Excellent service from the time of arrival. Stayed for 2 days for business and can’t fault the service. From the minute of walking through the door and the greeting at the reception to the cleanliness of the rooms . But most of all, the friendliness of Samuel in the bar and restaurant during the evenings 👍.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable, in a convenient locatio for training at the O2. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Samuel in the bar and restaurant is friendly, approachable, attentive and knowledgeable on the menu offered. He is a real credit to the team.

Very disappointing stay - Unexpected cancelation at late night!

For whom may concern, I had horrible experience from Novotel London Greenwich. Originally, I booked this hotel from 11 ~ 15 of Sep. My original reservation ref. is MPMLCBWK. My flight to London was delayed so I got there around 11 PM so very late night. When I asked front desk for check-in, suddenly, front desk says my reservation is canceled. And reason why is that hotel has right to cancel my reservation if I am not there by 6 PM when credit card is not guaranteed. I was shocked because there was no notification of cancellation and even my Accor app tells my reservation is still valid. Anyway, I asked again if there is available room but there was only 1 night available. As it was quite late night, I decided to say 1 night there and I shall move to another hotel. By doing this, I paid few hundreds additional GBP to book new hotel and I lost my time with my colleagues as they were staying this hotel. I traveled to UK to attend one exhibition so time was very valuable but I had to stay more expensive and more far away from exhibition. Honestly, I still don't understand why my original reservation has been canceled. Because, I put my credit card information when I book the hotel. I book my reservation via Accor's official website so without putting my credit card details, reservation can't be completed. I have traveled overseas so far for 10 years and I never had such experiences. In fact, I said same to front desk and answer was that "You should now know about it" which makes me even more annoying. For me, giving 1 point is still high. If there is zero, I should give zero. I would like you to review this and come back to me with more explanation. Regards, Jaebong

There was a large pink stain next to the bed, black stains in the shower, and multiple brown stains on the couch. Had no other issues, was fine overall.
