It was such a fantastic experience. We came back to London for a visit and were taking our daughter to Legoland for her birthday. I had added in the booking form that it was her birthday and could they just do something nice for her, expecting some towels rolled into a bird/heart—nothing fancy at all. However when we opened the door there was a goodie bag personally addressed to her with all kinds of yummy snack and drinks. She was OVER THE MOON! I have never experienced this kind of attention to detail or generosity in a hotel. On top of that, all the staff made us feel so welcome. It was just a lovely stay. Thank you so much.

Studio 5 nights June 4 to 9 2026. Reception staff was exceptionally good. Facilities were excellent. Location is superb because one is close to everything including shops, tube stations, and especially bus stops. Neighbourhood is vibrant and safe. Overall, an excellent experience at Adagio London East.
