All was very good. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Only negative is that there is no roasting or baking pan in room, making it difficult to use the oven.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and were well taken care of by the entire team during our stay. Room was very well appointed and breakfast was much appreciated to start our day! Being able to do laundry was a bonus. I would easily stay again and recommend.

The hotel is in the good location near the center, the staff are very kind and helpful, the room was perfect, enough big for two people, clean and functional. And the price was worth it for London .

Loved this place. Nice rooms, wonderful staff, place is clean and comfortable and a good price. The only thing I wish was better is the bedding. The duvets are very cheap polyester and don't breathe at all. Ended up buying my own from Ikea for the stay.
