Always a really good stay. Lakshay, Prerna, Kartik, Tarun and team have always been great but this trip they really went over and above to make my stay comfy. Whether it was my flight that got cancelled or needing cleaning services - this is the best place to stay in London.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, everything there we needed, spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff even though it was really busy. Breakfast room pretty small, would be easier if there was a „wait to be seated“ sign. Easy access to bus and tube.
