No room heating, dreadful smell, plug not working. Staff were fine, and changed the room, but something is clearly lacking here.

Stayed here due to its location close to the O2 and the ability to park here; have stayed here before but not for a few years. Upon arrival, I parked my car and walked around to Reception and was greeted by a massive dead rat lying in the hotel’s car park. I tried to check in ahead of the 3pm time but was told that this could only be done for £25 and there was no exception, so I reluctantly paid. The hotel lobby is nice and modern but my twin room was fairly tired and in need of some TLC. It’s very much a budget hotel but without the budget price as I paid over £160 for 1 night (a Saturday night) on a non-refundable deal through the Accor app.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very tired and in need of a refresh ,bathroom was very poor and the. Carpet adjacent to the bathroom was really poor.
