We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our shower facilities, towels, amenities, and convenient location, and we appreciate your comments that you would consider staying with us again. We would like to clarify that our hotel operates an air cooling and ventilation system rather than individual air conditioning units. We understand your concerns regarding the room temperature, especially during warmer periods, and your feedback has been shared with our Maintenance team for review. Regarding the tea and coffee supplies, in line with ibis standards, we provide two portions of each type of sugar in the room. However, our Reception team is available 24 hours a day and would be more than happy to provide additional supplies upon request. We also appreciate your comments regarding the sink, TV guide, and pillows, and these have been shared with the relevant teams for further review. Thank you again for your feedback.
