocated another room with a very hard bed. Initially the answer from reception was the same - all the beds are the same. But your receptionist Graziano came up with us to see and allowed us to try other rooms. He witnessed himself that the beds are NOT the same and was kind enough to reallocate us to another room with a more comfortable bed. If we are to stay again - and we would like to - I shall be requesting the room we had on our second visit, with the hope that the mattress has not been switched! Enjoyed staying at your hotel. With one issue. Married couples can't sleep single bed. Nor can married couple sleep with two adjoining single bed. Your hotel chain in Europe should have Queen bed for married couples.
