Staff was wonderful. Rooms was dirty and tired, hair up the shower wall , bath and sink was unclean, the room itself was ok but in general grubby. Downstairs has a really nice vide and feel , but floor 5 needs updating urgently. If I had booked for two nights I would of looked for somewhere else to stay or change rooms

Good location, well sound proofed room. Slight disappointment with the lifts as only one was working during our stay making it very slow.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and lovely. The breakfast was very nice and had a good selection. Room was comfortable but restroom is very small to the point of being somewhat difficult to access perhaps a different Style of door would make it easier? A guest Accessible microwave oven would have made our stay more pleasant as well.
