Great location paired with great facilities and a world class staff is a simple recipe for a wonderful experience and a joyful stay. Even just saying hi each day as we were leaving for our destination was a joyous occasion and having a friendly smile to greet you when you return was a pleasant treat. They were very accommodating for when my parents had an issue with their nespresso machine twice (first - was causing a breaker to trip, second just didn't do coffee) and they responded and rectified the issue extremely quickly each time. Lastly, having a powerful AC system during the heatwave was a godsend. Great Location is surrounded by a two nearby Tesco expresses and a slightly further but larger Sainsbury's as well as a multitude of extremely good eating or takeout locations and sits right smack in the middle between the Aldgate east and Whitechapel stations that are about a 7 to 10 minute walk away.

I’ve stayed here several times, and it never disappoints. The location is a 6-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line, my favorite Tube Line. I like having the well-kitted kitchenette so I can decide when and what I want to eat. This is a great money saver. Paid laundry facilities are on site, too. Rooms are set up to make the most of the space and the beds are comfy. It’s a great place for short or long stays! Also, love the diverse local community!
