Car Park was Full of contractors no parking for guests. What are you a hotel or PARKING Company, make your minds UP! No Breakfast, To TV Remote Batts, and NO EXtra Pillows in the cupboard. You are NOT Travelle Lodge you are profissional Hoteliers

We spent two days exploring the area around Canary Wharf and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The Ibis hotel was clean and tidy and the room was in good condition. The parking area is secure and the checking in process efficient. We had a great breakfast that was well presented and freshly cooked. The area has lots to do and we would definitely revisit in the future. What made the overall experience so good was the service provided. Brian and his team could not have been more friendly and helpful with local knowledge, guidance and pleasant conversation. Nothing was too much trouble. This hotel was really a great example of what customer service should be like and a great credit to the Accor hotels group. Well done and thank you for a great stay!

Couldn’t fault it. The staff was very welcoming and helpful for the whole duration of our stay, especially a lovely lady that checked us in Ada, as well as the night porter (unfortunately didn’t get his name). The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast was delicious and the service was fabulous. Location also amazing. There was nothing else we could have asked for!

People in the next room smoking drugs in there room and hull way the smell was coming in to my room made me fill Ill I reported it to staff down stair no towels in the room one cup I had to go down and ask for milk and tea bags ect very noisy outside I went down to the smoking area by the car park groups of men taking the gas drugs leaving all the contents all over the floor I had to pay £22 for parking where I didn’t think was safe to leave my work van then had to pay over £60 pounds for the room with was not fit for staying in in total it was £88 pounds that was unbelievable for the conditions I had to put up with

Clean and comfortable. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was the noise outside in the evenings with motorbikes using nearby roads as racetracks. Thankfully the noise seemed to abate at a reasonable hour and we were able to sleep well.

we received a very warm welcome and were impressed by the anti covid measures. Breakfast was excellent , cooked individually and delicious . service was excellent. only comment is that there was no spare pillows , but having seen how well everything else was organised , no doubt there was a good reason.

Having stayed at Novotel Blackfriars and Marriott London Bridge the previous fortnight I must say the nightly price is anything but overrated. I paid roughly a nightly fee of £76 each night on both of the locations listed above and the experience without including amaneties is 100% better located, designed and enhanced. I would suggest a revaluation of your fees because it is certainly not worth it under the current market. I did noticed a friendly service at the reception and the room was clean.

Stay for a visit to the O2

The hotel's location specifically for the O2 is not great (it's only 500 yards away if you can walk on water!)....this meant we had additional transport fares that we could've put towards accommodation on the O2's side of the river and not had all the hassle of evening and late night travel. Apart from that, the hotel has everything you need; friendly staff, late night bar (!) a bed and hot water

All, hotels, however, are located on this side of the river and by public transport you are at the O2 in 10 minutes and with a contactless payment card the fare is GBP 1.70.
