After staying seven nights, there was no cleaning at all. The room was never serviced, trash accumulated, and basic housekeeping was completely ignored, making the stay very disappointing.

That said, we regret if this was not communicated clearly enough or if additional support was needed during your stay. Our team is always available to assist with waste removal, fresh linens, towels, or any housekeeping requests upon request, and we would have been more than happy to help had we been informed.
