After staying seven nights, there was no cleaning at all. The room was never serviced, trash accumulated, and basic housekeeping was completely ignored, making the stay very disappointing.

This information is communicated transparently on all our booking platforms, included in the booking confirmation, and also explained to guests at the time of check-in to ensure expectations are clear. That said, we regret if this was not communicated clearly enough or if additional support was needed during your stay. Our team is always available to assist with waste removal, fresh linens, towels, or any housekeeping requests upon request, and we would have been more than happy to help had we been informed. The rooms were nice and staff friendly. Breakfast was prepaid but waste of time. Food was mostly cold and on last day there was no hot food untill after 8.00am, our departure time.
