We enjoyed our stay here at the Ibis. We had an issue where our TV wasn't working and were given a complimentary breakfast as they couldn't resolve the issue immediately for us. The room itself was a good size. We stayed for 2 nights.

I stayed in this Ibis for 2 nights. It was perfectly located for where I was visiting during my stay in London. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful. & even though it was busy the staff were speedy & efficient. My room was great, & the bed super comfy. It had everything I needed for my stay. I had breakfast included & this was really good. Plenty of choice & the food was tasty. The lost mark was purely due to housekeeping cleaning early in the morning, though this didn’t really affect me too much as I had to be up anyway. All in all a great stay, thanks to all the team.

Hard to get to - DLR wasn't running which wasn't announced anywhere; long queue at check-in due to only 1 staff member working. Room was otherwise fine, as expected.

Had a lovely stay at Ibis Docklands recently - room was big enough and well appointed with modern fittings. Kettle in room with tea & coffee. Bathroom good size and great shower. No hand towels though which was a bit odd! Breakfast was good with everything you could need. However we did have a snack one evening (Nachos) which left a lot to be desired! Clearly just a plate of tortilla chips with a bit of cheese sprinkled over and then microwaved served with a pot of salsa & a pot of guacamole - quite frankly awful! I would rather they not offer food if one of their staff is just going to throw it in the microwave! Having said that I would still go back as it offers a convenient location and good room facilities (I just wouldn't eat there!)
