I really enjoyed my stay with Ibis. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, my room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection was excellent. I look forward to returning.

As a regular traveller I can honestly say that IBIS Docklands has a lovely team of front of house staff, who are welcoming and accommodating to customer needs. The highlight is the breakfast, and whilst the rooms are basic ,as expected for the * rating, they are always clean and only hampered occasionally by London drain smells which the hotel can’t control. The evening meal could be even better, if the selection was greater, and the quality of food as good as breakfast. Overall I have an excellent experience and would always return for short stays.

I stayed for a night. Paid around 90.00 GBP, It was a last-minute decision around 8pm that evening. I wish it could be a bit less, say around 39.95 GBP for a night without breakfast if there is any room empty. From the DLR station, it is hard to find the hotel. Hence, at the DLR station, they should put up a direction map towards the hotel.

Comfortable and peaceful, except for the police incident outside. Didn't eat there because it was too late for me to eat anything, but on the whole a very efficient (no fuss) and enjoyable stay. Staff were very accommodating.

Had a awful experience due to staff very rude. In-correctly accusing me of lying on a phone call. To then one laugh at us. After 30 mins of explaining I was right they then rung back to say one of the staff lied and was very sorry and could they give my parking money back. This was not enough for the way I was treated in front of lots of customers. Carla could not apologise enough for one of her stuff and admitted it was wrong..

I paid extra for breakfast and although it showed on my booking confirmation it did not show up on the booking at the hotel. Hence I paid for breakfast but it was not provided. I attempted to contact you via your web site to resolve but not sure if the complaint was logged. Also, air con was not working.

The gentlemen on reception was the best part of the experience. He was able to help when I asked how to get to the O2 as I don't know London at all. The downsides for me was when I was hoping to have something of the food menu it only ever seemed to be pizzas or toasties so I went to the Radisson instead. I would point out that it's best to explain how to put the lights on in the room via key card as I have never come across that .

Carla at this particular Ibis could not do enough for me. She even gave me her own charger to use when I had a flat phone which means the absolute world when you’re travelling overseas! Very nice Ibis. I would certainly come back. Breakfast was beautiful.

Excellent service in this hotel, with reasonable price. I would like to highlight the excellent quality of the breakfast with real eggs! The only problem is the location, a little bit far from central London and the need to take the DLR.

It is a pleasure to read you were looked after and that you enjoyed our buffet breakfast whilst staying. The hotel is served by the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) which is 10 minutes to Bank and then you can join the Central Line for Tottenham Court Road which is another 10 minutes. My husband and I stayed at the ibis London Docklands in Canary Wharf. I have to say this was one of the best experiences ever. After parking the car we were greeted by a friendly staff, who help us with our bags and showed us to our room. The staff at the ibis made us feel very welcome. I would advise you to come and stay at this friendly hotel.
