While the location wasn’t ideal for me on this occasion, the attentive and very knowledgeable members of staff helped me to make the most of my trip. Literally no request was too much trouble and was always met with a friendly attitude. Room was simple but spotless and quiet despite being next to a busy road. If only all hotel teams were as welcoming and helpful as Sid and his colleagues. 5-star service with a smile!
