We went to a concert at the 02, 10 min walk to catch the 108 bus straight to the 02, without all the hassle of queuing up for the tube after the event. Room was big enough for our stay and the welcoming was pleasant too, would consider coming back in the future

I was disappointed when booking a triple room that there was only enough sundries for 2 people. I asked when I checked in if there would be enough for 3 people of everything. He said yes but there wasn’t. Not great when you’ve booked and paid for 3 people.

I have stayed at Ibis London Docklands hotel in Canary Wharf on various occasions and I’ve had a consistently great experience each and every visit. The entire team are super friendly and attentive, from reception, bar and breakfast, to management and housekeeping, it was clear to me that they all equally wanted to make my experience during each of my visits the best possible. The hotel itself is great, the rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities, beds are comfortable, and shower space is decently sized, the bar and lobby area is super spacious with a relaxed atmosphere, and the breakfast is definitely worth opting for, with a variety of quality continental and hot choices, including a decent vegetarian selection. Overall, I highly recommend this great hotel for the impeccable service from the wonderful team, the quality of the rooms, and the great location within the lovely area of Canary Wharf - it will definitely continue to be my go-to hotel each time I visit London in the future!
