We stayed at the hotel for the Ariana Grande concert in O2 and for a London holiday. The staff was lovely, nice welcome from Sabina! The studio we stayed at was very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel! The only tiny things that could have been better was the lack of an electric plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer and the air conditioning kept turning itself off after a certain amount of time and no setting changing stopped it from doing that.

The Adagio Aparthotel makes a London stay easy… close to the tube for trips across town, easy walk to Brick Lane for Bagels and Vintage ! The hotel rooms are comfortable and quiet, well equipped for a little self catering. The shower is great !

We had a wonderful stay in a very clean and spacious studio room with great air con during the heatwave! Staff were very friendly and competent and we enjoyed the fab buffet breakfast. My husband also used the gym. We would love to stay here again when next in London.

The room is lovely, quiet, in a good location, and the amenities are fine. HOWEVER, and this is a big however, the mattresses are awful and woeful. They're flimsy and provides no back support whatsoever. I had to use extra towels to get some kind of padding, and I still didn't get a single night's good sleep. I cannot understand why Accor have done that, and I suppose this is the reason why the room prices at the Novotels (similar standard of room) in London are much higher. The person who decided to put such rubbish mattresses in the Adagios should be sacked for their incompetence and negligence.. On the plus side, the staff at that hotel were fantastic. I especially commend Tarun, Jenice, and Anta for their kindness, warm hospitality, professionalism and the fact they they care and do all they can to make you feel welcome. I would also like to thank Nazir for so promptly fixing the A/C, and unclogging the shower drain. To sum up, if you like a floppy mattress, you'll have a great time staying at this hotel. Otherwise, ... you were forewarned!!

We stayed for 4 nights here and were very surprised by how quiet the apartment was. The streets were quite busy and noisy but once we walked through the front foyer entrance doors, it was so peaceful. The room we had was great, it was large and clean and the kitchenette was well stocked if you wanted to cook. The staff were excellent especially Jamra (not sure of spelling) and the other receptionist la. We were able to leave our bags there before our check in time. The breakfast that we had included in our rate was really good with a good selection. Public transport was nearby - Whitehall tube station was about 6 min walk and there was a bus stop directly out the front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place if you were looking for accommodation that is reasonably well priced.

The alarm keeps on beeping throughout the whole night. Although staff have come, he is unable to fix it.

We completely understand how disruptive this must have been, especially when trying to get a good night's sleep. Whilst our Night Team attended your apartment as soon as the issue was reported, they are not trained or certified to work on open electrical wiring. For safety reasons, they were advised not to carry out any repairs overnight. As soon as our dedicated Maintenance team was back on site the following morning, your apartment was made a priority, and we are pleased to confirm that the issue has now been fully resolved. Please accept our sincere apologies, as we know this should not have happened in the first place. This is certainly not the standard of service and comfort we aim to provide to our guests. We truly hope that this incident did not affect your overall experience with us. Should there be anything further we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please do not hesitate to let us know.
