Neighbourhood a bit dodgy, but can’t really blame that on you. Apartment really nice. Two pieces of feedback: congestion in breakfast area every day, regardless of when we came down, would have loved more tables. Travelling as a family, it would be great with a way to keep the doors in the rooms from locking or closing. We had to use the fitness weights - I’m sure a smarter solution could be designed.

The staff is all very lovely. I appreciated having extra room in the hotel room, but the bathroom was quite small. I also booked a double room and got two twins instead. Not a huge dealbreaker, but just made for a less comfortable sleep. The first night I noticed some staining on the duvet and the staff was very quick to replace it and reach out to me. I really appreciated how kind and attentive they were. The breakfast options were also quite small, really just a few mini pastries, sausages, eggs, hashbrowns and cereal. The neighborhood is quiet and we didn't struggle with any outside noise, even on sundays and fridays which can be quite busy because of the mosque next door. Overall, it was a good stay but keep in mind it can be pretty far from west London where most of the tourist attractions are if you're visiting for tourism.

Staff were helpful with queries and knowledgeable on local food places. Even grabbing an empty to go box so I could take breakfast to go on a late start day. Apartment had space to spread out and work remotely with a desk area to leave set up (very handy). Bed was too soft for me. Kitchenette had everything you would need for a longer stay. The one bed had a decent amount of seating options in the living area and a table for 4 in kitchen. Laundry facilities onsite on Ground with lift access to all floors (no schlepping laundry down any stairs). A library of things to help you with your stay - Pilates mat, weights, kitchen appliances (blender, food processor, rice cooker, etc), games & books. Tesco Express a short distance away. Easy bus transport at your door, short walk to Aldgate East. You could quite comfortably stay for a long period. Overall a great stay, & I’ll be back.

Very friendly welcoming staff , hotel room very nice s, some small issues plugs above bed dont easily fit adaptors . One power socket in kitchen didn’t Work. The fridge door didn’t easily stay shut . The anti slip bath mat was very mouldy with black mould. We didn’t really know about the no daily service that was disappointing.

I arrrived at 4.30pm, to be told my room was not ready. When I stated I was disappointed it was 30 mins late, I was told it was 1.5 hours late as check in is at 3… I was asked to sit in reception and was not allocated my room until 5pm. Considering I travel weekly and split my time between Accor group and Hilton, I’m minded to cease using Accor group as ultimately I cannot afford to be staying somewhere where rooms are two hours late.

A few things sadly disappointing on this stay. Door was locked at c8pm? I was advised to tap my room key - I had not yet checked in? Thought that was a little strange. The room (006) wasn't nice. The beds were crammed in a smaller section of it and there was a srong sewage smell coming from the shower room - able to block most of it out once the door was closed but it was pretty horrendous. No bottled water in the room was another let down. Bed was comfey though...! Lastly, breakfast was awful. The bacon was just fatty and burnt. Sausages was very burned and tasted pretty awful and finally the beans was just incredibly runny and no taste. The rest of the offering was ok - OJ was good! Considering the cost of the hotel etc, I am hugely disappointed.

We are pleased that you found the bed comfortable, but regret that the room layout and the absence of bottled water were disappointing. Please note that we provide drinking water facilities at the reception 24/7 for our guests' convenience. We are particularly sorry that breakfast fell short of expectations. Your comments regarding the bacon, sausages and baked beans have been shared with our Food and Beverage team for review. While we are glad you enjoyed the orange juice and found the rest of the selection acceptable, we understand that the overall quality of breakfast did not meet the standard you expected. We recognise your disappointment, particularly given the cost of your stay, and sincerely regret that your overall experience was not as positive as it should have been. Enjoyed our stay, good location to tube and easy walking to Brick Lane, Spitalfieds & Liverpool Tube. Area was quite noisy at night sometimes with loud traffic. Although this is a fairly new hotel, the room was quite dirty in places - under the bed coated in dust, behind bathroom door etc. Was not impressed that we would need to pay extra for room servicing, as this was not made clear when we booked, the room became pretty messy with a 7 day stay. Also kitchen is not really suitable for proper cooking and nowhere to store food easily in kitchen.

Staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, stylish and the beds, including the double sofa bed, which is very unusual! were so comfortable
