I visited Novotel Greenwich for afternoon tea with my family and had a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the team were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented and enjoyable, and the setting was perfect for spending quality time together. The hotel was clean, well organised, and had a relaxed, comfortable feel. Overall, it was a lovely family experience, and I would happily recommend Novotel Greenwich for afternoon tea or a casual visit.
