The reception staff were nice, quick and helpful. The room was not clean. Extremely dusty. I helped myself to the pillows located on the top of the wardrope and started vialently sneezing for about 30 min, my nose blocked up completely and my eyes were extrely itchy. On the second day when the room was "cleaned", the cleaner removed my floor towel and didn't replace it. Bathroom was not cleaned, nor was the floor hoovered.

Shower only had one temperature setting which was boiling. Couldn’t even hold my hand under it. Sink tap was the same no matter how long I ran it for.

Wait 40 minutes for my meal and there was only one other person in the restaurant only for my Chicken Tikka Masala to come out cold!
