We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Thanks to their warm and attentive service, we felt right at home. The breakfast offered a great variety with something for everyone to enjoy. Our family room was wonderfully spacious, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a separate toilet, and a separate bathroom—which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is also fantastic, with the Aldgate East tube station just a short walk away, making it super easy to explore the city. We will definitely return on our next visit to London. Highly recommended!
