We had a very pleasant stay for a couple nights. We were surprised at all the amenities the hotel offered. The room was equipped with everything you could possibly need, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery and dishes etc. the room was spacious, the bathroom wonderful and the staff very kind and helpful. We had a minor issue with the electricity with some of the plugs but this was quickly sorted. We only noticed one of the mugs in the cupboard was not washed properly, however again this was not a big deal compared to how great everything else was. I imagine this hotel is better for someone staying longer than 2 nights as we didn’t have a chance to use all those wonderful amenities but I would definitely stay here again.

We received a very warm welcome from the ladies at reception. Check-in was quick, and one of the staff members asked about the reason for our visit. When we mentioned we were in town for a festival in London, she recommended a few things to see within the hotel itself. The studio was lovely and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The location is also perfect. We will certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

Me and my friend booked this for our festival in Victoria Park this year (All points east) and chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced, well reviewed and a 40 minute walk to the park. I was amazed by how well looked after we were. The staff were lovely and welcoming when we arrived. Our room was perfect and spotless. When we booked in one of the staff members noticed I had a birthday badge on and said happy birthday. When we got back to the hotel after a very long day at the festival, a lovely little note from the staff and box of goodies was waiting for us to wish me happy birthday. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else I’ve stayed. I’ve got nothing but praise for you and your lovely team. I can’t wait to stay again. 10/10! This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sabina and Tarun – a special thank you for their service! We stayed for over two weeks, and they assisted us with many of our needs and were happy to answer any questions we had. When I had trouble with appling the reader pass of the British Library, Tarun voluntary helped, I am so grateful! We especially loved their warm greetings every day, which made us feel liket home. Because of them, we will definitely come back to this hotel next year!

We stayed at the hotel for the Ariana Grande concert in O2 and for a London holiday. The staff was lovely, nice welcome from Sabina! The studio we stayed at was very nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel! The only tiny things that could have been better was the lack of an electric plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer and the air conditioning kept turning itself off after a certain amount of time and no setting changing stopped it from doing that.
