Staff were really friendly & helpful, place was clean, very good as it had secure parking and the breakfast was gorgeous. I was very surprised by the quality and would definitely use again, really good for exploring that area and the Olympic Park for gigs, ABBA voyage etc

Mostly good, thought that I booked a two bed suite but was a single bed. Our keycards kept not working after our trips out of the hotell even though they were not near any phones and especially friends card was in a seperate pocket of and was clear of any cards or such
